Like said it’s not gonna be happy ending so I would picture Aegon eventually died at the cage where he was born and that’s when Jace painfully realize he was the one he couldn’t live without (but it’s too late).

Although it would be tons of fun to imagine he didn’t actually die but escaped (with someone’s help maybe) and started a new life with his little angel.

Also I had this thought that Aemond firstly laughed at how his brother became so vulnerable and sensitive when losing his unborn children. It’s seen as a sign of weakness. And then one day he almost lost his little baby (like they were attacked by assassins), and he suddenly understood the feelings, the pain and suffering. He couldn’t imagine something like that happened to him and Lucerys. So he became more tolerant and sympathetic.

I say Aemond would become irritated when he found out the truth because in my mind, he and Aegon actually had a strong brotherhood bond. I don’t think he could forgive someone easily who actually hurt his brother so much. But Jacaerys is his king and brother-in-law so things could get a little tense.

Jace loved his daughter but he wanted his son on the throne. If Aegon truly died at a young age, he probably felt sorry and regretful, and as exchange, he would give Aemma freedom to become someone she wants to be or spoil her so much as she reminds him of his past love constantly.

Jace killed his own children because of a selfish act. 😔 poor Aegon, I hope death was a rest for him. And I hope Aemma knows some things in the future

So in this (out of character) prompt, Jacaerys did all of these because he hated green. He and Aegon’s bond is more of a political act rather a love commitment (at least in his thoughts). So he saw Sara Snow a sign of true love because she was free-minded and wild enough.

That’s the sad part — the hatred between previous generations is very likely to pass on and it could even blind love.

(Aemma definitely would know everything when she grows up. Kinda want her to be with one of the Lucemond’s kid so she can be well protected)
