Hysteria can activate freely in Wondergotten. But, if Turbo jump in another world, he's unable to summoned his power. Why? Because he can't use it during daylight, as only in nighttime, midnight and before the sun rise.
Yeah, so in the real world, Tarot cards from Wondergotten is like an ordinary card. Same as the Hysteria power, only when the sun goes down it will be active.
