Okay, I live with thesaurus.com open when I write, but what is this new place? OneLook? I may have found a new way to expand my vernacular. Watch out, my dear readers, I found a new toy!

some people think writers are so eloquent and good with words, but the reality is that we can sit there with our fingers on the keyboard going, âwhatâs the word for non-sunlight lighting? Like, fake lighting?â and for ten minutes, all our brain will supply is âunofficialâ, and we know thatâs not the right word, but itâs the only word we can come up withâŚuntil finally itâs like our face got smashed into a brick wall and we remember the word we want is âartificialâ.

A little about the author: I am a mother of two beautiful children, one of whom has special needs. I started a Patreon for many reasons. Most recently, I almost died of septic shock and was in the hospital for 17 days and have an estimated 1-2 year recovery time. I do have a Patreon account to help support my family while I am on temporary disability
Warnings: NOT BETA READ!! This story will have a bit of angst, fluff, smut, f/m, and m/m. This chapter has a discussion involving child trafficking, pedophilia, and drug running. It also has hints of planned SA, bratty behaviors, and off-page death.
BREAKING AND ENTERING MASTER LIST
LDYSMFRST MASTER LIST

"The two of you are free to leave, but remember, Lovren is off-limits. If I catch wind of any more disturbances on pack grounds,â commands Alpha Stanislav.Â
Sensing the gravity of the situation, my wife and daughter rise from their seats and bow their heads, baring their necks in a show of submission.
âYes, Alpha Stanislav. We understand. There will be no more incidents. Right, Selena?â Rachel prompts, her voice filled with a mix of fear and respect.
âOf course, Alpha. You wonât hear a thing,â states Selena as she backs away timidly. Â
I continue to refrain from looking at my family, trying my best, for now, not to lose my temper over the situation as they leave the office. Young Alpha Mikhailâs counsel bows respectfully and leaves as well.Â
âI havenât seen someone gain a reaction like that from your son⌠ever,â comments Beta Christopher, to which I nod in agreement.Â
âKeep an eye on her, but donât scare her, Andrei. Selena is your daughter, Jonathan, but I donât trust her nor Lovren not to cause trouble,â Alpha Stanislav comments, dismissing Andrei to chase after my foster daughter.
âYou are dismissed. I have a few things to do before I return to the pack house,â instructs my Alpha.
Beta Christopher and I leave the office together: âI canât believe she has taken it this far. She seemed so agreeable to bringing Lovren into the family at the beginning.â
âIt may be due to Lovren being so close in age to your daughter. Perhaps if she had been younger and more like a âlittle sister,â then it would have worked out,â comments Christopher. âRight now, Lovren is something new, different, and that creates insecurity for Selena.â
Sighing, I say, âThat makes sense. I still, they both knew this was a tricky situation. I have to get home and have a talk with them.â
Laughter pulls my attention to the small cluster of boys near the window, âAndrei! Arenât you supposed to be finding the girl?â
âYes, sir. I was just speaking with my brother, our resident Lovren expert, on her habits to see where she might have gone,â responds Andrei.
Beta Christopher chimes in with a confused look, âAnd that is something funny?â
Failing to control his laughter, Erik says, âNo, Sir. Your Gamma Heir thinks I have a crush on Lovren.â
The shock on my face was quickly followed by restrained laughter. I remember the first time Erik realized he was gay. He was so worried that he would never be able to have a family and raise a pup of his own.Â
 Christopher finally says, âSeems itâs not only Alpha Mikhail who needs to learn more about the pack.â
The younger counsel looked confused, which caused me to chuckle harder. Christopher added, âYou see, Erik would never be interested in Lovren like that.â
âHe means I am gay. I donât find women attractive, which is why it is even more interesting that Leo and I want to find ourselves close to Lovren,â Erik clarifies, smiling softly at the expressions of understanding that come over his peers.
Erik then turns to his brother, âShe went into the forest. The lake would be calming for her now, but with how much she was shaking⌠I wouldnât be surprised if she goes as far as the falls.â
âThanks, lil bro,â Andrei pats Erik on the shoulder. âCounsels,â he bows to the two counsels and heads to the elevator.
