A bit late cause it’s the end of the month, but better now than never? Showing appreciation for Asian American Pacific Islander MCs cause May is AAPI month. For those who follow me, I also hinted at another project I’m doing from sketches involving some LI from the game. It’ll be done in the same quick sketch/color style as these artworks.

Was never expecting them to add SWM MC cause it’s so specific, but here we are. I enjoyed it when the stories mentioned tiger moms and the MC’s mom constantly trying to set her up with people. Got a good laugh outta’ it!
(I didn’t include the L&L MC cause while it’s hinted she might be Asian of some sort, we’ll never know for sure because it was never confirmed in any route…I think?)
PRIDE 2021
Last month was Asian American Pacific Islander heritage month, so I drew a buncha characters. I was planning this giant panoramic poster of Asian American Pacific Islander LGBTQ+ characters in the game for this month, cause it’s Pride month.
There’s a lack of Asian American Pacific Islander LGBTQ+ content. Also not a lot of accurate portrayals in media. It’s really cool to see all these relatable characters in the game. If you’re interested in reading these stories, here’s a list of the characters and series. Please correct me if anything is wrong!

Being a professional performer in Vegas is nice and all, but the audience, the sounds, so many damn fans sharing one brain-cell. I kick my heels off and then back kick the door to my room – my only sanctuary.
“Fuck. Finally some peace and quiet. I swear I’ll cut the balls off the next man that tries to flirt with me at the show. Laz saved that poor soul today, but next time…next time my blades will speak.”
The ikebana flower arrangements and various potted bonsai plants comfort me. The arrangements and countless nights I’ve spent grooming these plants to perfection. I’ve always been a fan of Japanese aesthetics and I’d kill for a good cup of matcha tea to calm my soul after dealing with the crowds at the show. Especially after that gross pig of a man tried to touch me. He smelled like a mix of stale corn chips and the greasy floor of a kitchen at a fast food joint. Thinking about him makes me shudder.
I look into the mirror at my reflection in frustration, pent up anger boils at my very core. Like a volcano holding in its fiery power for eons, I erupt and scream into the mirror, “Ugh, I’m so fucking done with Thrill of Sin and Yvette flirting with some short little runt wearing a stupid tie dye jacket. The nerve of that woman! The audacity! I’ve been friends with her for longer and she goes running off into some stupid lala land date with some fangirl.”
As I cool down from venting, I have to admit the runt did have nice legs…but my legs are WAY more sexy than hers. I strike a pose, smirk and wink at my own reflection in the mirror, “Babe, it’s you, me, and myself tonight.”

I started this little project last month when I wouldn't get this version of the song out of my head. I wanted to a lovestruck twist and knowing pride was going to be here, I figured I'd do Yvette! So I got started on this last month and this bitch ass still managed to take her sweet time. When all you do is have a blind eye to comic commissions and lvl up yourself in XIV and cause chaos to your friends, I say it was worth it.

Yvette and MC from Sin with Me at dusk under the stars. I missed doing the full background fan arts. If you remember my wip sketch, uhm…yea this is COMPLETELY different. I kept changing the colors and playing around with compositions until I got this. There is an easter egg in the background, shooting star through a heart.
Waiting for Yvette’s next season! She’s owed her happy ending!!!

It's Christmas time, that is, IT'S THE PADORU MOMENT
I know this is a bit extra.. But it was too late for me turn back.
This is by no means 100% accurate since some of the older fans may have already left the fandom and few of the LI(s) have the same amount of votes with each other etc. so this was just made for fun. Thank you to everyone who voted back then! ✨
Sitting here writing Dorran, Onyx, Vinca’s prequel SWM story and I didn’t even get much done and it’s like time flies. WTF…3hrs already passed? It felt like 5 minutes, literally. I think I’m done with a short prologue, and somewhat done with episode 1. It may seem like an ambitious solo project, but I want to make it in visual novel format.
So, I made a spreadsheet with all the assets I need. It’s a lot since I’m re-drawing all the character sprites in ¾ view. Also, getting new music for Dorran, Onyx, Vinca, Gage, Izaiah ect;
I’m basically testing and listening to music tracks while I write. Unfortunately, I really have to build on Dorran and Onyx’s relationship before I can introduce Vinca in more.
But, I did pick up some writing methods from all the Lovestruck stories. Characters personality description through their actions in certain scenes. The first time I noticed it was the MC describing the WLL crew in a card game.
I’m sure it appears a lot elsewhere too, but the card game scene stood out the most. Whenever I get a writing block, I just reference Lovestruck scenes to see what methods they use to solve the writing in certain scenes. I guess scenes are like math problems, each one has a formula I can use to solve?
Probably just going to make this 6 episodes, I don’t want to be too ambitious with my first project. Er, I’m not goina’ tag this so I guess I can give followers a preview of a small section of EP1, this is also from Dorran’s PoV.

I’m in charge of making coffee for the entire troupe, I have their usuals memorized. Ripley likes extra, extra sugar and cream. Cal likes his coffee black. Izaiah and Wrath both drink decaf. Gage likes mixing in cocoa powder with his coffee, then adding cream.
(Yvette…well, she’d usually have it with less sugar and cream, bittersweet. She likes contrasting flavors a lot, especially sour candies. But, lately she’s been prowling around at night solo. She said it was a private matter and I’m not one to dig more.)
(And for myself, buckwheat tea. I don’t drink coffee.)
“Onyx, how do you take your coffee?”
Onyx glances over from the sofa where she’s sitting with Ripley.
“Extra sugar and cream, please!”
Ripley squeals in excitement after finding out Onyx shares the same taste for coffee.
