Productive - Tumblr Posts
push yourself to get up before the rest of the world - start with 7am, then 6am, then 5:30am. go to the nearest hill with a big coat and a scarf and watch the sun rise.
push yourself to fall asleep earlier - start with 11pm, then 10pm, then 9pm. wake up in the morning feeling re-energized and comfortable.
get into the habit of cooking yourself a beautiful breakfast. fry tomatoes and mushrooms in real butter and garlic, fry an egg, slice up a fresh avocado and squirt way too much lemon on it. sit and eat it and do nothing else.
stretch. start by reaching for the sky as hard as you can, then trying to touch your toes. roll your head. stretch your fingers. stretch everything.
buy a 1L water bottle. start with pushing yourself to drink the whole thing in a day, then try drinking it twice.
buy a beautiful diary and a beautiful black pen. write down everything you do, including dinner dates, appointments, assignments, coffees, what you need to do that day. no detail is too small.
strip your bed of your sheets and empty your underwear draw into the washing machine. put a massive scoop of scented fabric softener in there and wash. make your bed in full.
organise your room. fold all your clothes (and bag what you don’t want), clean your mirror, your laptop, vacuum the floor. light a beautiful candle.
have a luxurious shower with your favourite music playing. wash your hair, scrub your body, brush your teeth. lather your whole body in moisturiser, get familiar with the part between your toes, your inner thighs, the back of your neck.
push yourself to go for a walk. take your headphones, go to the beach and walk. smile at strangers walking the other way and be surprised how many smile back. bring your dog and observe the dog’s behaviour. realise you can learn from your dog.
message old friends with personal jokes. reminisce. suggest a catch up soon, even if you don’t follow through. push yourself to follow through.
think long and hard about what interests you. crime? sex? boarding school? long-forgotten romance etiquette? find a book about it and read it. there is a book about literally everything.
become the person you would ideally fall in love with. let cars merge into your lane when driving. pay double for parking tickets and leave a second one in the machine. stick your tongue out at babies. compliment people on their cute clothes. challenge yourself to not ridicule anyone for a whole day. then two. then a week. walk with a straight posture. look people in the eye. ask people about their story. talk to acquaintances so they become friends.
lie in the sunshine. daydream about the life you would lead if failure wasn’t a thing. open your eyes. take small steps to make it happen for you.
1 over 100 Days of Productivity, and yes.. I restarted.
7.26.2021 Monday
I woke up at 4 am today because of some weirdly alarming dream. There were no exam stress or monsters under beds stuff, it was just very peculiarly distinct.
I only got to studying around afternoon. I was trying to practice my active reading skills with a bio book that I’m gonna use for senior high. After that, I put some page markers on notable concepts that *might* be our lesson (I'm referencing to my country's educ level guideline). I'm very bad at math. Laugh at me, I'll join you too. I'm trying though, desperately might I add.
Here's the banner for the day, bubs. (yes ill be repeating this based on my mOod)
28.8.17 10:06 PM // some photos from a bullet journal shoot I did a couple days ago. Clockwise from top left: 1. timetable spread inspired by Amanda Rach Lee, + test tracker which helps me track my progress on studying and doing tests. 2. expenses log + bullet journal spread for last week, inspired by @j-christabel 3. essentials for bullet journalling last week. not a lot, but enough. p.s. that’s actually a warm yellow mildliner (idk looks orange??)
hope y'all have a great week! good luck for the first day of school (if any of you haven’t started yet). september printables and wallpapers 90% ready, so look out for them 🌼

✨ even when nobody else believes - I'm not goin' down so easily - so don't give up on me ✨

Yes, I haven't posted on Sunday. Time flown by, stuff happened, but hey - I've survived and now I can be here 😁
What's new??// What am I doing??:
I have changed my nutrition. I actually started to eat more healthy/clean. It was a big issue in my life as long as my memory reaches. Not particularly diet, more kind of "new life style" I think 🌱
I am regularly hitting the gym, AM NOT EVEN KIDDING! I still don't know how I, myself, managed to drag me there and actually made it something I'm doing almost everyday, but... hey, I've liked it a lot in the end, so profit, I guess 💪🏽
I'm struggling with studying rn 😅 I mean - I'm still doing it, but it's more sluggish than I would like it to be... Anyway - working on this one, soon should get it better 💖
It has been busy and overwhelming time lately. I think I, somehow and hopefully, worked it out a little bit.
Well, see you soon, beautiful souls. Stay hydrated and remember to rest, when you need it 🥰
✨ I shoulder every burden, every disadvantage I have learned to manage ✨

