“You’re the marred hands

reaching under my door

in the stillness of the night.

Scratching and clawing,

trying to drag yourself in.

There’s nothing I can do

but brace myself

under bed sheets and endure

the sounds of torn carpet

Hi, I'm bored, what should I do

You could write, dance with no pants on, find an adorable little animal and hug it, have a solo fashion show, take a nap, take a bath, or take a nap in a bath, conquer the world, paint your nails–the possibilities are endless!
