Timothee Chalamet Fanfic - Tumblr Posts
just friends - t. chalamet x reader
been getting in my Timmy feels lately and haven’t posted in a hot minute since I keep procrastinating so here’s a timmy imagine
pairing: platonic!timothée x platonic!reader
warnings: lil angst, mentions of drugs, just some platonic fluff and some swearing
part 2 , part 3
You and Timothée met years ago, back in 2015. He was 19 and you were 17. You ran into each other at an awards show and clicked. You knew from the moment you started talking that there would be a friendship.
As time passed, you got closer and closer until you were inseparable. Only a few months after you met, you had opened up to him.
“My dad’s been in jail for 10 years,” You shrugged, sliding down the wall next to Timothée, who had his back pressed against the door and his legs spread out wide in front of him.
He looked over at you, with curious eyes. He wanted to ask, but didn’t want to pry. You noticed the look, and smiled sadly. “He killed my mom.”
His breath got caught in his throat, and he didn’t know what to say. He didn’t have much to say, and he didn’t want to pity you. So he just grabbed your hand that was resting on your knee and scooted closer to you.
He didn’t treat you different, or give you pity, and you admired that. You knew there was something different about the boy.
You were a singer, and he was an actor. So obviously, your lives were very different and you both had very different schedules that made it hard to see each other. Especially when you were on tour and he was shooting in a completely different place. There was a whole month where you didn’t get to talk to each other because your time zone differences were constantly switching and when you were up, he was asleep and when you were asleep, he was up. But when you got to talk again, it was like nothing had changed.
The longest you went without seeing each other was 9 months. Those 9 months were hell, but you were proud of Timmy because he had gotten one of his biggest movie roles yet and he was proud of you because you sold out every single show on your tour.
The doorknob to your apartment jiggled, and you sat up warily because the only person who had a key to your apartment was Timmy.
Timmy.
You jumped up, at the same time he opened the door. There he was, in all his glory, your best friend. He closed the door behind him and smiled at you.
“Long time no see, stranger.” He joked. It took you a minute to fully comprehend what was happening, but once you did, you were running across the room and jumping onto him.
He stumbled back a bit, but hugged you back tightly. He squeezed you and lifted you up off the ground, burying his face in your neck. It gave him a sense of home, and made him smile.
“You told me you weren’t coming home for another 3 weeks.” You mumbled, your hands clenching the back of his shirt.
“Ended filming early,” He replied. “Took the first plane back.” His curly hair tickled your cheek and you smiled. You didn’t realize how much you missed Timmy’s hugs and the way he clung to you so tightly.
You think that maybe that’s when you realized you had a little crush on Timothée.
Yeah. Had. As in, after a while you realized how much that would ruin your friendship and pushed your feelings away. Eventually, it worked.
You’re glad it worked, because a few months later, Timothée got a girlfriend. Her name was Reilyn.
He spent all of his time with her. You thought back a few months ago, and thanked God you didn’t still have feelings for him, because if you did, you’d be crushed to death.
At first, you didn’t mind. You were happy Timmy was happy. Then, he started ignoring your calls and ditching your plans to hang out with her. You let it slide for a while, but when he showed up 3 hours late to your birthday party, you brought it up.
He defended Reilyn, of course. And that started one of your biggest and only fights.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You woke up to your bed sinking. You were a light sleeper, always had been. The slightest noise or touch woke you up.
You groaned, shifted around and opened your eyes to see Timothée sitting at the side of your bed. “Hi,” He whispered. You didn’t respond, just stared up at him.
Then your mind replayed the events of the past 2 days, and you wanted to crawl in a hole and die. “What do you want? I just want to sleep right now.” You grumbled, burying your face back in your pillow.
“You’re naked.” He noted, his eyes running over your bare back, not covered by the sheets.
“No shit, sherlock.” You scoffed, mad at him. “I had a guy over. I asked him to leave.”
Timothée was silent for a while. For a second, you thought he had left. Then you heard his soft breathing. “You called me a lot yesterday and today. What’s wrong?”
Anger bubbled in your stomach, and you clenched your fist around the sheets. “It doesn’t concern you anymore. You were with Reilyn.” You spat, not bothering to hide the venom in your voice.
“I’m sorry, y/n/n. My phone’s been shut off, it was our year anniversary. Please, just tell me what’s wrong.” He pleaded, his hand finding your back.
You didn’t respond. You didn’t want to think about it, or talk about it. You’d be reliving it all over again, and that’s the last thing you wanted. Timothée pulled the covers over you, pushed you over, and crawled into your bed. He turned you so you were facing him and froze when he saw the tears in your eyes.
“Please.” He sighed, gripping your forearm. You gulped, looking away from him.
“Josh called me yesterday.” You started. Josh was your brother. After your mom died, your then 15-year-old brother decided you guys should go live with your aunt, here in California. He began using drugs, more and more as time passed.
“oh.” Timothée breathed out. He met him once. He was worried for the dude, because he looked like he would collapse any second. In all honesty, Timothée didn’t have any words. He felt guilt piling up because he wasn’t there for his best friend.
“I met him at a cafe. For a while, it was small talk. Then he asked me for money. Of course he asked me for money. He told me it was for gas, but him and I both knew I wasn't buying that. I left after and that’s when I called you. And you didn’t pick up. Then, later that night, I got a call from the hospital and they told me he OD’d. That’s the second time I called you. I went to the hospital, waited for 3 hours to get at least some information, and I was on the verge of a panic attack, that’s the 3rd time I called you.
Two hours later, when I went home to shower and get him some clothes, I came back and the doctor told me he discharged himself. I tried to get a hold of him for 3 more hours, looked through all of the sketchiest streets in L.A. for him, then gave up and went back to my apartment only to find it trashed and Josh asleep in my bathtub. I called you. When he woke up, we got in a huge fight and he took cash from my wallet and left. At least a couple hundred bucks. Then I called you again. So I called Jack over, we fucked, and then I asked him to leave. Then I called you for the last time, and went to bed.” You ended, turning away from him.
“I’m so sorry, y/n.” He croaked out, and you knew he was crying. You wanted to yell at him, wanted to scream at him, and wanted to blame Reilyn, but you weren’t like that. So you didn’t do it, and let him hold you and tell you he was sorry.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You walked into your dressing room, breathing heavily. Another night, another show. You found Timothée on the floor. His back was resting against the couch, and he was playing with a rubix cube. He looked up when you closed the door behind you.
“Hey superstar.” He laughed. “Amazing show.”
You smiled, walking over to him. He pulled you down, right between his legs. You let your back rest against his chest and put your head on his shoulder. His arms wrapped around your middle. “Seriously, you did great.”
A couple days after the whole fiasco where Timo didn’t answer his phone, he broke up with Reilyn. You felt guilty but he assured you it was for the best and that it wasn't your fault at all. That was almost 5 months ago. You were back on tour and Timmy wasn’t shooting so he was able to come to a lot of your shows.
Your fingers drummed on Timmy’s knee absentmindedly. Times like these made time go so fast, but slow down at the same time. You felt at home, a haze over you that only Timmy could make you feel. In a strictly platonic way, you reminded yourself. “Timmy?” You mumbled, grabbing his knee.
“Yes?” He replied, muffled by your hair.
“I love you. Thank you for being there for me, always.” You sighed, feeling his arms squeeze you and his lips press to the back of your head.
“I love you more, y/n/n.”

just friends (pt. 2) - t. chalamet x reader
really no one asked for a part 2 but I had it in my drafts then one person asked so here, one person that I love dearly :) @eternaleviee
pairing: reader x timotheé chalamet
warnings: swearing, mentions of the hanky panky
part 1 , part 3
lil recap: just a background, how they met, the beginning of their friendship, when y/n had a lil crush on timo
It was tearing you apart. Eating at your insides, making you feel all guilty inside. You’ve been telling yourself all these years that your crush on Timotheé had vanished, but in reality, it had grown stronger and you didn’t even realize it.
