Always Keep Simming - Colin‘s Birthright
Colin entered the Magic Realm’s Headquarters. He didn’t remember anything about this place and still, as he searched for the office of the headmaster, a strange feeling overtook him. As if something inside him stirred and had opened an eye. The air was thick with magic and so different from the real world. It filled him with energy and he felt more alive than ever. Finally, he arrived at the office of the headmaster, the sage of mischief magic - Jenna Blackburn.

Master Blackburn was not surprised to see her grandson. She‘d already predicted his arrival and felt his magic the moment he had entered the Magic Realm. Colin had never seen his grandmother in person before but he wasn’t interested in long conversations. He had read a lot on Jenna Blackburn during his research. He‘d come to the conclusion that she was a cunning spellcaster, not to be trusted and definitely not in the slightest sentimental. In fact, his grandmother started the conversation by saying „Well, I was thinking you’d never come to claim your birthright. Seems I’ve been wrong and you have more Spellcaster blood in you than I thought.“ „I’m not interested in any birthright. I need help“, Colin explained. He was already starting to get annoyed and regret coming here but there was no turning back. So, he kept it short and to the point: He told her that he needed help dealing with forces from space. The only occult that could stand against alien magic were the spellcasters, as they could protect their mind and body with spells. Thus, Colin asked his grandmother to grant him one wish: To protect his family. However, Master Blackburn was not one to grant any wishes without getting something for herself in return. His grandmother surveyed him critically. „I have a proposal for you...“ „I‘d do anything“, Colin said quickly. „If you want to protect your family, you‘ll do it yourself. You are a Blackburn after all. Surrender to me, let me unlock your magic, teach you. Become a Master Spellcaster and continue my legacy“, she proposed. „Continue your legacy?“, Colin asked confused. „You don’t mean..“. „I do. I‘ll make you the next greatest spellcaster after me and you’ll have the power to protect your family. In exchange, you will claim your birthright and become my rightful heir“, Jenna Blackburn explained. „It’s the least you can do really, you are the reason my precious son ran away with that non-magical creature that was your mother and got himself killed. I don’t have an heir and cannot grant leadership to the other sages, the entire Magic Realm would perish“, she explained. Colin was conflicted. He couldn’t deny that ever since he‘d found out about the origins of his biological parents, he’d been curious about the Magic Realm, about what it would be like to possess magic. But after what had happened to his parents, he had sworn to himself and to his adoptive parents that he’d never go down this road. His father had put a spell on him that could only be broken by the same blood. It surpressed his magic so that his grandmother couldn’t find him outside of the Magic Realm. Until this moment, he’d stilled his thirst of knowledge by studying the history of all other kinds of occults instead. Becoming a sage wasn’t what he had imagined for his future but he’d make it work. He was a professor after all and had excellent management skills. He‘d just find someone to stay in the Magic Realm in his stead for the time he was at home. He‘d agree to anything at this point, just to protect his family.
„Alright, then. Do it“, Colin said. His grandmother stood behind him, her wand raised and with a triumphant smile on her face. „I hereby free your magic. When my remaining days are spent, you will take over my place as the headmaster of the Magic Realm and you will remain in this Realm forever. You will be bound to this Realm. For eternity. If you leave the Magic Realm after becoming a sage, your entire family will be cursed and perish.“
I had so much fun dressing up my sims for Halloween. The theme I picked for myself this year was "masquerade at the Immernacht circus" - so I went with something less spooky and a bit more elegant for the costumes! 🎪⚰️
We have Grace (the empress) as our fortune teller. Are you brave enough to allow her a look into your future?
Alexander (the emperor) as our ringmaster and art director. He's the one keeping the show running.
And Avery (the hierophant) as our talented magician. Whatever strange phenomen you might encounter, keep in mind that magic is but an illusion. It all just happens in this sweet little head of yours.

Tom (Strength), as our haunted beast. Despite his intimidating look, his perfomance is the most elegant act you're about to witnes this whole evening.
And Nico (the Wheel of Fortune), an outcast of society and the newest member of the Immernacht circus. Even as you leave the grounds, you keep wondering what makes this person so mesmerising.

We have Finn (Justice) as our first victim of the night. Curiosity is what kills the cat. But remember, magic is but an illusion. Surely all of this is only happened in your head.
Tao (The Moon), a mysterious young man who looks more innocent than he actually is. You feel this weird desire to become friends with him.
And William (The Sun), our second victim. He saw his fate coming and still decided to stay. You can't help yourself but don't feel sorry for him at all.

While i have been recovering from my surgery i have been scrolling tumblr a fair bit and i came across @vermutandherring amazing build of the Asylum and it made me want to recreate some of the builds from Bloodlines aswell! (completely cc free ofc)!!
I wanted to start out with a smaller one since i still have pain in my hand, but it also happens to be one of the most iconic places in the game imo!! I hope you fellow vampire nerds like it:)

Juana Iris: crystal crafter, spellcaster.

Made this witchy "gemologist" gurlie for later testing the crystal creations pack, maybe replay realm of magic, haven't played as a spellcaster for a while and crystal creations is basically ROM dlc lol. Also I haven't played my fantasy save or any occults for a while.

Juana Iris, spellcaster and gemologist (backstory)
Juana is an apprentice spellcaster and aspiring gemologist. She moved in her Grandmothers old home in Willow Creek after she sadly passed, which she's made her own. Her grandmother introduced her to crystals at a young age, as they're very common in Willow Creek, and they fascinated her, and she also told her of legends of spellcasters. In one of her old journals during her move in, she found out how to access the magical realm and couldn't believe it was all true. Unfortunately she is neither a good spellcaster yet nor a competent gemologist, as tends to find only fossils which are actually valuable and great for paying the bills or buying supplies, but to her they just look like junk. She sells them to get money to buy crystals in the realm of magic, but really feels like she should find her own to have more connection with them. She works extra hard improving her skills and studying magic, as well as spending many hours digging for crystals. She hopes to one day fill all her cabinets with beautiful cut or uncut gems and handmade jewellery, and down the line sell them or even open her own store to sell crystals and potions. Juana has no other family and gets lonely sometimes but she wants to get a cat familiar soon to keep her company once she can stabilise her career. She travels to the magical realm quite often, to spend time at the academy meeting other spellcasters. Her mentor is Simeon but aside from granting her access to magic he doesn't teach her much. She is quite moody and tends to get a bit depressed, especially during the day, she likes sleeping a lot during the light hours, as she's a night owl. She only goes out during the day to collect gems with better light for a few hours, which makes her quite uncomfortable, her skin is very delicate to the sun and it makes her feel moodier. That's something she loves about the magical realm, it isn't too bright even during the day. She'd like to find a cave nearby where she can mine for crystals in a darker cooler setting. She also talks to all her plants, mainly her mushrooms every morning before bed and every evening when she wakes. Her garden is haunted by little spirits which scared her at first, one of the reasons she wasn't sure about living here, but she is getting used to them. Other hobbies of hers include looking through her telescope, watching horror movies and making japanese food.

Se dice que los hay de muchas variedades y especies, aunque los residentes de las tierras ocultas de Heyadee son unos de los más mal vistos por ser tan perceptivos y sentenciosos. Si tienen más ojos a su alrededor, pueden ser incluso aún más juiciosos por ser capaces de ver más allá de tu alma. 👁️🌳