Watching him go, I see that Erik or his wolf wants to follow him and find Lovren. He doesn't bolt after Andrei because the pack protocol states that high-ranking members must dismiss him. Erik has so much potential in the pack but needs to gain self-confidence.Â
âErik, Alpha Stanislav wants the three of us to go to the pack house,â informs the Young Beta Aliaksandr. âWhy donât you come with us? I would like to learn more about what happened today from your point of view.â
âMe?â Erik said in shock.Â
âYeah, why not?â questions Young Beta Mitchell. âI have seen your scores in warrior training. They are impressive. Gamma Jonathan and I were gonna reach out to you and Andrei.â
His reaction of pure shock and almost embarrassment supports my thoughts that Erik still hasnât grown into himself enough. Maybe spending time with the Young Alphaâs counsel will help him.
His eyes flit to me, seeking confirmation that I have noticed his remarkable skills. I simply nod. ?he shifts in place and then looks at the Alpha Heir, âI could come. If you want.â
The Alpha Heir looks at Erik as if he sees the same uncertainty that I do. Young Gamma Mitchell and Beta Aliaksandr are doing the same. This fills me with a sense of pride because the next council is showing care for a pack member. Noting the undercurrent of emotions, I can see the plans forming within their minds on how to improve Erik.Â
âCommon, we can take my car,â Young Alpha Mikhail smiles. âWe can order pizza on the way home. That way, we can eat, talk, and then maybe do a study session. Thatâs what high schoolers do, right?â
Seeing that the boys have everything under control, I elbow Christopher before saying, âI will talk with my family and Mitch. See you tomorrow?â
âYeah. I donât envy your night, but remember if you need anythingâŚâ Christopher trails off as he watches the boys all pile in the elevator.Â
âThanks. See ya,â I comment, walking over to the elevator to wait for it to return.
Make sure you both are home when I get there. We need to talk.
We just parked, my love. Selena is grounded to her room.
Good, she needs more than just that, but we will discuss that together.

âHere, Alpha and Gamma, we have our young adult detention center that you requested to see,â said Gamma Liam of the Kenize Pack in Canada. âThe genders are housed separately but they are able to interact during designated times throughout the day.â
âDo you mix humans with rogues and pups?â questions Alpha Stanislav.
Nodding, the Gamma answered, âWe do because it's such a small range. We end up taking in offenders from the nearby packs as well. We donât have many humans here, but we have three right now.â
Pointing to the lunch room, he indicates two males playing table tennis and a female sitting in the corner with a book.Â
Once my eyes landed on the girl, my wolf Asher surged forward with a growl. It shocked not only myself but the two others with me.
Keep her. She is ours.
Asher, she is a criminal and is in a different country. We canât do that.
The girl is ours. We need to bring her home.
âEverything alright, Jon?â questions my Alpha.Â
I open my mouth to assure him everything is fine but freeze. âI'm not sure, Alpha.â Looking at the other Gamma, I ask, âWhat can you tell me about the girl?â
The Gamma looks down at the floor below and tilts his head, almost at a loss for words, before he says, âShe has a file practically two inches thick. She is an orphan and has made a ruin of the Foster Care system before she crossed the boarded to come here.. She was caught squatting in one of the guard shacks that we had closed for repairs.â
Looking back at the girl, she startles me by looking straight back. I keep eye contact, letting Asher push forward. The girl closes her book and stands up, and then I feel like a wave is pushed over me. Asher is yipping, chirping, and chuffing in my head like he has found a long-lost pup.
âJonathan, stand down,â orders Alpha Stanislav. âGamma Liam, we will need to speak with your Alpha about her. I have a feeling neither one of our wolves will leave with her still in this center.â
âVery well, he is actually in his office now. If you follow me please,â says the Gamma, leading the way.

âShe said she got here, how?â asked Alpha Stanislav.
âHer records say that her mother and father sought asylum from Russia in America and died in a car accident three months after they settled down. Lovren was only 7-years-old at the time. Since then she has been through the American Foster system having several families,â replies Alpha Noah.
Reading over the file while the two Alphas discuss, my mind wanders back to the conversations about the human criminal I overheard during the North America Summit. They called her a âpaunchy bad hatâ that they couldnât wait to âshagâ after they broke her down.
âYou do understand that some of your men are the reason why we are asking about her?â I growl out the question.
Alpha Noah seems confused at the disgust he hears in my tone. Still, before he can say anything, I continue, âAt the NAS, a group of your guards, come of who we saw there today, expressed their dislike for this childâs physical features and her troublesome way while planning to fuck her once they harassed her enough?â
âThat would never happen on my pack grounds,â declares Alpha Noah.
