Zoom mistake
It’s Christmas season and Tom has a zoom call with Josh Horowitz to create some content to sedate the fans over Christmas time.
Your relationship is private with Tom because you don’t want the fuss of the paparazzi following the two of you around so the world does not know that two of the most famous actors in the world are dating.
Whilst Tom and Josh are on zoom you decide to prepare dinner for the two of you and watch the end of the zoom call once you are done.

“Souvenir shopping is hard,” Harrison complained as he looked over a rack of keychains, “Mum said just to bring her a keychain or something but how do I pick…”
“Get her one with her name or ‘World’s Best Mum’ on it,” Tom suggested while he peered at a shelf full of shot glasses, “Do you think (y/n) would like a shot glass with a shark or a turtle on it more?”
“Well I think she’d like the shark, but I don’t know if getting her a shot glass is the best gift. She’s pretty specific about houseware,” Harrison peaked over at the glasses, “I thought you were getting her that shirt?”
“Yeah, but the more I looked at it the more I thought she wouldn’t like it…” he stepped away from the glasses, “You’re right man, this is hard.”
“There’s some cute jewelry over here,” Harrison tapped one of the racks beside him.
“Oh, good call,” Tom looked over a few sets of earrings and bracelets before he noticed a few coconut bead necklaces at the bottom of the display.
There were some very simple ones, similar to his, and some that were more complex. One caught his eyes, it had the opposite color scheme of his, having mostly white beads with a few brown ones intermixed. What stood out most to him though was a dainty, pink clay flower bead right in the middle of the necklace. He smiled as he plucked it off the rack, he knew you liked his necklace, you’d probably like having your own too. Plus he thought it’d be cute if the two of you matched.
“What do you think of this?” he asked Harrison.
He nodded in approval, “I think she’d like that Tom, it’s cute.”
“Yeah, I think so too…”

Tom laughed as you swung at the empty beer can flying towards you. You let out an annoyed cry as you missed and started spinning around the bat again. You swayed as you tried to stabilize yourself, telling them that you were ready for the next can. You’d dragged Tom across the whole party just to play, insisting that you were really good at dizzy bat, and you just had to show him.
“Come on (y/n)! You got this!” he encouraged you from the side lines.
You attempted to steady yourself again before they threw the second can. This time you managed to hit it, crushing it and sending it bouncing a few feet away. You squealed happily and the small crowd cheered for you, one of the boys clapped you on the back and told you it was a good hit. The small bit of force would have sent you tumbling to the ground if it weren’t for Tom.
“Woah, you alright?” he asked.
You nodded and giggled, “Yes, I’m okay, so okay.”
“Yeah, seems like it,” he laughed, “Hey why don’t you come sit down for a sec while I get you some water?”
You nodded again, “Yeah, yeah, I wanna sit. Everything is still spinning.”
“I’m sure,” he smiled and walked you to a few plastic chairs nearby, “Here, you wait here, I’ll be right back.”
“Wait, Tom,” you grabbed his arm with a big smile, “Wasn’t I so good?”
He chuckled again, “Yeah, you were amazing Flower, stay right here okay?”
“Don’t call me Flower,” you mumbled while he walked away.
He smiled to himself as he padded into the house. Tom had volunteered to DD for you so that you could get plastered to celebrate finishing all your finals. The initial idea was that he and Harrison would take you and Grace out, but Harrison and Grace had a family birthday to go to. You still wanted to go out though, and Tom would never pass up a party, so now it was just the two of you. Tom was honestly a bit relieved because you were much easier to look after when you were drunk, Grace had a tendency to get into fights.
Tom peaked out one of the windows at you while he filled up a large class of water. He wasn’t really worried, you were just at Leo’s and he knew pretty much everyone there, but he still didn’t want to leave you alone for long. You were just scrolling through your phone, paying no mind to the world around you. Tom nodded in approval and decided to grab you a snack as well. He dug through a pile of snack sized chip bags until he found something you would like and ran back outside with them and the water.
In the few moments it had taken him to find the chips you’d managed to disappear. Tom made a quick lap outside, assuming you’d jumped into another round of dizzy bat or something, but you were nowhere to be found. He was starting to get worried as he paced inside, luckily he spotted Leo right away.
“Leo, hey,” he clapped his hand over his shoulder, “Have you seen (y/n) anywhere?”