How didn’t you realize it? You aren’t sure. You told yourself the butterflies in your stomach was the happiness of seeing your best friend.
You were in love with Timotheé, and you couldn't ignore or deny it anymore. And it was all because of a little comment. A stupid comment on an Instagram post of you two.
the way they look at each other... y/n looks at him like he puts the stars in her sky.
“Like he puts the stars in her sky.” That made it all the more complex, but much more sense. Timotheé did put the stars in her sky. He put the happiness in her life. The hope.
You were brought out of your thoughts when Timotheé tugged on your wrist, pulling you down Hollywood Boulevard. The simple touch sent jolts up her arm and shivers down her spine.
“I don’t understand why I had to get so dressed up.” You grumbled, looking down at your black dress and heels. “Aren’t we just meeting our friends?”
“Yeah, but we’re going to Chateau Marmont and there’s someone I’d like you to meet.” He grinned over his shoulder. Your heart dropped in your stomach, and you felt sick.
The last time he said that, you met Reilyn. His controlling, invasive ex-girlfriend that stole all of his time. There was someone else, now.
You sighed and put on a fake smile, nodding. You wished you never read that comment. Maybe you wouldn’t feel so sick to your stomach right now.
You arrived at the restaurant and Timotheé spoke to a waiter before following him to a booth in the very back, in a different room then everyone else. You saw your whole friend group, and an unfamiliar girl sitting next to (y/b/f). Everyone looked up when you two arrived, and the unfamiliar girl got up and smiled at Timotheé, pressing a kiss to his cheek.
I should’ve stayed in bed. You thought, scanning her. She had shoulder length blonde hair, beautiful facial structure, and perfect height.
She turned to you, and held out a hand. “Hi, I’ve heard about you a lot. Timo talks about you all the time.” She smiled politely.
Funny, I haven’t heard a word about you. You looked over at Timotheé, seeing him stare at the both of you nervously. You were the only person who ever called him Timo.
“It’s nice to meet you...” You went on, gesturing for her name.
Something flashed in her eyes, and her gaze flickered to Timotheé for a short second. He hung his head and she looked back over at you. “Lily.”
“Nice to meet you, Lily.” You smiled, shaking her hand. She smiled back and returned back to her seat. You sat at the open seat next to one of your friends and got lost in conversation, but couldn’t shake the thought of Lily and Timotheé out of your mind.
“I think you should tell him.” Harry shrugged, taking a sip of his tea.
You and Harry Styles had been friends for a while. You collaborated on a song and continued to be very good friends after that, and you often went to each other for advice.
“He’s dating Lily.” You reminded him, furrowing your eyebrows.
“I know. But if he never told you about her and he always talks about you, there’s something going on. Tell him, y/n/n. YOLO.” Harry smiled, nudging your hand that was resting on the table at the small cafe you were at.
You looked up from your cup, narrowing your eyes. “Never say that again.” You tried not to laugh. He laughed, which only made you laugh.
“Just promise me you’ll try.” He realized you weren't going to tell him. You sighed, and nodded.
“I’ll try.”
Nope. Nope. You weren't going to tell him. You went over to his place in hopes that he was alone, but as soon as you got to the door you heard the moans and headboard slapping.
That was almost a week ago, and you couldn't get the noises out of your mind. You missed being on tour and being occupied every second so you had no time to overthink anything. Now, you were doubting everything.
A few days after the... incident, you went out for coffee with Lily and Timotheé, determined to force yourself to like her. There was nothing not to like, except for the fact she was dating him.
You proved yourself wrong. The whole time, she was glaring at you while Timotheé tried to engage in conversation. When he got up to go get another coffee, she was off on a rant about how you were obsessed with Timotheé and that you needed to stay away. As soon as Timmy came back, you said your goodbyes quickly and rushed out of the cafe, your blood boiling.
It took a week for Timotheé to realize you were acting strange. He walked in unannounced to your apartment just in time to see your regular fuck buddy, Jack come out.
He was pulling his t-shirt over his head, and once it was over his torso, Timotheé could see that he was panting. His eyes snapped up him, and he nodded. “Sup, dude.” Jack breathed out, smiling at him before leaving the apartment.
Timotheé felt his heart clench and he rolled his eyes. He wanted to like Jack, he really did, but he couldn’t bring himself too. He sighed and walked to your bedroom, where you were getting back into bed.
“What did you forget, Jack?” You sighed, your back facing him. You climbed under the covers and then you noticed Timotheé standing by the door, wearing a jean jacket, a graphic tee, and grey sweatpants. “Oh. It’s you.”
Timotheé scoffed. “Yeah, it’s me. Sorry to disappoint.” He said, his voice dripping with sarcasm. “Not happy to see me?”
You shrugged, but your insides were going crazy. Push back all the feelings. Don’t let him know. “Nice girlfriend.” Was all you said, pulling the covers up to your chin.
“This is about Lily.” He acknowledged. “I don't understand. Every time I get a girlfriend, you hate her. What’s wrong with you? Why won't you let me be happy?” You scoffed, turning over to look at him. “Let you be happy? That’s exactly what I’m trying to do! Every time you bring a girl near me, she automatically sees me as a threat. That’s why I stay away, so I don’t fuck up whatever is happening. I know you like Lily, and that’s why I haven’t been talking to you! She hates me, so I hate her. Just don’t bring her near me and we’ll be good.” You went off, throwing your hands up in the air at the end.
Timmy didn’t say anything, just raised his eyebrows. You stared at him, waiting for a response.
“...Sounds like you have a crush on me.” He shrugged, smirking at you.
Your heart sped up, afraid that he had caught you. Now everything was ruined. But you were going to do your best to deny it. “Grow the fuck up, Timotheé. This isn’t 2nd grade. I’m trying to be a good person.” You growl, laying back down and turning your back to him.
It was quiet, again. Then, you felt Timmy’s hands on your back, pushing you over. Then he was climbing in next to you, and he wrapped an arm around you. “Don’t be mad at me, please.” He mumbled, his forehead resting on your back.
God, curse you for falling for this scrawny, adorable, stubborn boy that is Timotheé Chalamet.
“I told you, I’m not mad at you.” You grumbled, trying to ignore the goosebumps on your skin from the arm that rested just below your breasts.
“You are. You’re just not admitting it,” He mumbled, his lips brushing against your skin with every word. The small action sent chills down your entire body. You couldn’t take this anymore. You thought you were going to explode if you didn't tell him.
“God damnit, Timotheé.” You whined, sitting up. You looked behind you to see Timotheé still laying down, staring at you. “How fucking oblivious can you be? How could you not see? Or maybe you did, and you’re doing this on purpose.” You shook your head, getting up.
“Slow down, y/n/n. What the fuck is going on?” Timmy furrowed his eyebrows. You rolled your eyes, crossing your arms.
“I’m fucking in love with you, Timotheé. I have been for years. You were too blind to see and I was too scared to tell. Are you happy now? You can get rid of me and go see your precious girlfriend. I’m staying away because I’m jealous, god.” You spilt out, not caring anymore. You kept your eyes anywhere but Timothee’s face.
“Y/n.” Timotheé said.
You sighed. “How hard is it for you to understand? I’m waiting. Just break my heart and leave.”
Your eyes finally landed on Timotheé only to see him centimeters away from your face. Then, he was leaning in and kissing you.
The feeling felt nothing like you thought it would. You thought it would bring butterflies to your stomach and make you feel all giddy, but it just ignited the flame inside you even more and your whole body felt like an oven. You didn’t realize you were kissing back until your fingers were tugging at his hair.
Your lips moved sloppily, but with so much passion. The way Timotheé’s hands fisted your shirt said it all. You were sure after this, there was no way you were going to be able to let him leave.
He was pulling you closer and closer to him, until there was no room in between you two. But then, his phone started ringing.
He told you to ignore it, but you shook your head and pulled away from him, using all your self restraint to do so. You were breathing heavily and so was he as he grabbed his phone, to see the contact name on the screen.
Lily.

4:48AM.
