Everyone complaining about the Percy Jackson show, throwing bashes at it left and right: did you actually… try to enjoy the show? Like, watch it for simple entertainment value and fun rather than something to pull apart? Because personally I know it has flaws but it’s also just… fun to watch and enjoyable? Like how the books were to read? Because for me, usually the scope on which I decide whether or not I like some media is directly related to how much joy I got while watching it… idk

Ok so I watched The Amazing Spiderman because I rewatched the episode of Doctor Who with Andrew Garfield, and I watched THAT because I watched a Doctor Who edit compilation, and I watched THAT because of a YouTube account I found through Merlin edits, and I watched THAT through one specific edit on ANOTHER YouTubers account that I was watching because of Hannibal so anyway all this to say my brain takes a lot of pipelines but apparently Hannibal to BBC Merlin to Doctor Who to The Amazing Spiderman was one of them
