Yes, Fleming is a manipulative mercenary ass. Abby is far from perfect herself, but Fleming encouraged her actions for his own gain. Abby didn’t think through her actions completely, so she is paying the consequences for what she did, but you have to feel a little bit sorry for her.
The window snoop is Lillian Worthington, Charlotte’s older sister. It actually took me a while to get her posed just so, and to get a picture where you could see her and Malcolm and Charlotte.

Malcolm and Charlotte’s relationship in-game is a lot more romantic than it is in the story so far. I wanted a hug, not a makeout session, you guys! Geez!