Growls rise from Alpha Stanislav and me at this blatant lie, which tastes sour on my tongue. Standing up and stalking forward to his desk, I threw down my other file.
âWe have documentation from testimonies and medical records that prove that your correctional facility has child trafficking, pedophilia, and drug running operations,â Alpha Stanislav states.Â
âYou may not know precisely what is going on because you share control of the facility with the Bleu Pack, but I refuse to believe someone as smart as you wouldnât be clueless,â I add.Â
Alpha Noah stands quickly and closes the door to his office. Walking over to the window in his office, he says, âI have had suspicions, but the Bleu Pack is larger than mine, more brutal, and they⌠they leave us alone as long as we look the other way.â
âI know it doesnât make it right, and I have sent multiple quests to the Magistrate but they havenât made a move yet,â he continues, dropping onto the couch.
Sharing a look of understanding with Alpha Stanislav, I say, âWe will have these delivered to your Magistrate to help out. Unfortunately, we are too far away to personally assist but we hope this helps.â
With a grateful expression, âThank you, Gamma Jonathan. I with we were closer in proximity because I would do anything to repay your packâs kindness. Honestly, Alpha Stanislav, Thank you.â
âAnything you say?â Alpha Stanislav questions.

The drive home brings back memories of the first time I saw Lovren. I knew she was different and unique. I didnât know why Alpha Stanislav agreed to put the broken girl in my car, but I was more than excited.Â
Pulling into the driveway, my lovely mate stands on the porch waiting for me. Rachel and I have struggled to understand how to treat Lovren. I wanted to treat her as another daughter and show her what familial love and warmth felt like, but Rachel wanted to treat her with distance because of her past.Â
Walking to Rachel, I can see the tentativeness in her motions as she fears I will be mad when I get home. Pulling her into a tight hug, scenting her with calming pheromones, and kissing her head, I lean into our mate bond with nothing but love.
âMy mate, I am not angry with you. I am upset with our daughter,â I softly say. âI get that she is dealing with a new sister and gaining her wolf but she needs to learn to control herself and live with humility if she is going to end up being future Luna's Gamma.â
âI know. I thought by now they would have at least talked it out,â Rachel agrees. âMaybe itâs time to tell Selena about Lovrenâs history. The non-sensored version.â
I sigh at the thought: âThat is a larger conversation than I hoped to have tonight, but you are not wrong. It does need to happen. I would like to have it with a few others present as well.â
Pulling slightly out of my hold, my mate looks at me confusedly, âWho else would need to know?â
âWith permission from Alpha Stanislav, I would like to have the Young Alphaâs counsel attend and maybe in that Erik boy and his brother.â
âYou have a point. It seems like Erik has taken on the role of a guardian best friend with Lovren but he has never come around the house.â
âI think today was the first official meeting for Lovren and Erik,â I comment, which pulls a shocked chirp from my mate. âErikâs wolf, Leo, was the first pack member who spotted her and ever since he keeps watch over her in wolf form when she sneaks out at night. He was the one to warn the guard of her habit of getting near the border.â
âOh. That is unusual isnât it?â
âMy love, is anything involving Lovren normal?â

âI donât get why we had to foster her,â grits out Selena. Storming into the living room after dinner, we tried to discuss what had happened that day.Â
Following her as she plops on the couch, I say, âDonât you ever walk away like that. We have discussions in this family and do not stomp around like a youngling pup.â
âWhat your father and I are trying to say is,â Rachel says, sitting next to our daughter on the couch. âPlease do not cause trouble with Lovren. We did not bring her on to replace you. Your dad and our Alpha had an instinctual need to bring her into the packâ human or not.â
âBut her history! Defying authority, committing crimes, and running away. Alpha Stanislav listed them all today. Why would I want to be a sister to someone like that?â questioned Selena.
Sitting on the coffee table, I take Selnaâs hands in mine, âThere is so much more to her story that you donât know, and once I speak with Alpha Stanislav, we will tell you and the others. She has had a rough life. I would like to see anyone else make it through while maintaining the strength that she has shown.â
âGive your father this week to settle things up, and then we will discuss this more,â says Rachel before her face turns stoic. Then, with her voice firm, she says, âSelena, you have to practice controlling Trisha and your emotions better.â
âAs your parents, we cannot condone or support partial shifting while on school grounds, no matter what anyone says,â I state. âYou are grounded for the month. You may take the bus to attend school, cheer practice because itâs related to school, and training, but going out, watching TV, and your cell phone are all out of the question.â
âBUUTT Dad! I need my car for practice! My phone, too. How will they know when we can schedule extra practices, or how can I send updated routine videos? Not all of the squad pack,â whines Selena.
