Wip Word Game - Tumblr Posts
Was trying to do WIP game and apparently it won't let me post it while I tag someone. (I want to scream as I've tried to post this three fucking times now!)
But, basically, the rules of this game are you are given a word and you must have a sentence that starts with each letter of the word. The word I got was ABOUT.
A- "Aces! I was wondering where this ran off to."
B- But, he felt as though he had kept enough from Charles, he deserved Edwin's honesty and that is what he would get.
O- Oh, how happy he was to say that he was wrong.
U- "Understand this, Charles Rowland; my love for you does not come with conditions."
T- The devastation in Edwin's expression was breaking Charles, he never should have kept his life from Edwin a secret for as long as he had.
It's a bit rough and needs to be edited, but I'm about halfway done! Hope you enjoy and I'm tagging anyone who sees this post as well. Your word is ANGEL.

Joel sighed as he holstered his pistol, fixing his wife with a look full of exasperation when she added, "It...might have been a tarantula."

Sun
The outer lanes were lined with cars; rusted frames sagging on flat, rotting tires, windows smashed, trunks that still gaped open and spilled out luggage that was sun-bleached and webbed with moss.
Blue
The music itself wasn't a surprise, a mournful drawl of guitar and bluesy wails that seeped through the speakers softly - the perfect dirge to match the rain which, as if on cue, began a soft patter against the windshield, blurring the sharp focus of the headlights slicing through the night.

Joel only half-registered Amos' rambling commentary, the other man's hand sweeping across the dashboard as he pointed out the long, straight lines that were the city greenhouses, the sprawl of farms to the west, the bright glow of the electrical substation to the east. 💚

She'd sat patiently and listened to Degan tipsily explain everything they had left to do, the human trials she wanted to start - 'There are just so many things we don't know yet!' blubbered with the kind of excitement that she knew only came from someone who was eager for it, hungry for it.
Summer
In a dizzying instant she was splintered across realities - sitting with him on the edge of the bed while she nestled against him on her back porch, voices ruddy with cheer and laughter mingling with the ringing in her ears, her family gathered obliviously at the fire pit on a mild summer evening as the world fractured around her.
