I think it will be fun to animate him fighting some big monsters in this form, especially because the wings make him bigger so he can fight some really big things and not be so small you can't see him.

Late campaign Chip outfit idea.
I saw a really cool pair of boots on Pinterest that I thought suited Chip a lot so I just had to add them. Also thought it'd be pretty cool to give Chip some water themes since he's a Riptide captain as well as a nod to Arlin. Also gave him the feather and the coral to remind him of his fellow captain's.

Dug out my tablet to try things. It seems easier to just forgo the rough sketch stage and just try drawing as close to what I have in mind. I think it's mostly because my sketch style is too quick and the lines don't pick up as well... :I I was trying to adjust the pen sensitivity thing so it helped a little...
I'm really happy with how the boys came out. It's always kind of fun trying to figure out placement for a four-way hug. XD
