My sister kicked my butt this morning in our workout 🏋️‍♂️, I’ll never think about planking the same. I’m laying here recovering thinking I just might have post work out stress disorder.

Here is to altering your 2019, in whichever way that you’ve decided. As for me, consistently be active and working out more. Yikes 😬, maybe I should have started with drinking less wine 🍷or Tequila or martini 🍸, whom am I kidding, I’ll stick to working out there’s no way I’m quitting drinking. Cheers 2019, and all of you and your goals!

This hula pig is taunting me while I’m driving down the road, if this was Hawaii, you wouldn’t be dancing you would be the main attraction at a Luau!

Some of my 2019 goals is to start a healthier dietary intake. What I’ve found interesting that local grown foods are more expensive than sourced food from elsewhere farms. I for one am dedicated to a change. 2018 brought a lot of personal changes, some good, some not so good. It’s been a transition, quitting smoking, the end of my relationship (hardest transition) new career (best decision) and the intensity of exercise (not horrible) and now a dietary plan, which I will admit that has been the most difficult to navigate. I am open to suggestions, so any advice for a regimen in a dietary plan would be not only beneficial but appreciated, so please feel free to leave suggestions.

Best project I participated in this week:

Steps:

1) Buy mini bottle of your favorite liquor.

2) Drink said liquor.

3) put empty mini bottles and caps in dishwasher.

4) Start dishwasher.

5) Wait until bottles are completely dry.

6) Remove white styrofoam bedding from inside lid of bottles.

7) Drill two holes for salt shaker in one lid.

8) Drill three holes for Pepper shaker in other lid.

8) put a pinch of rice grain in the bottle that you are choosing for salt (absorbs moisture).

9) Fill bottles with respected ingredients.

10) Screw respective caps on bottles and enjoy your fun salt and pepper shakers.

I’ve come to the conclusion that I enjoy reading clever signs when visiting the restroom.  I love the fact that gender neutral bathrooms have the best signs.  I love that as a society we are moving towards a more diverse and inclusive space.

Well, if you are going to live somewhere it might as well be Crystal Beach!

So for the entire month of April, Applebee’s is serving $1 strawberry margaritas with a twizzler straw. They had me at hello!