That’s the time the clock on your bedside table read. You were completely aware of the arm around your stomach, the hair tickling the back of your neck, and the soft breaths into the crook of your neck.
After the kiss, and the call from Lily, you both stared at the phone. Your heart was thumping erratically in your chest, and you were too afraid to see Timothée’s reaction. What surprised you the most, was when he pressed the off button on his phone and denied the call. He grabbed your hand, got into the bed and pulled you in with him. He turned you on your side and wrapped an arm around you, resting his head in the space between your neck and shoulder. He mumbled a “goodnight” to you, and only a few minutes later, his breath had evened out.
You’d been up since then, replaying what happened. Like a broken record. Goosebumps were all over your body, just remembering the feeling you got when he kissed you. Had he felt the same way all along? What did the kiss mean? Or maybe it was closure.
You used to call Timothée over all the time when you couldn’t sleep. He’d hold you or talk to you until he was sure you had passed out. It was quite funny that now, he was holding you, and you were unable to sleep because all of your thoughts were consumed of him.
Your body ached for you to turn around, and just stare at him. You wouldn’t let yourself though. Sleeping Timmy is just another way for you to fall more in love with him.
And wow. You had confessed your love for him. It came out at the least expected time. But you did it. The thing you've been stressing about all week, leaving a heavy weight on your shoulders, was off, and it felt good. But it brought a whole new set of worries. What was going to happen now? He doesn't feel the same way, and you try to keep your friendship but it’s too awkward for you so you end it? He does feel the same way, but doesn't want to hurt Lily and the kiss is never brought up again?
The possibilities were endless. It made your head hurt. You finally couldn't resist anymore and slowly turned over to face Timmy. You could make out his facial features in the dark. His arm suddenly tightened around you, pulling you even closer to him. And your heart melted into a puddle, of course.
Christmas was approaching and it was coming fast. One of your friends decided to have a Christmas party, filled with only your closest friends. Timothée was here too, somewhere making trouble. Unfortunately, you two hadn’t talked about the kiss at all. But he certainly didn’t ignore it. The smiles held more meaning behind it, the random staring, the small touches you knew were on purpose, like grazing your waist, or brushing his hand against yours.
No one in your group had any idea what happened to Lily. Timothée hasn’t mentioned her to anyone at all, since the kiss. You all could only assume it was trouble in paradise. Maybe, he told Lily and they got into a huge fight. Who knows?
Y/f/n’s Christmas parties always brought the spirit to the holidays. The beginning of December is when it was held each year. There would be a naked tree, untouched by any Christmas decorations, and containers full of ornaments next to it. Some people would take over the tree, while others would decorate cookies in the kitchen, and others would just sit around and drink alcohol.
You were around the Christmas tree, helping place ornaments, with a glass of wine in your hand. “I put the mistletoe on the kitchen doorway,” One of your friends mentioned. You all turned around and saw it hanging discreetly. “I wonder who’s gonna end up there first.”
You rolled your eyes and turned back to the tree. This year, most of the girls were working on the tree while the guys took over the kitchen. You could hear the rustle and laughter, and wondered how much of a mess they were making.
You spotted a bare spot on the tree, and grabbed an ornament to fill the space. Unfortunately, it was just a little bit too tall for you. You reached on your tip toes and just barely grazed the spot, but still couldn’t reach it. You were the tallest out of your girl friends, so it’s not like you could ask them.
As if answering your prayers, someone came up behind you and grabbed the ornament, hanging it with ease. When he dropped his hand, he wrapped his arms around you from behind. “Timo,” You acknowledged. Your friends sent you knowing glances, but turned back to what they were doing. “Shouldn’t you be decorating me a cookie right now?” You grinned.
“Already did.” Timothée gloated, bringing one of his hands up to your face, showing you his creation. It had white frosting and a bunch of sprinkles on it, and it looked like he tried to make a snowman but gave up. “Timmy, you never fail to impress me with your artistic skills.” You joked, leaning on him. He put the cookie to your lips and you took a bite of it. “The flavor though,” You added, throwing out a chefs kiss. “Exquisite.”
“I tried my best, okay?” He laughed. He looked up at the Christmas tree, resting his chin on your shoulder. “The tree looks amazing. You guys did way better than we ever do.” He said, referring to the guys.
“Girls are better than boys at everything, Timmy.” You snickered. He gasped. “Take that back, or you’ll regret it.” “I’m not scared of you.” You shrugged, his head moving up and back down with the gesture. He only made a humming sound, turning his head slightly so his nose brushed against your cheek. He kept it like that for a few seconds, before he unexpectedly licked a bold stripe up your cheek. You squealed and he jumped away from you, running off. You wiped off your cheek and ran after him, chasing him around the kitchen. He made a run for it and ran back out of the kitchen. You were hot on his heel, and then he stopped unexpectedly. “I give up.” He sighed. You grinned, and when he turned around he stuck his tongue out at you.
“Giving up so soon?” You pouted, holding back your smirk. He only laughed and shook his head.
“Um, y/n? Timothée?” One of your friends called out. You looked over at her, and saw her with a few other of your friends, all looking at you.
You furrowed your eyebrows. “Yeah?”
“Look up.”
You and Timothée both looked up at the same time, seeing the green leaves tied with a red ribbon above you. Shit.
The kiss was still fresh in your mind. He never gave you an answer. You looked over at Timothée, seeing him already looking at you. “Well, what are you waiting for, woman? We have to kiss.” He pointed at the mistletoe. You rolled your eyes and his serious face turned into a grin as he leaned in, cupping your cheek. He looked down at your lips, back up to your eyes, and back down. Then, you both hesitantly leaned in and your lips connected. Bringing back all the feelings.
Your head was spinning, your stomach was turning, and your legs felt like jello. Your hands clutched onto his sweatshirt, as your lips moved in sync with one another.
You became aware that there was still a crowd, and slowly pulled away. His hand didn't leave your cheek as you looked around at your friends who were all staring at the two of you. Some, with a smirk, some with their mouths opened wide, and some were winking at the two of you and grinning like crazy.
“Well, let’s watch a movie, shall we?”
It was a week later when you were in your living room, watching TV, and the door opened. You automatically knew it was Timothée, because he’s the only one who has a key.
He didn’t say anything, just joined you on the couch. “Mickey Mouse? Fantasia? Really?” He looked over at you, raising his eyebrows.
“Hey, sue me. It’s the best thing I’ve ever seen in my 23 years of living.” You scoffed. He shrugged and turned his head back to the screen.
It went on like that for a few minutes, until you reached for the remote and paused it. “Timmy, we need to talk about the kiss. Kisses.”
He looked over at you, nodding. “Yeah, we do.”
“W-what did that first kiss mean? Why’d you kiss me? What was the answer to that?” You blurted out, anxious to hear what had been keeping you up at night. Your heart sped up. It was all or nothing. He could have feelings for you, or he could reject you and possibly ruin the friendship forever? Not that you wanted to ruin your friendship over this. But you weren't so sure you could live knowing your best friend rejected you and you have to watch him move on in a life without you.
He kept eye contact with you, shifting his position so he was completely facing you. “Y/n, I’ve been in love with you since we met. I thought you knew and didn’t want to reject me, so I busied myself with other girls. If I’d known you felt like that the whole time, I would’ve kissed you a long time ago.” He smiled slightly, rubbing the back of his neck. Your heart sped up even more. He felt this way the whole time?
“I think we both know I’m pretty clueless when it comes to how other people are feeling.” You sheepishly grinned. He laughed, nodding. “You are kinda oblivious.” You both laughed at that.
“So... what does this mean?” You asked awkwardly. Lord knows you had no idea what to do in these kinds of situations. You avoided his gaze.
Then, your chin was being lifted up and Timothée’s lips were connected with yours. You kissed back immediately, your hand going to the back of his neck. This kiss felt similar to the one at the Christmas party, but with more emotion behind it. You both knew how you felt now and that made it all the more special.
