From what i interpret, Aziraphale misunderstood Crowley's act of kindness. To Aziraphale, Crowley was kind to him and others because he's still angelic deep down but instead Crowley was kind to humanity because he loved them, Crowley was kind to Aziraphale because he wanted to make Aziraphale happy. Unfortunately to Aziraphale, all these pointed out to Crowley would actually love the idea to be an angel again. As Neil said once, Aziraphale has a lot to learn and I'm sure he's gonna learn this in the hardest way in season 3.

Omg love everything in this new chapter, but the last line instantly reminded me of the MCD “a great, big tragedy” that Zar wrote. Of course that means me rereading it, and now that barty’s dead, I realised that he and Evan could meet in the ‘afterlife’.

Idk what’s going to happen in the next 7ish chapters, but I really hope that in one of them we get those lovely little afterlife reunions, between anyone really, bc Zar wrote it quite beautifully in “a great, big tragedy” and I’m nothing if not a masochist when it comes to angst

What if all I want is for someone with artistic/editing skills (unlike myself, who is very much a consumer and not a producer) to do that trend for one Richard Grayson where the first bit is Nightwing being happy and silly and big brotherly with his siblings then it cuts to younger dick Grayson (maybe as Robin/beginning of being nightwing) struggling to handle his anger and grief with the “I’ll know” echoing in the background, what if that was what I wanted?
