Flashbacks from childhood, trauma and suppressed memories are appearing as the subconscious mind is healing inner child wounds. As body, mind and soul realign, imbalances in the attention provided to each are healed. A huge Third Eye Activation is creating intense pressure between eyebrows, causing visions with eyes closed or open. Due to these changes, the mind space is blank and struggles to articulate and organize sentences, weird dreams are appearing and you could wake up during the night. There are feelings of vulnerability, sadness, grief or pessimism. Solar Plexus is retrieving inner authority. Competitiveness is being released while independence is increasing.

These days I've been channeling intense subconscious energy repeatedly, and I was wondering what was causing it, until I realized the 33 Portal was approaching. Another symptom I've noticed is random weird heartbeats due to a Heart Chakra Activation. As you can see, the most important Spirit Animals right now are horses and ladybugs. RESULTS

Option 1: Island - Solitude:

You need to take some time for solitude, preferably in silence. Spend the morning, afternoon, or even the entire day by yourself, completely unplanned and unstructured. The bombardment of your senses by the noise and intensity of society leaves you on alert far more than is necessary. The vibration of millions of people's worry and fear throughout the world can impinge upon you and greatly affect you if you do not honor your need to pull back from time to time. When you have passed through any self-constructed barriers to enjoying the quiet peace of solitude, it will serve you best if you simply observe the thoughts and emotions that pass through you, especially those that cause shortness of breath or a quickening heartbeat. Remember that isolation is experienced not by choice, but out of fear. When you decide to spend time with yourself in solitude, however, you are choosing to once again find and connect with who you really are.

Option 2: Mountain - Strength:

It makes no sense to deny the strength you have at the cost of allowing yourself to be reactive and subject to external influences far beyond what is healthy for you. Imagine yourself as a mountain of strength, solidly grounded in the Earth, your head held high as if you were touching the sky. Do so without straining, just as the mountain itself does not strain. The current situation calls for you to be vigilant, but not to the point of fear or paranoia. Be that rock of strength that you are capable of becoming. The solidness of your resolve will be clearly communicated when you model yourself after the towering immensity of a mountain, impenetrable and inscrutable. Standing steady like a rock is what is called for at this time.

Option 3: Gaia - Nurturing:

Receiving can be a sacred act if your intention is to honor Spirit. It is as holy as giving when performed with a humble and open heart. This is even truer when receiving much needed nurturing, so let others give you. It may be a stretch to do so at times because of childhood conditioning, but that habit can be overcome. Your wounds can be healed. One way to achieve this is to nurture yourself, and allow others to nurture you. Consider the actions you take that are self­ nurturing. What comes to your mind when you really think about doing beneficial things for yourself? Set aside your ritualized habits and beliefs that restrict the pure act of allowing your body, heart, and soul to be nurtured. Lie on the Earth and ask Gaia to rock you in her bosom as you breathe with her and relax into her loving care.

Visions of Lemuria 💧🏞️

A clearwater river flows through Lemuria, carrying lily pads on its way down. The water clears and renews the environment constantly, creating a landscape of lightness and wholeness, connecting all beings with their higher selves. Autumn leaves are also carried down, as they fall from the trees nearby. Your soul rests and recharges here. Peace invades you. The light rays gently reach your skin, warming your body and giving you a sense of comfort. The grass is pale yellow and short, as if it was naturally mowed. When you touch it, it's not spiky. The yellow trees are tall. The sky is clear. The day is beautiful. You are happy and peaceful. This space feels safe, lively and pure. Hours go by in what feels like a minute in this beautiful landscape. You spend hours enjoying the views, breathing fresh air, thinking of nothing. It's a place to relax. These are the main messages I've been channeling since yesterday afternoon up until now. These energies are so full of light I can almost feel as the physical body is flying through the higher selves. There are so many timelines open that I can't mention every single one, but the 2007 timelines seem more important than the others. Crown Chakra, Root and Solar Plexus are exploding with energy, and the Kundalini Activation is getting stronger. This is a transforming moment for expansion, as the old is left behind.

Ascension Energies Jan.22⤵️

After several days of intense clearing, the energies have settled, allowing the new self to take the lead. You are likely to make sudden progress and experience breakthroughs at this time.

Codependency towards people, substances or objects is appearing strongly, as humanity disconnects from the need for external support, strengthening identity, independence and self-sufficiency.

Conscious self-deception and dissociation are major themes right now, as more people are forced to accept the reality of their journey through sudden fated events and changes in self-awareness. These escape methods used to avoid dealing with trauma, emotions, memories, responsibilites...etc, disconnect individuals from their heart desires and potential for wholeness, fulfillment and wellbeing, delaying the soul journey.

The Universe is guiding you to take a moment to feel proud of yourself and of your soul purpose. It’s a perfect moment to seek mental clarity and retrieve inner authority regarding people and situations from the past, as well as to unlink monopolized associations between people, objects, ideas and situations.

Several mother wounds are being cleared, as the Divine Feminine continues to rise in her power, by choosing to fearlessly express herself, stablishing clear boundaries and releasing pointless submissive behaviors.

The Subconscious Mind is pushing to the front wounded Inner Child patterns of people pleasing to be loved, seen or liked. These are being expressed through the body and/or mind in connections.

The three timelines I've included are incredibly important and totally open, although these are not the only ones. Two future timelines have opened: the year 2028 and April 2024. The jump into these energies will cause anxiety, nervousness, shivers, mental fog, feeling unsettled or ungrounded, among others.
