Today I had a panic attack over loosing my fav glass straw that "belongs" (mentally) only to one drinking jar...

I had to lock myself in the bathroom to cry and calm down

Eventually I found it

Second ago I was on a call with my friend who overdosed medications like 30mins ago

And they were fine

Like man

If they die tonight, I don't know what I will do

I mean they said they were fine and they had no symptoms of overdose but still...

But I'm still glad they called me

I hope they will be fine

fuck any parent who shames their kids for self harm or makes their kid feel bad because they self harmed

If God loves us why he makes us suffer?