Your hands played with the curls at the nape of his neck while his gripped your waist. He pulled you onto his lap, wanting you closer to him. When you both pulled away breathless, you rested your forehead on his. “I love you, Timmy.” You mumbled, a curl wrapped around your finger.
He grinned. “And I love you, y/n/n.”
should I write a pt 4 to just friends kinda like an epilogue lmao

A/N: hey. I was supposed to finish this last night, but life got in the way. Had a lot of fun writing this. They were so cute. I just love adorable little in love Wonka. I most certainly loved writing these two and would return to write more for the librarian and Wonka. Also, thank you for the request.
Warning: Fluffy, kissing, confusedWonka. First love. Sickening sweet lovers. Unedited.
“Willy? Willy? Earth to Willy?” Noddle laughed, waving her hand in front of a love-struck Willy.
As if coming out of a hazy, Willy shook his head and looked toward her, tearing his eyes away from you. “Noddle, when did you get here?” He said with a wide smile.
Noddle laughed again. “I’ve been here trying to get your attention for the last few minutes. You have been bewitched. I see,” she teased.
He flushed bright red, but his eyes still wandered across the library to gaze at you. You were stunning to him. The one thing that was on his mind more than chocolate. You were everything to him. The first thing he thought about in the morning and the last thing at night.
You were sitting on the floor of the library with a group of children surrounding you as you read them a storybook. They were all just as captivated by you as Willy was. You were so expressive when you read, and he wanted nothing more than to be sitting with the children.
“Willy. I am losing you again,” Noddle said, pulling his attention by to her.
“Oh Sorry. Sorry. You know me, my head is always in the clouds,” he chuckled, unable to help himself by taking another keep glance in your direction.
This time you felt his stare and turned to look at him. You smiled softly and waved happily at him. Willy absolutely lit up at your attention and waved back enthusiastically. You giggled blowing him a kiss.
He flushed again and quickly turned away feeling his heartbeat so loudly he couldn’t hear Noddle speaking to him for a few minutes.
“Willy. We are meant to be researching. Not you flirting with your girlfriend,” she said putting a stack of books on the table in front of him.
“She is not my girlfriend,” he said grabbing one of the books and flipping through it. It took all of his willpower to not look up at you again.
“Why not? Have you two not been going on dates for a few weeks now?” Noddle asked curiously.
He frowned. “I don’t know. We have gone out as friends, and I have told her I like her. And I know she likes me, but nothing else.” To be truthful, he had no idea what to do or say around you. You made his heart explode. He wanted more. He wanted to hold your hand, hug you tightly, and he wanted to kiss you.
He didn’t understand his intense feelings for you. His need to be close to you and his desire to touch you. He often had dreams of the two of you cuddling on the sofa. His hand in your lap and your hands in his hair. Or he dreamed of you two lying in bed together. Legs tangled together and him rubbing his nose against yours.
Willy wrung his hands together just thinking about it. He didn’t know what was wrong with him. Why he felt this emptiness in himself? This dark light that he never even noticed until you came into his life.
“I don’t want to scare her away,” he said, after a few minutes of silence.
“Scare her away? Willy you two are adorable together and I will bet she is just as smitten about you as you are for her.”
“You think so?” he said shyly looking up through his lashes.
Noddle rolled her eyes and bonked him on the head.
“Ouch,” he said rubbing his spot. “What was that for?” He frowned.
“For being dense.”
“Dense? How am I dense?”
“I don’t think you are dense?” Your voice said.
Willy and Noddle looked up to see you standing on the other side of the table they occupied. You smiled softly at them both, looking over their stacks of books. “What are you two working on today?” You asked.
“We are researching a new ingredient for my chocolate. There is this little island not far from here, that is home to this plant called the Covech, and the insides are known for their healing properties. I was thinking about using them in my newest creation.”
“We are trying to figure out which island it is exactly one,” Noddle added.
Your expression fell slightly at the idea of Willy leaving but you were quick to cover it up and smiled at the pair. “Oh, that is exciting. When do you plan to leave?”
Willy saw the slight change in your expression and his heart clenched. “We don’t have a set plan yet. Maybe in the coming week.”
You nodded. “Well, I will leave you two to your research. I have to get ready for another story reading.”
Willy stood up, whimpering slightly. Embarrassingly, he pushed his curls behind his ears. “Umm, I was wondering if you wanted to have dinner with me tonight?”
You turned around and nodded excitedly. “I would love to. I get off work at 7. Do you want to meet sometime after that?”
He nodded just as excitedly. “I can meet you here at 7. We can walk together.”
“Seems like a plan. I will see you then, Willy. Bye, Noddle.”
Noddle waved goodbye and laughed as Willy walked you lovingly. “Oh Willy, you get it bad,” she said.
You waited outside the library with your coat tightly wrapped around you. You had just locked up the library and you bounced on the balls of your feet as you waited for Willy. You grinned widely as you saw him running towards you. A wide goofy smile on his face as he saw you.
Out of breath, he stopped right in front of you. “Have you been waiting long? I’m sorry, Lofty was being particularly difficult tonight. You look beautiful,” he said in one breath.
You laughed. “Lofty is really in a league of his own. I’ve only just locked up. Ready to go?” You said.
He nodded and reached out his hand for a moment before awkwardly dropping it and motioning to go. You couldn’t help but feel a bit disappointed at his action, but you just smiled and walked next to him.
You wanted to be more affectionate with Willy, but you assumed he just liked to take things slow or just didn’t like affection. You didn’t want to push. You liked being around him. He made your heartbeat and your palms sweat.
“So where are we going?” You asked, walking closer to him.
Your hands brushed slightly, and Willy shivered. “I was thinking we could go to the place we went on our first da- time eating,” he stuttered.
“That sounds great.”
At Dinner, Willy could do nothing but mentally keep himself in check. He just wanted to grab your hand and feel your warmth. He felt so hollow without it, but he didn’t want to make you uncomfortable. So, he sat with his hands in his lap, his knee bouncing. It hit the table every few minutes causing you to giggle and him to flush.
“Willy?” You started softly. “Is something the matter? You seem on edge. Have I kept you away from your work?” You asked worriedly, placing your hand on his arm.
Willy shivered and melted at your touch. The warmth from your hand spread throughout his body and he sighed happily. He could feel nothing, but you, and he realized that he never felt warmer in his life.
“Willy?”
Shaking his head, he turned his gaze on you. His eyes were wide and filled with affection and happiness. “Do you think we can sit a bit closer? I’m cold,” he said shyly.
You bit your lower lip to keep the smile off your face. “Of course. Of course.” You moved closer to him until your thighs touched his. Willy shivered again and you chuckled taking his hand in yours. You rubbed your hands between his and blew air on his hands.
“Better?” You asked.
His smile split his face open as he nodded happily. “Yes, much better thank you.”
“Any time. And I mean it,” you said.
Willy nodded and squeezed your hand. “I will keep that in mind.” He paused to look down at your joint hands. “I really like spending time with you. I was wondering if you… Would like to be more than friends with me?” Willy asked looking up from his lashes at you.
“I love spending time with you, Willy. You are my favorite person in the world. I would like to be more than friends with you.”
“Wonderful. Wonderful,” he grinned leaning over and kissing your cheek.
As Willy walked you home you couldn’t help but notice how giddy he was. Well more giddy than he always was. Your heart picked up speed at the thought you were the reason for his happiness. He was truly a light to be around.
You thought you would be too boring for the excitable chocolatier. But from the moment you met, he was fascinated by your job as a librarian. His eyes always lit up when you talked about your day or the children you read to.
Arriving at your door, Willy grinned down at you taking both of your hands in yours. Pink dusted his cheeks, but he didn’t care if it did. If you saw how smitten he was with you. He just felt so light and warm with your hand in his.
“What?” You asked shyly.
Willy's eyes danced with mischief, leaning closer. “Can I tell you a secret?” he whispered.
With a chuckle and a nod, you leaned closer to him. Your noses almost touched, and his breath hit your face with every exhale. “I am great at keeping secrets,” you whispered.