This week was crazy - luckily in the good way!
I've got myself a summer job (finally!) as a waitress in local chocolate bar
I went to pay a quick visit to my grandparents, before I'll start working and it was lovely 🥰
I've studied Norwegian A LOT - for fun, I got my borrowed old workbook out and started to read it through, making notes and just, ya know, revising 🙌🏽
In between I was hitting the gym and running like crazy, collecting documents to my new job, organising clothes and in general - being quite busy 😅
Anyway - I'm excited for upcoming week, with all the new stuff I'm going to experience 💖
Here’s a question I’ve been wrestling with for the past few weeks:
I do a lot of daydreaming. At any given point in time, I’m deep in my thoughts playing out some scenario or another. Most of the time, they’re not ridiculous or anything - it’s just me organizing my music, making levels, going out and being social, or playing video games. Remember this post? It’s still an issue.
Why, then, can’t I turn those thoughts into reality?
I wouldn’t say any of this is unreasonable. I mean, what’s any of that take out of me? Thirty minutes of my time at worst? That’s nothing in the grand scheme of things, I can just go right back to whatever I was doing afterward. And then I have the satisfaction of getting the thing done to go with it.
The real problem is that in the meantime, I’m doing nothing. Sitting around listening to music, or watching a video on Youtube, or reading my dashboard here on Tumblr, not even taking time out of my day to get dressed sometimes. I know this is the life for some people. No, really, I get that. First-world problems and all. I get it. But that is not me. I don’t like to sit around and twiddle my thumbs - I like to get stuff done. I enjoy being creative and funny and productive; moving and breathing and doing.
So I don’t understand where this whole “sit around and be a blob of consumption” thing came from. Especially since, the whole time, I’m imagining how awesome it would be to get up and get dressed, when it takes no more energy to flail my arms and legs to put socks on my head and pants on my feet. Great, now I’m imagining me being all happy and doing stuff - why can’t I just do this in reality?
I am a freaking potato and I don’t know what to do about it.
a guide to a good night sleep
Hi all, it’s Bianca, it’s been a week that I took a break from social media, I was so anxious because someone could send me a message, but I cannot reply to it. However, I spent more of my time in reading and drawing, which really helps me to recharge and relax!!!
Here’s a small guide to a good night sleep! My sleep schedule is so messed up but I’m returning school soon, so hopefully I will able to adjust it to my normal rhythm ❤️💜💙

I have to know how you stay motivated! I feel like I never have any energy and am constantly drained :( it makes it so hard to be productive and get things done
Hi girlie..ihope u ok I'm sorry that u feel like this :(.. it's ok cuz staying motivated can be challenging but focusing on small, achievable goals, maintaining a balanced lifestyle with proper sleep, nutrition, and exercise, and finding activities you enjoy can help boost your energy and motivation.
Being more productive and getting things done can take some effort and discipline, but it's possible to achieve. Here are some tips that may help you stay focused and motivated:
By:★ stᥲrgιrᥣ﹒
1. Break down tasks into smaller, manageable steps: Break larger assignments or projects into smaller, manageable steps. Start by listing the individual tasks that need to be done, and then break each task down into smaller, actionable steps.
2. Prioritize tasks: Prioritize your tasks based on their importance and urgency. This will help you stay focused on the most critical items and avoid wasting time on things that can wait.
3. Stay organized: Stay organized by keeping track of your tasks in a planner, to-do list, or project management software. This can help you stay on top of your workload and avoid missing deadlines.
4. Self care: Taking care of yourself is a key factor in building motivation and having the energy to achieve your goals. When you prioritize your physical and mental health, you are better equipped to handle stress, manage your time and energy, and make positive decisions that will help you in life. Taking care of yourself doesn't mean being perfect, it means being intentional about your choices and making time for activities that bring you joy, rest, and self-care. Self-care is a powerful tool for building motivation and finding balance in your life.
5. Celebrate your progress: Celebrating your progress can help motivate you to keep going. Praise yourself for completing tasks, and reward yourself for reaching milestones.
Remember, productivity is a habit that takes time to develop. Start by setting realistic goals and breaking your tasks into smaller, manageable steps. Stay organized, eliminate distractions, and celebrate your progress to stay focused and motivated and never forget to take care of yourself cuz no one will. With practice, you'll become more productive and get things done more easily.

HOW TO SET YOUR GOAL !
“It may take time, but I think that dreams do come true as long as you do your best.”
-Tzuyu of TWICE
Setting goals effectively involves a structured approach. Here's a simple framework to guide you:
by: byeolgirl..
1. Be Specific: Define your goals clearly and precisely. Avoid vague objectives like "get in shape" and instead specify exactly what you want to achieve, such as "lose 10 pounds in three months."
2. Prioritize: Determine which goals are most important to you based on your values, aspirations, and long-term vision. Focus your time and energy on these key objectives.
3. Break it Down: Divide large goals into smaller, more manageable tasks or milestones. This makes the process less overwhelming and allows you to track progress more effectively.
4. Set Deadlines: Assign realistic deadlines to each goal or task. Having a timeframe creates a sense of urgency and helps prevent procrastination.
5. Stay Flexible: While it's important to have a plan, be willing to adapt and adjust your goals as needed. Life is unpredictable, so staying flexible allows you to navigate challenges and seize opportunities.
6. Visualize Success: Imagine yourself achieving your goals in vivid detail. Visualization can boost motivation, increase confidence, and help clarify your path forward.
7. Track Progress: Keep track of your accomplishments and setbacks. This could involve using a journal, apps, spreadsheets, or other tools to monitor your progress over time.
8. Celebrate Milestones: Acknowledge and celebrate small victories along the way. Recognizing your progress reinforces positive habits and keeps you motivated to continue working towards your goals.
9. Stay Committed: Maintain a strong commitment to your goals, even when faced with obstacles or setbacks. Stay focused, disciplined, and resilient in pursuing what's important to you.
10. Review and Reflect: Regularly review your goals and progress. Reflect on what's working well and what needs adjustment. Use this feedback to refine your approach and stay on track towards achieving your goals.