âGuess that is what your friends are for. Send everything through them or make sure to have your ducks in a row for the normal practice times,â comments Rachel. âYou forget, we didnât have texting or cell phones when I was captain of the cheer squad. Deal with it.â
âAGGGHHH. You two are just GAHHH!â complains Selena, and she storms to her room. Shortly after, she returns long enough to toss her keys and cell phone on the coffee table and then returns to her room with a slam of the door.
âThat went well,â my mate giggles. âThe sooner you can set up that meeting, the better, love.â

âAbsolutely not,â Beta Christopher says. âThat isnât your story to tell them.â
Pacing in the conference room, I think of a way to make this work. We must tell the five of them what to look out for with Lovren. Looking at Alpha Stanislav, I ask, âWhat if we just tell them about how our wolves reacted to her in that godforsaken compound? Explain to them it was instinct to bring her here?â
âThey already know some of what she has gone through because of the meeting. You canât tell me that no one else saw whatever was going on between Lovren and your son,â I continue to push. âMaybe telling them will allow them to look at her with something other than the thought of her being an outsider.â
Beta Chris goes to speak, but Alpha Stanislav raises his hand to say, âI get what you are trying to do. I agree that we should share at least that much but why so soon?â
I start feeling nervous. Lovren is humanâat least she smells humanâbuy, âLovren turns 18 a week from Friday Pack regulationsâŚâ
âSay she must have a party and meet the eligible unmated pack members,â Alpha Stanislav finishes my sentence with a perplexed look.Â
âHold on,â says Beta Christopher, leaning forward. âLet me get this straight. You both had your wolves react to this girl. You brought her here months ago but now weâre worried about her meeting pack because she is turning of age?â
Dropping into my seat, I look at the pack Beta and clarify, âShe doesnât know about the pack. She is practically a lone wolf, figuratively speaking. I think other than my family, the only other pack she has spoken to would have been the Young Alphaâs council and Ivanov brothers.â
Beta Chrisâs eyes pop in shock at the statement. He looks between the two of us and then furrows his brow. Taking a breath, he goes to speak but stops.Â
âShe had met some of the guards, only in passing, when she was in the library over the summer, but she never spoke to any of them. They all know of her because of Erikâs warning of her hiking habits,â I add.Â
âSo how are we going to have a party for someone with a friend when practically the whole pack has to be involved?â asks Beta Christopher.Â
A few beats of silence fill the conference room while everyone is deeply thinking about the current million-dollar question. Hosting a party at the house would feel weird and pointless because she didnât even come out for Selenaâs. Plus, would she even be comfortable with one? I donât think so.
âWe donât. Lovren isnât the kind of girl who would want a grandiose party nor will she understand why people she doesnât even know are there,â comments Alpha Stanislav.Â
âChris, donât you hold a âwelcome back to schoolâ thing every year?â I ask.
He nods, âYeah, its the same week of her birthday. We have a spirit week and end with a carnival. Why?â
âWhat if you held a rally? Like a mandatory rally at the end of the day on her birthday. It would require all the students to be there but you can open it to allow parents and siblings to join,â I suggest.Â
âThat is a good idea. We typically do it at the start of the week but that can be easily moved since it hasnât been announced yet. I can switch it to the day schedule as well. So they can all get their classes out of the way and it wonât interfere with the working parents that much,â Beta Chris agrees.Â
âChris, did you rearrange the class schedules like I asked?â questioned Alpha Stanislav.Â
I was confused when the Alpha asked for a confirmation request about a school issue. Alpha doesnât deal with school stuff; that is strictly the Betaâs job as high school principal.Â
âYes, Alpha. It was easier to move around the boyâs schedule as to not alert Lovren. The only class I do not have one of the boys in would be her choir class,â confirms Beta Christopher.Â
I look between the two and ask, âWhat boys? Why are we not alerting Lovren?â
âI had asked Chris to move the class schedules for the young council and Lovren around so that she was with at least one of the boys during the day,â answered Alpha Stanislav.
