Tw - Mention of sickness and replacement(?) ———-💎———- Edd sat on his bed facing the window and pulled out a small hand mirror Matt had given him when he “came home from the hospital” and stared somberly at himself. that morning he was grabbed by a giant claw and lifted up and out of the “Rejects Room” numbered 78 and told to replace the person he was a clone of. Edd Howler didn’t have the same eyes as the real Edd, so the person who called himself The Evil Director had to give him a green color contact lens just to shield the fact that he wasn’t Edd Soulver. Edd closed the mirror and put it on his bed side table before sliding up his sleeve to show a label inked into his skin saying “DEFECTIVE”. Edd stared at it before saying his thoughts out loud. “How am I going to do this…” Edd put his sleeve down before shedding a couple of tears. then Tom opened his bedroom door. “Hey Edd I-“ he stopped and looked at Edd who had more tears falling out of his eyes. “Edd?” he gasped. “Are you okay?” running over to a crying Edd. “Y-yeah. I’m fine just…uh..” Edd thought for a moment. what would Edd say right now? Oh! Edd sniffled and looked down at Tom. “It’s just that…what if the…sickness I had comes back?…” Tom’s “eyes” widened sympathetically. “Edd…I’m sure it won’t. and if it does, I’ll make sure you’ll be okay.” Tom smiled. “Really?…” Edd was surprised that Tom was being so nice to him. Tom nodded before going in to hug Edd which again Edd was surprised he did, but accepted it and hugged back. “Thanks Tom…” Edd smiled before pulling away. Tom closed his eyes and smiled again as he got up and started walking out of Edd’s new room. “Why don’t you come and eat lunch, you probably have been wanting something other then applesauce.” Tom chuckled. Edd grinned sheepishly and wiped away his almost dry tears. “O-of course! uh…I’ll be there in a minute!” Tom nodded happily before walking out. Edd smile faded slightly as he blushed slightly thinking of what just happened with Tom before he shook himself thinking.“That…isn’t what Edd would do…” he sighed before slowly walking out of his room to go eat with his house mates.
Pretty sure I'm going into septic/hemeragic shock. I've been sick for awhile, but everyone thinks I'm faking. But my vitals are dropping, and I was just discharged from the hospital because labs were normal. It's been fun, and part of me is sad, but a good chunk of me is kinda relieved.
Getting a cavity isnt a moral failure.
Catching a cold isnt a moral failure.
Spraining an ankle isnt a moral failure.
Having a chronic health issue isnt a moral failure.
Needing medical attention isnt a moral failure.