“I have never been happier than I am right now.” He said sincerely. “I feel like I am weightless. Walking on clouds of wonder.”
“Oh. That sounds wonderful. Did you get a new idea while we walked?” You asked.
Willy shook his head, his curls falling in his face. He ducked his head and ghosted his lips over yours. “Don’t you know that is the feeling of being with you.”
Your breath caught and you stared into his eyes. Willy's stare bore back into you. “I very much feel like I walk on clouds when I am with you.”
“Hmm. Do you know the name of that feeling?” He asked, genuinely.
“No, but I quite like it,” you said.
Willy giggled pressing his nose against yours. “I do as well. I am not good with asking for things. For expressing this hunger, this need to be near you to”—he paused to brush his thumb across your cheekbone—“To touch you. I feel… on clouds of cotton candy.”
You kissed you softly then. His hand on your cheek tightens and his other arms wrap around your waist pulling you flush against him. Neither of you deepened the kiss, just enjoying the feeling of your lips pressed against each other. Willy melted against you. His body jumped in excitement, in happiness. And you realized the name for this feeling.
Love.
Pulling away from his lips you sighed happily. Willy's eyes opened slowly and he smiled lazily and contently at you. “I wish to bottle this feeling and bake it into a chocolate for only you and I,” he said dreamily.
“I would love that chocolate best.”
“Love?” He asked, tilting his head to the side.
Reaching up and brushing your hand through his hair you smiled. “Yes, love. Though there is nothing I don’t love about your chocolate.”
“You are too kind.” He said.
“Everyone loves your chocolate.”
“But everyone isn’t you,” he said, swooping down and kissing you once more.
When he pulled away moments later, you tugged on his curls slightly. “I’ll miss you when you leave for the island.”
“I will hurry back. I’ll be faster than a hare. Faster than a cheetah. I will be back as soon as I can.” He was down thinking about leaving you. Leaving the moment and affection that he was desperately in need of.
“I will greet you with a kiss when you return,” you promised.
His eyes widened and he moved his face close to yours. “Truly?”
“Yes, whenever you want a kiss. I will happily kiss you.”
“Please do,” he begged.
When Willy left you missed him more than you thought. Of course, you would miss him. You loved him, but you felt so cold without him. You knew he was having a great time exploring and he had only been gone for two days, but you missed the man that owned your heart.
Humming a song, you stocked the shelves in the library, lost in your own world. Not aware that the person you were thinking about was standing behind you just taking you in. He was glad to be home. He got the ingredient and he was now able to take his chocolate to another level, but also he got to be with you.
The warm lights in the aisle gave you a breathtaking glow. He could feel the itch of desire spreading through his body. He felt like the moon and you the earth bring him in. In four quick steps, he was standing directly behind you.
Feeling someone close, you turned right to offer your help when you saw Willy. “You’re back,” you said before wrapping your arms around his waist and laying your head on his chest. His hands were quick to wrap around you and lie his cheek on the top of your head.
“I am back. I missed you,” he whispered.
Smiling, you pulled back to stare up at him. “And I missed you. You must tell me all about your trip later.”
“Later?” he asked with a raised eyebrow.
“Yes, later.” You took his hat and placed it on your own head and grabbed the back of his neck. “Now, I must kiss you.”
His heart thumped against yours and his lips came crashing down onto your own. He moaned softly and you pressed him against the bookcase behind him. Willy smiled against your lips and you mimicked him.
“So, this is love,” he mumbled, breaking the kiss to get air into his lungs. “I want more of it. More of you.”
“I am yours, Willy Wonka.”
“And my soul and very being is yours, my sweet little Marshmallow cloud.”
"Marshmallow cloud?" You chuckled. "I love it."
"And I love you. So very much."

Still Here (Chapter 10)
Summary: Picks up after your steamy confession that you love Timothée in return.
C/W: NSFW-ish beginning (minors DNI); parent with terminal illness
Catch up on previous chapters here.
Timothée trembled on top of you, barely able to support his weight on his elbows as he came down from the high of his climax.
"You do?" he asked, his tone revealing an air of disbelief.
"Yes. I've known with certainty since the day we went to the lake. I thought I had pushed those feelings aside a long time ago, but obviously the embers never died. I've just been too scared to say it, like that would somehow save me from heartbreak if you change your mind."
He rolled to your side and propped his head up on his hand so he could still look at you. "I haven't changed my mind in 12 years, [Y/N]." He traced your jawline lightly with his fingertips. "Believe me, I have tried many times over the years to convince myself otherwise. You're stuck with me."
"Promise?"
Timothée nodded, nuzzling his nose against your ear. "Can I hear you say it again?" he whispered.
"I love you, Timmy."
His lips crashed down onto yours in response. His free hand landed on your hip, his fingers making indentations in your flesh as he pulled your body to press up against his. This ebb and flow of passion continued throughout the night. When the two of you were finally spent, Timothée clung to you in his sleep as if he were afraid you would disappear.
You stirred when a ray of light from the window hit your face. Waking up next to Timothée after a night of lovemaking was something you had yet to experience. As teens, you were never afforded the opportunity. You took advantage of the chance to take in the features of his peaceful face. In many ways he looked just like he did all of those years ago. The same recognizable jawline, sharp nose, and mop of dark curly hair. But there were subtle differences that you found yourself falling in love with. Laugh lines. Crow's feet. A tiny scar next to his nose. You wondered what story was behind that and made a mental note to ask him later. You found yourself hoping that you would get to stare at this face for the rest of your life.
Your thoughts were interrupted as Timothée began to stir. His eyelids fluttered open, and he smiled as his eyes focused on you.
"Good morning, beautiful," he said, his voice still thick and gravelly with sleep. He pulled you in for a quick kiss.
"Morning." You smiled and sighed.
"Penny for your thoughts?"
You gently shrugged. "I wish I could give you back all the years I wasted."
"Everything happens for a reason, love. The past is the past. What we can do, though, is have fun making up for lost time." He gave you a suggestive look and squeezed your thigh. He acted like he was about to lean in for another kiss, but stopped just short of your lips. "But first, breakfast."
You took in the view as Timothée threw off the blanket and walked naked to the kitchen. You wouldn't mind seeing that for the rest of your life, either.
<><><><><>
After enjoying breakfast in bed, the two of you got dressed and Timothée drove you back to your parents' house. Needing to get back to check on his dad and work in his shop, he dropped you off in front of the house.
Before you got out, he asked, "Hey, why don't you and Madison come over for dinner this evening? Dad would love to see you again and meet Madison. And it would mean a lot to me."
You paused to think through your calendar. "Sure, we can do that. Text me later about the time and what I can bring." You kissed him on the cheek and hopped out of the truck.
Madison was sitting on the couch in the living room when you walked inside. She crossed her arms and glared at you. "Where have you been?"
You found the juxtaposed roles amusing, but tried your best not to show it. "We watched a movie at Timothée's house and fell asleep." Not exactly a lie, but she didn't need the full truth, either. Madison narrowed her eyes at you, but she was satisfied enough with the answer to return to her book.
Your mother watched the entire exchange and covered her mouth to stifle a laugh. You walked past her to the kitchen with a knowing smile on your face. She followed you and asked, "Sooooo, how was your night?"
"Well, like I said, we watched a movie at his place and fell asleep." You laughed nervously and blushed.
"Mm-hmm. I wasn't born yesterday, child."
"It was....good. Really, really good."
She smiled. "Good. You needed to get some."
You scoffed. "Mom!"
"What?! Like I said, I wasn't born yesterday. I called it as soon as he said y'all were going to his place instead of out for dinner." She grinned.
"ANYWAY. Timothée invited Madison and me over to his dad's house for dinner tonight," you interjected, trying to change the subject.
"Must be getting pretty serious if he's bringing y'all home to meet the family," she quipped.
"It's not like I've never met Mr. Chalamet before," you replied insolently.
"Perhaps. But Madison hasn't."
You opened your mouth to rebut, but quickly shut your jaw with a click. She was right, though the realization did not come as a shock. "You're stuck with me" resonated in your head. Timothée was all in at this point. You ducked your head and smiled.