âMikhail said that Lovren didnât respond to his aura, dismissed his council, was afraid to talk to them, and walked through the quad unnoticed,â he continued. âWhat bothered him the most is she seemed to be mad when he noticed her and Bora was âgoing nutsâ pushing him to find out who she is.â
The three of us share glances, the room heavy with possibilities. Each of us knows the significance when an Alphaâs wolfâs instincts start kicking in like this. Lovren is special, somehow, and I donât think it has to do with her lock-picking skills.Â
âI know we already have the guard on watch for when she hikes and is in the library but should we tail her outside of that?â I ask while making a potential change in the rotations to accommodate.Â
Shaking his head, Alpha Stanislav says, âI donât want to scare the poor girl. She has enough people watching her as it is. Healer Bet mentioned Lovren being special and didnât seem to be concerned.â
âDidnât she say she was healing already when she came in for the claw marks?â Getting nods of confirmation from both of us, Christopher says, âDo you think Lovren is part of Healer Betâs prophecy? Itâs been ten years and you found her by following the crime reports that started coming.â
Alpha Stanislav stands to look out at the bustling school below. The weight of the prophecy clearly took a toll on his thoughts. âJon, have your meeting with the young council, bring the brothers, and your family.â
âYou can have the meeting at the pack house in my main office there. I want this to be as secure as possible,â he says, turning to me. âI will only allow this to happen if they agree to Alpha command not to share it with anyone outside the meeting.â
âDone,â I say with conviction. Finally, they can know and maybe help us find answers quickly.
âNot to bully myself into plans but,â Beta Christopher starts, waiting til he has our attention before continuing. âI think we should bring in Luna Ekaterina, Healer Bet, and Suzanna. This will permit more people to observe and additional people to discuss between.â
âAgreed. My wife already knows, but bringing Healer Bet and your wife would be good,â agreed Alpha Stanislav. âIs your wife still teaching the choir class? That's why you didnât put any of the boys in there?â
âYes she is and she says Lovren seems to be relaxed in the class overall. But I didnât put the boys in there because she already has Erik with her in that class,â Beta Chris says with pride when he speaks of his wife.Â
âErik is very protective of her already. I think giving him this additional information will be helpful,â I comment absentmindedly.
âOh, I almost forgot, and I am pretty sure you havenât seen Mitchell, but he named Erik his second,â Alpha informs him.
I smirk, âI am not surprised with his scores, heck, he gives Mitchell a run for his money. I will change up his training then as well. Have him join the boys for theirs or his brothers. He will have to stop coasting around like he has been.â
Standing, Beta Christopher looks at his watch. âSorry to make this short, but I do have a meeting to attend for the festivities next week. I will implement the changes, and just let me know when the meeting will be.â
âVery well, you are dismissed Beta Christopher. Thank you for attending on such short notice,â Apha Stanislav smiles, patting Beta Christopher on the shoulder before watching him walk out.Â
I wave and turn my attention back to the Alpha. " I think we should tell them sooner rather than later,â I say.
âWe can have it tomorrow. You know Katya will want time to make dinner for everyone. Letâs shoot for 6 pm and put your second on Lovren while we are in the meeting,â orders the Alpha. âI will let them know.â
Katya, Christopher, Rachel, Mikhail, Mitchell, Aliaksandr, Selena, Andrei, Erik, and Healer Bet, tomorrow at 6 pm, we will have dinner at the pack house and a meeting in my private office. We have a delicate matter to discuss.

I Got Interviewed!
Hello, dearest readers,
I had the honor of being interviewed by @psychosupernatural!
You may have seen the ask that was sent to my inbox.
After a mini-freak out for being asked in the first place, I agreed.
They also permitted me to share the interview with my readers!
I don't want to sound self-centered by sharing this with you.
I just thought that if someone was interested in knowing (even if it was for school), maybe others might want to know as well.
So here you go!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Whatâs your motivation for writing fanfiction?
I started my first story, âBreaking and Entering,â for myself because it was the first winter after COVID-19 broke out, and the world was shut off from itself. Then, after reading fanfics for the first time, I started writing my second story (Reciprocal Synergy) and stopped after no one paid any attention to it when I posted it on Tumblr and AO3.  After reading a fantastic story by @yoongiofmine, I was inspired to write American MateâA BTS Hybrid Playmate AU. I was initially going to keep it to myself because the online world had already shot down one of my stories, so why do it again? My oldest child (15 years old) said, âSo what? Do it for yourself.â And I did.
