I’ve been working on a new plushie and I just realized I never posted the last one which is just very sad. We must fix that. I would like to introduce you to Sasha, my Heavy Jumping Spider (vaguely anyway). He’s based off an old character of mine and I love him very much.
I recorded all this back in February and March but never got around to editing it all together, so here it finally is. Definitely not because I’m really bad at talking to a camera and I feel like the whole thing awful. I’m gonna get better pictures in the morning, because I have a migraine. But this is my little whaleshark buddy. Any name suggestions?

I have reached the Holy Trinity of stuffed animal obsessions
at first: Beanie Boos (which I know a lot of people hate because of how their a huge contributor to the whole “what toy companies think is cute” thing, but I still have a soft spot for them because they were such a big part of my childhood)
Then: Squishmallows (still goin fairly strong, was a huge fixation of mine for like a year and a half)
and finally: Beanie Babies (I FUCKIN LOVE THESE SILLY FUCKIN GOOBERS. I HAVE THE MILLENNIUM 2000 ONE, THE FUCKIN PRINCESS DIANA ONE, AND GOOCHY AND SWIRLY)
I’m so sad because I got my two recent ones (Goochy and Swirly) at this Halloween thing that was happening, and I was planning on getting more when the fair was over, but we got rained out and they were all taken away :<

Commissioned otter plush based off Katakuri from One Piece. Added the concept art for the plush and the fanart that it was based off of (obviously turned out very different from the original lol). He's a lil heftier than I thought he'd turn out but it works tbh. It ended up being a mix of embroidery, crochet, and hand sewing- for the scarf I made it detachable by putting magnets in it to pull a part (however it didn't turn out as strong as I'd like and will probably have to use a safety pin for extra security to hold in place. I also gave him lil beans on the paws which might be my favorite part of his appearance lol. This project took way too long cuz I kept changing the pattern and school so ended up being a couple months. However happy with the results though there are things I'm still picky about mainly just glad to finally be done because I was gonna lose my mind after remaking the base plush four different times bc it wasn't turning out the way I wanted until the last try yippee🤡🥲
Anyways rant over enjoy the lad :P
