Thoughts on the Devil?

Can you forgive Satan of his transgressions if he screams at his father with the same fury you do? If for a second you can see yourself within Lucifer does it make you a devil? Is a child deemed deplorable if they harbor hatred for being treated as less than? Is sin simply a parent's excuse to control?
