but I will explain more..

Hi sparkles so today I want to share my april goal list :

1. Exercise at least three/four times a week for 30 minutes each session.

2. Save a specific amount of money towards a particular financial goal. ( I want to buy a new hair dryer 🥹)

3.create tranquil study sessions to prepare diligently for my finals, nurturing a serene atmosphere conducive to focused learning and academic success.( my finals will start next week 😭)

4. Try one new hobby or activity to expand horizons.

5. Practice mindfulness or meditation for at least 10 minutes each day morning (I'm a morning person but idk why I don't do meditation 🤔)

6. Strengthen relationships with my family.

8. Set aside time for reflection and goal setting for the following month.

There are various steps to learning from mistakes. first it is important to acknowledge the mistake and take responsibility for it. This is a crucial first step to truly owning and learning from the mistake next one must take a moment to reflect on the experience and try to understand why and how the mistake happened and what could have been done differently. This is all about self-improvement through reflection and understanding. Acknowledging and reflecting serve as a basis for the final step which is to come up with a plan to avoid making the same mistake in the future.This plan can involve coming up with some rules and strategies to ensure that the mistake is not repeated. It is important to put these strategies into action. Additionally, it is important to keep an open mind and remain willing to learn and accept that making mistakes is an inevitable part of life. It is ultimately important to remember that it is not the mistake itself that is important, but how one learns and grows from it as a person.(This is a hot girl thing )By recognizing the mistake, reflecting upon it, and putting in the effort to learn from it, true growth and understanding can come about.

The most important thing to remember is that everyone makes mistakes. We are human. It is how we move forward after those mistakes that counts. Instead of dwelling on the mistake, learn from it and move on. Take what we’ve learned and apply it to future situations so that we make better decisions.
