So my best friend wanted to hang out today but she does not know abt my ED,SH and depression. So I rlly just want to sit in my room with the curtains closed so I said I was sick but I cant keep saying that forever. Its so hard but I dont want to tell her cause when Im around her I act all happy so if I tell het she prob be thinking Im just dramatic😭

Is it wierd that when Im on my period I find it easyer to restrict and ⭐️ve? like I dont het cravings for 🍫🧁🍩 or somting. Im way more motivated.
