Hello esteemed wizard council. I would like to submit a formal proposal for a spell:

Carbonate

Simple transmutation, casting time immediate. The caster focuses on a liquid (e.g juice, water, wine, blood, milk) and carbonates it, turning the liquid fizzy like a soda.

Is this spell acceptable? I worked very hard on it.

This spell is a crime against all that is good and beautiful in the world, truly sick and twisted, despicable and foul.

Can’t wait to see it at dinner parties

just got back from presenting at the wizards conference and nobody clapped or had any questions after my demonstration of Mass Silence :(
