Living in the tower was great for the most part. There was everything you could ever need and you did not have to worry about anything. Well, apart from the alien attacks and looming apocalypses.

The only thing that drove (Y/N) crazy was the blonde super soldier aka. Captain America aka. Steve Rogers. The perfect gentleman, always attentive and helpful, perfect body, perfect hair and a much too attractive face. Was it even allowed to look that good?

Right now, he stood at the end of the table and explained the plan for the mission, which would take place next week, but (Y/N) could not concentrate on what he said, too busy watching the muscles working under his much too tight shirt.

“Make Me” Alien/Reader

Characters: Male Alien/Female Reader Content: Lemon/NSFW, oral sex, PIV sex, Aliens scenting their mates, Word Count: ~5100

You’ve been working on a Qasallian starliner for a month, and you’re ready to go home. Still, you’ve got a job to do, learning about the large, bat-like Qasallians, even if they’re not making your job easy.

You’ve got datapads full of notes on what they look like. They’re humanoid in some ways; their bodies are basically human-shaped, with two legs,  and two arms. They have six fingers, and four large, clawed toes with a dew-claw type appendage at the back of each foot though. Their head is also human-like, though they’ve got oversized, bat-like ears, which can swivel to pick up sounds. Their eyes seem large in their faces, and apparently they change color with their moods. You haven’t seen this phenomenon yourself.

The two most remarkable differences between a Qasallian and a human are their wings and their tails. Their wings are membranes which match the color of their skin, and which most closely resemble bat wings. Their tails are a few feet long, with a small tuft of fur at the end.

If your job was writing about their appearance, you’d be done by now. But it’s not. You’re supposed to be writing about their culture, and there’s the problem. None of them will talk to you.

It would be much easier to do your job, you think, if the Captain hadn’t decided from your first day on the ship that he hated you. As soon as you’d set foot in the hangar where you’d been set to make introductions, he’d stiffened, and begun to glare at you. You didn’t know what you’d done, but it must have been egregious, because none of the crew would come near you. Offending the Captain of a spaceship was a surefire way to get ostracized.

“You guys said it wouldn’t last…” 

Natasha looks between the two of you. Steve’s beer is at his lips but he doesn’t take a sip. Wanda’s fingers pause in the bowl of popcorn she’s placed in her lap. Only Sam has a visibly emotional reaction. 

He’s on the verge of bursting— maybe in frustration as the two of you are blocking the television, maybe in laughter. 

It doesn’t help that you’ve hidden your hands behind your back. Nor does it help that you and Bucky are both grinning like giddy idiots while you stare at your friends who now sit with pin-straight postures on the sectional in your living room.

“And you were right!” you shout once several awkward beats have passed. 

There is a loud POP! when you bring your hands forward to twist the bottom of a party popper, iridescent confetti falling over the coffee table and tangling itself in Natasha’s hair, and a triple air horn sound effect cuts through the silence when Bucky opens the app on his phone. 

The two of you are laughing and high-fiving one another, but the four before you continue staring. 

That is, until longsuffering Sam— fingers pressed into his temples— speaks. “You called us over here to tell us you broke up?”

Head straight on but eyes looming under strong eyebrows. The kind of pissed off face that makes others feel inferior and weak and stupid and pathetic. Then the smirk. Quick slide of the cheek and lips high on one side and as soon as it appears, it’s gone.
