Rio’s lips brushed her ear, her breath warm, intimate, the sound of her voice a caress. “You feel it, don’t you?” she whispered, so soft, it was barely there, but Agatha felt the power in it, the need Rio spoke of. “The power. The hunger. It’s always been there, waiting for you to stop fighting, waiting for you to surrender.”
Agatha’s throat tightened, a shiver running down her spine. Her hands trembled, the weight of Rio’s presence pressing against her will, making it so easy to imagine just letting go. Letting the dark magic wrap around her, drown her in its pull. She could feel it, coiling in the air like a serpent, waiting for her to give in.
For one breathless moment, she almost did.
But then Agatha lifted her head, the movement slow, deliberate, her eyes locking with Rio’s. There was defiance in her gaze, a fierceness that flared to life like a flame caught in the wind. “I may be on my knees,” she said, her voice low but steady, the tension thick between them, “but don’t mistake it for surrender.”
Rio’s lips curved, a dangerous, knowing smile that made Agatha’s pulse quicken. There was something almost too intimate in the way her fingers tightened in Agatha’s hair, a silent reminder of the power Rio could wield with the smallest gesture. “Oh, I know,” she purred, amusement laced with something darker. “But that’s the fun of it, isn’t it? You can fight all you want, but we both know how this ends.”

No, but I've actually gotten to the point where I've watched the first five episodes enough times that I catch myself making the same faces as the characters and mouthing the lines subconsciously, and I only noticed because if a line of dialogue was spoken loudly, an involuntary noise would come out of my throat as I mouthed the line... I am literally merging with this show, I am unwell
