Personally, I'm enjoying it, can be tricky, but its worth it!
Background character
I was there,
When your dark days dawned.
I was there,
When your perfect plans peaked.
Yet,
When you speak, my bones fall weak...
For, nolonger,
Do you speak with me.
What more could I be?
Please, set me free.
I was there when you needed me,
I was there when you were low.
Little did you know,
When I am alone,
I don't need my phone-
For, when I am in my head,
My mind,
My thoughts~
I am never alone.
So, when you are alone, on your phone...
I need you to remember,
I helped you hit your milestones,
We walked together through hailstone.
But,
Behind you,
I plugged in my headphones, drowned out the world.
I went unknown.
You may aswell have carved my gravestone.
You don't care, why would you?
Finally I walked away, you started new...
But- still, everything I did, I did it, for you.
Everyone asks me, how I am always ok,
If they knew my past, my present:
Their perspective, their opinions, their faces-
Would change.
I keep my composure, hold my head high...
Tell them I am ok,
Make them believe 'till I die.