<><><><><>
You returned to the Chalamet's property later that evening with a bottle of wine in hand and daughter close behind you. Timothée met you at your car to give you a chaste kiss and Madison a hug. "Come on inside," he said as he guided the two of you up to the porch.
Mr. Chalamet was waiting at the front door with open arms. "[Y/N]! So good to see you again," he exclaimed as he closed the hug. "And who is this?" He looked at the girl who had half-hidden herself behind Timothée's leg.
You stepped back from the hug and waved her over. "Madison, come meet Mr. Chalamet." You heard him gasp slightly as your daughter revealed herself.
"She looks just like you did as a girl."
"That's exactly what I said the first time I saw her, too," Timothée agreed, setting a hand on Madison's shoulder in reassurance.
She looked up at you in disbelief. "Is there anyone in this town who didn't know you as a kid?" All of you laughed.
Unable to stand for long, Mr. Chalamet returned to his armchair in the living room. You accompanied him and caught him up on the highlights of your time in California while Timothée stepped away to put the finishing touches on dinner. Once Madison helped him set the table and bring out the food, the four of you took your places. Soon you were all reminiscing and laughing at the stories Mr. Chalamet told of Timothée as a boy. You could tell, though, that he was getting tired by the time dessert was served. You and Madison cleared the table while Timothée helped him back to his armchair, then joined them in the living room.
You knelt down in front of him and held his hand. "This has been lovely, Mr. Chalamet. Thank you for having us over."
"Oh, sweet girl. I'm so glad you are back." He nodded past you at Madison, who now stood by Timothée. "You've done a good job with her, my dear. Timothée talks about her all the time."
"Oh, she makes it easy." He gave you a soft smile.
"Will we be seeing more of the two of you, [Y/N]?
You looked at Timothée and smiled before looking back at his dad. "I hope so." You sandwiched Mr. Chalamet's hand between yours and squeezed before standing to leave. Madison shyly waved at him and followed you out the door. Timothée walked the two of you to your car and opened the door for Madison. Before he opened yours, he leaned down to give you a kiss.
"Thank you for this," he said quietly.
"He...seemed to be in good spirits."
"Today was a good day. Those seem to be happening less frequently. He rallied because he wanted to see you two."
You reached up and cupped his cheek. "I see now why you said this would mean a lot to you. I didn't realize he was so..." You were at a loss for words.
"Sick? Yeah. I know it may have seemed a bit premature for this, but I wanted to have, uh..." He looked up at the sky and cleared his throat to will the tears away.
"A family dinner?" you guessed.
Timothée looked down at you and nodded. "I know this is fast and you wanted to take things slowly, but there may not be time and I didn't want to lose the chance to be surrounded by the most important people in my life, those still with us at least. I can't explain just how badly I wanted my dad to meet Madison, especially. I know she's not mine, but I...I love her so much already."
"I know." You wrapped your arms around his neck and pulled him to you. He rested his head in the crook of your neck and cried.

Stay With Me
C/W: fever, fainting, hospitals
I heard a muffled voice as I came to, like I was underwater. When did I fall asleep? I felt someone shaking my shoulders.
"[incoherent mumbling]...[y/n]...[Y/N]!" The voice became clearer. Timothée's voice. "There you are. Stay with me, baby. Stay with me," I heard him say in a panic. I felt him kiss my forehead. "Oh f*ck, you're burning up."
I blinked and looked around, confused. Why am I in my bedroom floor? When did Timothée get here? I saw the outline of Timothée's form, but I couldn't focus on it. I only knew it was him by the sound of his voice. It sounded like he was calling someone. I didn't want to sleep, but I couldn't stop my eyelids from closing again...so tired...
The next time I woke, I heard the distinct sound of a heart rate monitor. I could smell noxious aroma of disinfectant. Am I in the hospital? Why am I here? The beeping intensified as I became more cognizant - and fearful - of my surroundings. It took a lot of effort to finally get my eyes open. All I could see at first was the harsh fluorescent light above me.
Once I could focus, I looked over and spotted Timothée's head on the bed. His frame was slumped over from his seat next to me. His hand held mine as he slept using his forearm as a pillow. He jumped up from his seat when he felt me stir. I saw the look of sheer relief on his face when he locked eyes with me.
"Oh, [Y/N], baby, you're awake! Oh, thank God, you're awake." Timothée sandwiched my hand between his and kissed it repeatedly. Tears rolled down his cheeks.
"What-" I tried to ask what happened, but my throat was too dry to make more than a raspy sound.
"Shh, shhh, don't strain your voice. Here, let's get you some water." He used one hand to support my head and the other to hold the cup as I took tiny sips from the straw. It felt like I hadn't drank anything in days.
"What happened?" I finally managed to get the words out.
"You didn't answer the door when I came by to pick you up for dinner. I got worried because I hadn't heard from you since we exchanged texts that morning, so I used my key to get in. I found you passed out in your bedroom floor. I have no idea how long you were like that. You-" his voice cracked. "You weren't responsive when I tried to wake you up. When you came to, it wasn't for long. You were feverish, too. I got scared and called 911. They brought you to the hospital."
"Do they know what's wrong with me? How long have I been here?" I had so many questions, but that was all I could muster.
"You've been in and out of consciousness for two days. But even when you were awake, you weren't lucid. They ran tests - you contracted West Nile Virus."
"Two days?! Have YOU been here for two days?" You dropped your head to the pillow. "All of those mosquito bites from the photography walk."
Timothée nodded. "That's what tipped them off to check for WNV first. They asked me about your travel history and habits. They wanted me to stay in the waiting room until they confirmed you didn't have anything contagious, but they relented if I agreed to mask and glove up after I kept bugging the nurses for updates. I didn't want you to wake up alone."
"You hate hospitals," I whimpered.
He half-smiled. "Not as much as I hated the thought of you being alone and scared." He kissed my hand again.
Timothée stayed with me until I was discharged days later, only leaving long enough to go shower and grab some clothes for both of us. He drove me home and helped me to my apartment. He cleaned out my fridge of any expired foods and went shopping to restock it. He waited on me hand and foot and even tucked me into bed. When he acted like he was about to leave, I asked:
"Stay with me, Timmy. Please."
"Always," Timothée whispered as he settled under the covers next to me.

Still Here (Chapter 13)
Series Finale
Summary: The happy ending I promised you! Timothée proposes.
C/W: mention of deadbeat dad
Catch up on previous chapters here.
>>six weeks after Christmas<<
"So I got a call today." Timothée announced at dinner with you, Madison, and your parents. "One of my investors wants me to open a furniture store in Kentucky. I'm going to go check out a spot next week."
"Oh, that's wonderful, Timothée!" your mother cheered. Your dad shared similar (but calmer) sentiments. You, on the other hand, bounced up and down in your seat and then kissed him on the cheek.
"I'm so proud of you!" you said gleefully. Your excitement quickly stalled, though, when you looked over at Madison, who just stared down at her plate. She set down her utensils and pushed herself away from the table. Next thing you knew, you heard the front door slam shut. You looked at Timothée wide-eyed.
"What was that about?" he asked. You shrugged. Her reaction came out of left field. You both stood to go check on her. You expected to find her in her usual spot on the porch swing, but she was nowhere in sight. Your heart rate rose in slight panic as you looked out from the porch and saw nothing but darkness.
"Madison?!" you cupped your hands and yelled as you scanned the yard.
Timothée walked toward his truck and spotted the girl's blonde hair over the top of the seat. He caught your attention with a wave and pointed to the passenger side. You nodded in acknowledgment. Unsure what to do with yourself, you sat on the top porch step to stay close just in case you were needed.
Madison was sitting in the passenger seat with her arms crossed, staring out the front window. She cut her eyes at Timothée and glared as he climbed in on the driver's side.
"I had a feeling I'd find you here," he said softly.
"Go away. That's what you're good at," she snipped.
