After you workout you go to the kitchen to get some food. For breakfast only liquid is allowed. Here are the options!

You put on some jeans, graphic tea, sweater and converse or dock martins and head to school/work. After school/work you go for a walk before you come home, you go to the liberary and study there for an hour or two. After you get home you deserve some coffee :

β 2 Rice cake pizzas - rice cakes 2x - thin layer of tomato sauce - low fat cheese - oregano β Paprika popcorn - air pop some corn - paprika powder β Paprika chicken breast - boil 1 peice of chicken breast - paprika powder - a drop of water from the boiling β Philadelphia rice cakes - 2 rice cakes - philadelphia - cucumbers / strawberries / celery
After you eat you do some studying and put on a movie:

After that you eat dinner you go read a book or be on your phone until about 9:00-11:00 pm. Then you go to sleep listening to a podcast..

Why was 14 year old me so much better at this eating disorder?
I was doing so well... I was under 300 calories and was on the treadmill for 90 minutes and burned 700 calories...and then my parent's insisted I come home for the weekend...
Why do they keep doing this to me and how do I prevent it?
Why is my mom trying to sabotage me?!?! I can't even get away from it even when I'm at college...I was doing so great too and she had to drop by and give me a bunch of food!
It's like she wants me to stay fat so she can keep criticizing me.
