My sister kicked my butt this morning in our workout 🏋️‍♂️, I’ll never think about planking the same. I’m laying here recovering thinking I just might have post work out stress disorder.

Here is to altering your 2019, in whichever way that you’ve decided. As for me, consistently be active and working out more. Yikes 😬, maybe I should have started with drinking less wine 🍷or Tequila or martini 🍸, whom am I kidding, I’ll stick to working out there’s no way I’m quitting drinking.