Timothée recoiled from her words as he reached for the door to shut it behind him. "What? I don't under-"
She turned to him and shouted, "You...you said you loved us! Now you're going away and I won't get to see you anymore," her eyes dropped, "just like I don't see my dad. He doesn't come to visit or ask me to come. He doesn't even call much anymore. You're going to forget me like he did. And hurt my mom."
Timothée's brows furrowed in confusion. "Madison, I'm not-"
"You JUST said you have to go to Kentucky!" she interrupted accusingly. Her breathing hitched and she started bawling. Timothée froze in shock, taking a couple of moments to realize Madison thought he was moving away.
"Oh- oh, kiddo, no no no." He draped his arm around her shoulder and pulled her to his chest. He rested his cheek on the top of her head. "I will have a new shop in Kentucky, but I will only have to go there every once in a while."
"Y- you're not leaving?" Madison asked, voice stilted by involuntary gasps. She pulled back to look at him.
Timothée shook his head. "I'm so sorry you thought that's what I meant. I'm not going anywhere, certainly not without you and your mother."
"Oh." She ducked her head in embarrassment.
He pulled her in for a big squeeze again. "I could never forget you, not in a million years. I can't answer why your father acts the way he does. Sounds like he still has some things he needs to work through. But I know it has absolutely nothing to do with you. You are a beautiful, amazing, kind human being who deserves all the love in the world. Same for your mother."
He felt her nod against his shoulder and reach up with her small hand to wipe her cheek.
"In fact," he paused and looked around. "Can I tell you a secret?" Madison looked up at him and nodded. "I have been wanting to ask your mother to marry me, but I wanted to see how you feel about it first."
She quickly pushed herself upright and placed both hands over her mouth in surprise. "Really?!"
"I know it may seem quick, but I have loved her for practically as long as I can remember. And you, missy," he said through his teeth as he poked her ticklish spot on her side, which induced the desired giggles. "I've had a soft spot for you ever since I met you."
After Madison's laughing died down, she sat silent for a few moments in thought. "Would that make you my dad?" she asked timidly as she looked up at him through her eyelashes.
"Well, you already have a father. And I'm not trying to step in and replace him. But," he paused to cup the back of her head with his large hand, "I already love you like you are my daughter. And that won't change even if your mother says no."
She nodded, brows scrunching before her face lit up with a smile. "I- I love you, too. You'd be like...like a bonus dad!" She leaned over to rest her head on his shoulder and sighed contentedly. The two stayed that way for a bit before Madison broke the silence again.
"She won't say no. When are you going to ask her?"
"I'm not sure, though I should probably do it soon so you don't have to keep it secret for long."
"I can handle it!" she exclaimed as she pushed herself away from him.
Timothée laughed and held his finger up to his mouth. "Shh! I'm sure you can. Got any ideas?"
Madison rested her thumb and index finger on her chin in contemplation. "Actually, I do."
<><><><><><>
You steered the cart through the grocery store, frequently checking your list and grumbling to yourself about prices going up.
"Mom, I'm going to the cereal aisle," you heard Madison announce.
"Okay, I'll meet you over there in just a minute," you called back. You grabbed a couple more items from the baking aisle, then strolled around the corner to find her.
And find her you did, standing next to Timothée. He looked quite handsome in his nice button-down shirt, jeans, and boots. As always, his presence brought a smile to your face.
"Oh, hey! What are you do-" you started to question, but you were cut short when he dropped to one knee. You gasped and covered your mouth.
"The last time I was on this aisle with you," he started, "my heart skipped a beat. I thought I was dreaming. I thought there was no way, after all of these years, that I was seeing my [Y/N], the girl I thought I had lost for good because I wasn't brave enough to follow her when she asked. I know what life is like without you, and I never plan on letting you go again, if you'll have me."
He brought out a handcarved wooden box and opened it to reveal the most beautiful ring you had ever seen. You looked over at Madison, who was beaming up at you. She nodded at you to show her support. With a watery smile, you looked back at Timothée and squeaked out a "yes."
The three of you were oblivious to the crowd that had gathered around you. You startled when they began to cheer. Timothée launched himself up from his position on one knee and captured your face in his hands to kiss you. He then took your left hand in his and slid the ring onto your finger.
"I knew she'd say yes!" Madison cheered.
You pulled her to your side for a hug. "You were in on this?" you asked tearily.
"Yep!" She looked up at Timothée. "Told you I could keep a secret!"
"I didn't doubt you for a second, kiddo." He looked back at you and squeezed your hand. "Ready to tackle forever?"

Cigarettes
Timothée Chalamet x fem!Reader
An unwanted, yet all so familiar scent filled the room as I tossed and turned in bed, waking up, but not being able to go back to sleep. I turned to my side, not really expecting, but rather hoping that I would see my husband, Timothée, but he wasn't there. I looked around the room until I saw a bare back sitting in the corner, hunched over a desk. Yesterday he talked about some paperwork he needed to do, so I'm assuming he's finishing that up.
He had a cigarette; or, as I liked to call it, a cancer in between his lips. As he inhales, moving it away for a moment, exhaling, as the smoke leaves his mouth in numerous, perfectly formed rings.
The room quickly starts to feel stuffy, as if the walls were caving in on me. I walked over to the window that was to the side of our bedroom, feeling as if I could suffocate at any given moment. I quickly opened the window, taking a long, deep breath as I bathed in the fresh air. Thinking to myself about how I will never take nature for granted anymore. I let the cold air slowly consume the room, sighing with relief as the cigarette smell already started to fade.
The winter breeze hits my exposed legs, as I just now realized I was only in my underwear and one of Timothée's old white button ups. "Morning," he mumbles, not glancing up from his paper, taking another breath of his fake air.
I start heading towards our bathroom, a cough escaping my mouth as I splash cold water in my face, hoping to help relive the throbbing pain in my upper head. But to my dismay, it only made it worse. My head starting to pound from the smoke. The throbbing sensation, now taking a hold of my entire face, as I let out a whimper, wondering to myself why he puts me through this kind of pain every morning.
I exited the bathroom, dizzily walking over to Tim's desk, "Could you either take that elsewhere or put it out already? It's fucking hard to breathe in here!" I said rather harshly. I never meant to sound rude, but using a tone was the only efficient way to make him listen.
He takes a glance over at me for a second, shock written all over his face. But none the less he listened. He held up one hand in defence while the other put the cigarette out. "Sorry, love," he said with a sigh, running his hands through his brown-colored hair.
I rolled my eyes at him before walking over to the window once again. I heard him getting up from his seat, feeling his toned arms wrapping around my waist not even a second later, bringing instant warmth to my body. He bent down slightly so he could nuzzle his head into my neck, causing me to cringe at the coldness of his nose. He began planting small kisses from my shoulder, all the way to the top of my neck, causing me to shrug him off. "Are you ever gonna quit?" I asked slightly hesitantly, needing to confront him about his issue but at the same time not wanting him to be mad at me.
I could see his shocked face from the reflection of the window. "Stop what?" he asked, now putting on a confused face.
I let out a tired sigh, turning around to face him, "Oh, come on, Timothée Hal, don't be an idiot right now." I snapped at him, crossing my arms.
"Love, I have no idea what you're talking about," he calmly said, only making me more upset with him.
"Like you don't know. You always smell like cigarettes, and I'm tired of having to ruin my own lungs for your unhealthy habits." I said, not looking him in the eyes.
"Come on, it's not that bad," he said, obviously irritated that I brought the subject up.
"It is 6 in the damn morning, Timothée, and you've already smoked enough today to make this whole fucking room suffocate me!" I scoffed, tearing up slightly.
"How many have you had today? Three, five, six, nine!" I yelled.
"I've had three, it's not that bad," he snapped, starting to walk away from me.
"Oh, it's not that bad? Well, my mistake for thinking having three cigarettes at six in the damn morning is concerning. I don't know why you're acting as if I'm some kind of idiot. I know that you always have at least two full packs on you at all times. But yeah, my fucking bad for worrying about my husband." I said, following close behind him as tears started to form in my eyes, clouding up my vision.
