Random(short) Zenos Headcanons (pt 3)
-he seems like the type of person who cleans and sharpens his weapons when he gets the chance -most of his stuff is personally tailored because this man is both overly exaggeratedly tall and ticcc -i feel like he’s the type of person who would carry you on his shoulder -i don’t think he’s a overly clingy person but definitely hard to push him away -some times if he wants to he’ll pick you up by the hand and hold you like a hand bag,if you’re small enough -he seems like the type of person that would enjoy you doing his hair. -his would have you lay on top of him when he sleeps.it brings him comfort -noticeably will treat you much nicer than everyone else -he can become very calm around you -if anyone harms you is basically a deathwish -definitely a protective person -sometimes he just likes to stay quiet and listen to you rant -his love language would definitely be Quality time -being around you makes his day

Annie hated it. Hated that he knew them almost as well as they knew themself. Hated that, despite all the rage they felt towards him, they yet understood him.
Every ounce of fury multiplied with each word he spoke; yet they allowed him to prattle on about their journey, their motivations.
They could feel the light seethe within them, burning in the places it had left its permanent scars. The fog in their eye threatened to cloud their vision entirely, before they blinked the encroaching blindness away.
They winced as the word ‘adventurer’ rolled off his tongue; they were so much more than that, but also nothing more than that. And then…
“That, I can’t deny,” they hissed.
The smile that spread across Zenos’ face only stirred the temper that built up within Annie. They gripped the hilt of their daggers with fury as strong as a thousand tempests, bearing all the rage and pain they had ever felt into their blades.

This is the first entry in which I'm truly pleased with the outcome. While short, I believe the brevity assists in conveying the futile emotions of Annie in these moments. When paired with its sister entry, I'm very happy with the outcomes.

He's a monster and a pain in the ass. Raven can understand seeking strong opponent, as a challenge. He's a Raen, and they may be less hotheaded than their Xaela counterpart, they are still a people of warriors. Honing one ability is an important thing. But there is a difference between a spar between warrior to test oneself, and war. To fight a war with no real conviction and no real reason to do so is anathema. As a matters of fact, wars of contest as they are waged, where civillians and innocent are caught into crossfire is evil. The fact Garlemald are spreading through force, when they have more than enough ressources, and could choose more peaceful solitions like trades is deeply bad to his community. Raven was raised believing that you fight either to test yourself or when needed, and should always choose a more peaceful mean if possible.
So yeah, he hate Zenos. Also... Obssessive much?
