I saw this video and thought uhm a modern au jacegon they are married, jace is a businessman and aegon is a composer. Jace is dedicating a lot of time to the company that he once inherited and aegon just wants his husband back.

Like I could imagine how a pair of sweet love birds went separate ways day by day, year by year, from talking about everything to having nothing to talk about.

For Jace duty is the death of love and for Aeg love is the death of duty. They chose different in life’s intersection and they finally became stranger in each other‘s eyes. Jace wondered where did his funny, caring, sweet lover gone and Aeg didn’t know his thoughtful, supportive, calling him my precious man gone where too.

Hi anon, would it be terribly bad if i told you i haven’t thought it through, like I only have brief clips in my head…

Like said it’s not gonna be happy ending so I would picture Aegon eventually died at the cage where he was born and that’s when Jace painfully realize he was the one he couldn’t live without (but it’s too late).

Although it would be tons of fun to imagine he didn’t actually die but escaped (with someone’s help maybe) and started a new life with his little angel.

Also I had this thought that Aemond firstly laughed at how his brother became so vulnerable and sensitive when losing his unborn children. It’s seen as a sign of weakness. And then one day he almost lost his little baby (like they were attacked by assassins), and he suddenly understood the feelings, the pain and suffering. He couldn’t imagine something like that happened to him and Lucerys. So he became more tolerant and sympathetic.

I say Aemond would become irritated when he found out the truth because in my mind, he and Aegon actually had a strong brotherhood bond. I don’t think he could forgive someone easily who actually hurt his brother so much. But Jacaerys is his king and brother-in-law so things could get a little tense.

Jace loved his daughter but he wanted his son on the throne. If Aegon truly died at a young age, he probably felt sorry and regretful, and as exchange, he would give Aemma freedom to become someone she wants to be or spoil her so much as she reminds him of his past love constantly.
