Rdr2 Spoilers - Tumblr Posts

RIP
Haven't been to arthurs grave since probably my first playthrough on the ps4. When I stumbled across it on accident, possibly. (Didn't know about rdr2 map genie at the time)
But it was somewhat difficult to find for me because my horse kept being a bitch.
I said I wouldn't include arthurs death on this blog, but I have only one or two ideas so far.
I also wanted people to be able to recognize its charles from behind.

I wanted to try double exposure and forgot I had stuff created for double exposure. And I have Arthur Morgan's handwriting as a font now so...why not.

Not me thinking about how Arthur losing his picture of Mary because of the mad dash to Shady Belle to get away from the Pinkertons, and then his mother's picture after the failed bank robbery is a representation of how much his life as an outlaw has taken from him.
He doesn't lose the pictures of Dutch and Hosea and his father because they are nailed to his wagon. Arthur is symbolically crucified to his life as an outlaw, sacrificing his own happiness in the process. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
I also think it is a really good metaphor for how that life affected the women round about him too, and shows who has been hurt in the process of Arthur and the gang living the way they do.

Hint for part of today's main post

I've been away since social media has been taking a toll on my mental health and effecting my mood.
I will still post just not as much as I'm in my exploring mods phase in rdr2 currently.
I also have been playing rdr1 and BOY. That game is brutal! There's sex, there's strong language, a lot, and a lot of sad death. I don't know if I've gone soft or what. I know what I signed up for, but all these side deaths are just as sad as the ending to me. But it's keeping me thriving for more.
I just got to the mission where I can see Abigail but I had to go out and kill alot of animals so I can bring another extra $1000 home to the wifey.
But I was doing a nightwatch mission (really fun and one of my favorite side missions to make cash, should have been in rdr2)
And this happened

That man has got some SKILL.
All in all, I almost like the mechanics of rdr1 more... I am not sure. The problems about skinning a kill and not having him take his time. Flip the animal and have to carry a pelt to his horse every time.
The side missions are fun, and often, I ignore anyone who needs help because I die ALOT.
But I love that the high fame and hero status makes everyone greet me and know my name. It feels good to be recognized.
Hoping to go low honor on Jack, tho 😈 hey! He's 19 years old and just is mad at the world.
I wish they carried over the high inventory so early on and the back rifle holster for john into rdr2, tho. I know you can get it with mods, but everything can be buggy with mods
Anyway. I hope you all had a good July so far with family/ loved ones and people who care! 😊
I will be around for yeehawgust. I hope so don't worry about that!
A theory I totally believe in, I heard on reddit, is the whole time Molly had something to "say" to Arthur and the gang....
Is that she's pregnant.
Never hung around the last camp too much. I guess I will be in the next playthrough.
I'm finally in Beaver's Hollow again, during my second play through.
Everyone is miserable, after Molly, John is still in jail but Abigail, Abigail sings.
Now I have a few theories why she does it
First of all, it warms my heart. Some of my favorite moments are when I'm just sitting in camp while the others sing or play instruments, but in this camp nobody else sings making it sadly quiet.
I also think it really helps Abigail. When you sing you need to focus on the lyrics on the tone especially if there is no music playing along, it distracts you from your negative thoughts. I know that because I do it myself.
And of course if it helps Abigail not to just constantly think and worry about their situation and about John, it also helps Jack have some sense of normality in all of this mess.
"Got big mouths, do ya? I bet you wouldn't miss some teeth!" - Arthur Morgan (to kids in Saint denis)
"Gotta take a break sometime, life's too short" - Arthur Morgan (while conversing with bath lady)
"You're father is seduced with the man with the forked tounge" - Blind Man Cassidy
I made something with pinterest's new app; shuffles

I'm not all that good at this type of thing, and I made this before going to bed. I still think it was worth a share.
Hope you enjoy it! 😊
I unfortunately couldn't credit most of the sources as their companies or a website that have nothing to do with the photo. The only credit I could find is for the amazing photo used as a background by Romeo in Viaggio on Pinterest.
Sadly, pinterest isn't a place of posting the original source 😕 because I could not find the wonderful creator of the vp of Arthur there.
Please source your work!
Even if the account is gone! I had someone use a charthur photo of mine on pinterest and didn't credit me because tumblr hid my darn account for no reason.
Especially since you can use the way back machine on google and find said account possibly.

Was giving Arthur a deluxe bath, and he looked right at me! I'm honored!
Maybe he needs your help!
one of my favorite moments in this game
me seeing arthur again after starting a new playthrough:

reposting some of my old rdr2 art here because i moved accounts and might delete my old one !?!?!? anyways this is my new rdr2 blawg. im not that into rdr2 anymore though #adhdwarrior

not to be cottage core or anything but john marstons house is literally goals

when a character dies and you can just see the remnants of them all throughout the story.... the places that they could have lived in and changed.... when you can see a scene and go "this would've gone so much better with them" but it cant go better because they're gone and they've left the story bereft

i had all and then most of you some and now none of you
