He had been awake for a while now, staring at the walls for some time to gain his consciousness and realize what was happening around him. He was used to getting up early even if he hadn't gotten a proper sleep the night before; But last night was definitely something else, since he got to spend it with you.

Nikolai took a glance at the small figure curled up next to him, deeply breathing as they were gripping the blanket, which was probably the reason why he felt that cold when he woke up.