I tell newer or struggling veteran writers, âWrite for yourself. Enjoy what you wrote. Somewhere out there, someone else will match your freak. Someone else will want to escape into your world. Someone else needs to feel that support, even from a character in a story on their electronic device.â At this point, it's like an inner mantra.
How have you learned to write good fanfiction?
First, it is still being determined whether my fanfiction is good. Like all works of art and creativity, what I do may not be everyoneâs cup of tea. The fanfic that I write takes a lot of time to cultivate. Most of my time is spent researching anything from sciences and behaviors to interviews and documentaries. The ability to tie facts into my works is what I think sets me into a category that draws in others because it makes it subconsciously believable despite the characters being werewolves, hybrids, aliens, or soul mates with abilities. I also use my American Sign Language and Psychology education to help build these miniature universes. When I write, I consider the characters' psychological aspects, internal processes, and non-verbal communication. For works that also include animalistic tendencies, I research that to the furthest of my ability. I have done it so frequently that my city's large animal and exotic animal veterinarian has helped me several times. This can make the writing good if the readers want to read it.Â
How do you judge the quality of your fics?Â
Quality requires consistency and continuity. If side notes, footnotes, or character reference sheets are not used to ensure a solid foundation in the story, the reader will be confused. That confusion, that difficulty to read fluidly, is where the quality lies. I could have a fantastic idea, but if it is not easy to read, no one will read it. As for the wording, grammar, and the like, I practically failed every English class. My degrees are very much fact-based research papers written in MLA and APA. Due to my horrible history with writing, I never had the guts to take something like a creative writing course, although I have had a poem published worldwide. When I read something I have written, if it pulls me back into the story and makes me want to read on and keep writing, it has good enough quality to show others.Â
How did you / do you learn the ârulesâ and conventions of fanfiction?
I donât think I have to be honest. There are common boundaries of respect, such as placing warnings, indicating where adult themes start and end, and noting where influences have come from. As a writer, I follow these out of a desire not to shock or trigger my reader and to support other fanfic writers. I have been the reader who started reading an out-of-this-world fanfic and was thrown into a panic attack because there was no warning. I ended up messaging that writer and letting them know they have a trigger in their story. That writer was shocked that the story was triggering. When I explained that it was gracing the edge of being a particular type of fanfic, yandere, and how it was doing that, the writer understood and updated the warnings. Unfortunately, fanfics do not have a predetermined set of rules that everyone is made aware of before starting their fanfic writing journey. It is a game of mimicking with individualizations sprinkled in. Also, as a writer, you have to be able to take in the thoughts of your readers and make adjustments without taking offense to that feedback.
Do you tend to stick to only one fandom, or do you migrate from one fandom to another?
I migrate fandoms. My first fanfic was âBreaking and Entering,â an original Young Adult high school werewolf story. I started writing it because I was bored while having COVID. One of my most popular fanfics, American Mate, was inspired oddly. I read a BTS fanfic written by Yoongieofmine. The Playmate AU aspect of her story caught my attention because BTS is not among the top Kâpop groups I follow. However, that story made my mind run with the thoughts of combining Playmates with Hybrids. I ended up writing Yoongieofmine and asking permission to write âAmerican Mate.â I have also written for other K-pop groups, Ateez and Stray Kids, and a Thai Boy-Love Drama, KinnPorsche.
What sort of relationship exists between you as a writer and the characters that you create on the page?
Interesting question, to be honest or notâŚÂ All of my stories, except the werewolf âBreaking and Enteringâ story, are written in a y/n style, meaning the main character is the reader. These stories are written to pull the reader into them by negating a leading character name and replacing it with the notation y/n = your name. I have to put myself in that leading character role to write these stories. I fully understand that the stories are just thatâ stories. None of what is written is in any way possible. Still, while the reader or I read the story, I do my best to immerse myself in the place of the leading character and have those relationships, experiences, trials, and fears with the other characters. Each chapter that is written starts as a dream or fantasy that I have personally had. Those give me an outline to work with, but I have had the experience where I am so into and connected with the characters that when I stop writing, I think, âwait, what happened?â So, I have to go back to read over what I have written, and then it's a moment of âOh!! That is what I wrote. Well, that came out of nowhere.â Simply, I have a connection with them because I donât think I could write them if I didnât; however, I am not delusional enough to think they are anything more than words on a page.Â
