If you're trying to make your chest smaller: pushups

Srsly DO THEM. I never rlly did pushups ever cuz I couldn't even do ONE without wanting to cry. But I started doing 10 then 20 and I'm now up to 40 and my chest got smaller, now it happened so fast for me cuz I also increased my protein and I used to take birth control but I stopped cuz it was making my chest bigger and my weight started to drop rapidly, so it may not happen as quick for you but pushups do work, it builds muscle in your arms, shoulders, wrist, and chest and muscle can help reduce fat so the fat in your chest will reduce making it smaller and you'll get upper body strength too soooo bonus!