"Okay, I fucking get it!" He yelled, slamming his hands down on a table, causing me to gasp.
"But you don't! We have had this conversation countless other times and you give me the same answer every single fucking time! You say you'll try to quit and that you would do anything for me, but it doesn't mean shit right now, and quit frankly I'm fucking terrified that it won't ever! Why can't you see how much this is affecting me, affecting you?" I screamed back, my heart breaking at the sight of him tensing up as all signs of anger clears from his face.
"Listen, I get it. It's fun for now, but I can't sit back in silence anymore as I watch you slowly kill yourself. I love you way too much for that." I said, my voice breaking as tears were now fully rolling down my cheeks.
He reached his hand up to my face, lightly wiping the tears away, before pressing a kiss on both of my cheeks "I love you too, but it's not that easy to quit, you know," he said, both of his hands now cupping my face as he placed numerous kisses to the side of my head.
"I know baby, but have you even tried?"
"Yes." He mumbled, now looking down.
I rolled my eyes, "whatever then. I'm leaving until you get your problem sorted out." I said, pushing him off of me as I started to walk away, but before I could even take two steps, I feel him grabbing my wrist and pulling me towards him, into a hug.
"Please don't go, baby, I'm so sorry. I promise I'll stop. Just please don't go." He said, pressing sloppy kisses all around my face.
"Don't make promises you can't keep."
"I will, y/n please, just don't go. I love you so much." He said, holding onto me as if he were about to fall to his death.
I brought my hand up to his hair, slightly tugging on the roots of it, placing a small peck on his forehead. After a while, I loosened out of his grip, walking over to the jacket hook, where his cigarettes lied. "So you wouldn't care if I threw these away?" I questioned, holding up three packs of cigarettes, one almost empty but two of them not even opened yet.
He stared at me for a while, taking a deep breath, before taking the packs from my hand, quickly walking over to the restroom before emptying them into the toilet, flushing them quickly, and disregarding the packaging in the trash. Causing the biggest smile to form on my face.
"Give me one second, there's more," he said, walking over to his desk, opening the drawer up and pulling out one more pack, doing the same to that pack as he did to the last three.
He turned to face me, pulling me into another hug. "I love you so much," he said, kissing all over my face, causing me to laugh.
"I know baby." I said, jokingly, laughing at his scrunched up face.
"I can always buy more cigarettes." He said with a straight face, trying his best to hold in a laugh.
"I love you too, Timothée Hal." I said, pushing his head down a little by his hair, forcing him to kiss me.
Stop taking your hands out of mine
Timothée Chalamet x fem!Reader
'Boys don't cry' by The Cure played silently from the beat-up speaker that was sitting on top of my desk. I was sitting down on my bed with my boyfriend Timothée, who was laying down in between my legs, holding up the book 'The Body' by Stephen King as we read it together. One of his hands was flipping through the pages while the other was enlaced with mine. Timothée and I started dating a little more than four months ago, and ever since we made it official, he has been at my house almost every day. And quite frankly, I'm almost positive that he's at my house more than his own. But I honestly didn't care. I enjoyed his company more than anything.
One word everyone uses to describe our relationship is 'perfect'. We rarely fought and when we did, it was always a petty argument like, 'which cookie is best.' Everyone who has seen us together, all say we are "a match made from heaven," which makes me happy knowing people liked me and Timothée together.
We read a few more pages until I heard Timothée sigh rather loudly, as he closed the book and flipping over so that his face was nuzzling into my neck. I took my hand out of his, brushing some loose strands of his long brown hair out of his eyes. He let out a whinny groan, taking my hand back into his.
After a few minutes, he started to close his eyes, pressing little kisses all over my neck and jaw, making butterflies erupt in my stomach. I let out a yawn, looking down at Timothée. Seeing him peacefully sleeping started to make me tired. I took my hand out of his for the second time, now closing my eyes. I was almost asleep when I felt him jab his index finger into my side, waking me up. I opened my eyes, seeing Timothée with a very unhappy, almost annoyed expression. "Stop taking your hand out of mine," he said with a pouting face. He rolled his eyes, taking my hand back in his, except this time he held it tight.
"Sorry," I whispered, closing my eyes once again.
After a while of silence, I assumed he was sleeping until he spoke up. "I love you," he said, but because his head was buried in the crook of my neck, it came out muffled.
"I love you too," I said, with a smile plastered on my face before wrapping my legs around his waist, pulling him closer to me, and resting one of my hands on the top of his head, lightly holding his face close to my chest.
"Night babe," I whispered, repeatedly kissing his hair, as he just quietly hums.
You're stuck with me
Regulus Black x fem!Reader
"I just don't understand why you're so upset over this," I said, with a confused expression.
"Y/n, how can you be so stupid? That guy was hitting on you harder than a hammer to a nail, and he was so damn obvious about it!" Regulus yelled, roughly running his hand through his Brown locks.
This had been going on for around 2 hours. All the yelling, screaming, and insults that were being spat at each other, just to prove a point, that neither of us was able to get across.
Why was Regulus so mad, you might ask? Well, he's mad because some guy at a diner asked for my phone number, and was just overall hitting on me the whole night, even though he was well aware that I was with Reggie. However, if it wasn't for Regulus' trust issues and lack of self-control, maybe we wouldn't have left the guy limp on the floor with a bullet between his eyes. "What? Am I not good enough for you so you have to go out and seek attention from other people!" he yelled, face red with anger.
Regulus has always been insecure about our relationship. He thought I deserved better, so when he said that, my heart immediately broke. However, I was still mad at him.
"Trust me babe, you're more than enough! But that's not what the problem is!" I yelled back, getting more and more annoyed with him.
"Then please, enlighten me with what the problem is!" He yelled, throwing his arms in the air like a madman.
"You want to know what the problem is? You're way too clingy, and you're jealous ALL the damn time. Like I get, I'm yours and only yours! Reg, we are literally engaged. I'm not going anywhere, so why the fuck can't you get that through that thick head of yours?" I yelled back, not thinking about what I was saying. However, what I said hurt him, and he wasn't about to let that comment slide.
"Jealous? Well, excuse me for not being content with the idea of another man's hands all over that body of yours. You know, the body that's mine, and only mine to see and touch!" The whole fight was pointless; we both knew this, but neither of us wanted to back down.
Regulus and I have been in a relationship for a little over 3 years. We very clearly loved each other with all our hearts. We have only fought four times in our entire relationship, but this fight was different, but in the worst way possible. The intrusive thought of Reggie and me breaking up started to seem less crazy.
"Listen, I don't like sharing. I never have, and I absolutely refuse to share you. I don't want to fight about this anymore. It's silly. Can we just agree to disagree that the whole thing is that guy's fault?" He said, as he opened his arms out for me, with a hopeful expression.
I didn't respond. I just walked over towards him, engulfing him in a tight hug. Regulus immediately starts burying his head into my neck, holding onto me as if I was going to disappear any minute. Once we pulled away, he refused to look at me, instead; he looked at the floor. "Can we cuddle?" He asked, his voice so quiet I could barely make out what he said.
"Of course," I took his hand in mine, smiling up at him.
Once we got to mine and Regulus' bedroom, I was immediately pulled on the bed, being crushed by Regulus' weight. After a few minutes of sitting in silence, I knew something was on his mind. "Hey Reg, what's wrong?" I asked, already having an idea of what he was going to say.
He sighed, rolling off of me so that he was on his side of the bed. "I hate fighting with you," he said, his voice breaking.
I pulled him into a tight hug, wishing that the fight had never happened. "I was scared, for a minute there, that we were going to break up," he mumbled, into my shoulder.
"Never in a million years," I whispered into his ear, entangling my hand into his hair.
"You're stuck with me," I said, laughing a little.
We lay back down, grasping onto each other as if our lives depended on it. "I'm glad that's over," Reg said, placing a kiss on my cheek, yawning.
"Night love," I said, rubbing his lower back until I eventually fell asleep.
