AFTERSCHOOL - story
{ Afterschool is a story about the ship afterdeath (reaper x geno) }
Synopsis:
Geno is a boy from a rich family with a dull and sad life.
When he was born, his father rejected him due to his health problems and disabilities (as well as his other two brothers), which contributed to Geno not having a father in his childhood.
His father beat his mother - the children watched helplessly, crying quietly.
One day his father died.
His mother went mad.
Geno was dead to life.
Every day was the same, he was a hard-working student with excellent grades, but his life was destroyed.
Then he went to 11th grade - and everything changed.
A new boy enters the school, he's mysterious and dark.
This makes Geno notice him.
The boy looks like a 12th grader, but he's in 11th grade too.
He joins Geno's class.
They exchange glances... there are truths that they are both hiding... and that they won't reveal.
Nobody knows how rich Geno's family is.
And no one knows who the new boy really is.

rambling:
i heard a piece of music and then i immediately got inspired!!! i was going to make some pretty sunset background but lord it’s too difficult i gave up… anyway, about the drawing, the author of reapertale has stated that reaper would want to help stop geno’s suffering (aka to reap him) since he’s scared of any possible glitches happening again like chara was in his universe(i think), so i’m imagining he accidentally fell in love with him along the way!? and then as you know, geno actually manages to find a way to heal himself and go the surface thanks to his friends, so now geno is fully alive and, ahem, out of reach… it’s very bittersweet!!! i’m totally not making a fic about it or anything (yes i am) this is also based off of a tiktok but it’s so deep in my collection im not finding it
