you are not responsible for your emotions. the way others treat you and the emotions this evokes in you are beyond your control. but how you choose to react is your responsibility. life won't be kind to you, but whether that stops you or not is up to you.
starting the week in a good mood

weekly review and preview
on sunday evening or monday morning, take some time to review the past week's accomplishments and reflect on what went well and what could be improved. then, preview the new week's schedule and tasks. this will help you be mentally prepared for what's ahead and adjust your plans if needed.
set weekly priorities
determine a top three to five priorities for the week and keep your focus aligned with your most important goals, making you more prone to have adequate time and resources to them throughout the week.
organize your workspace
it's very important to start monday with a clean and organized desk, anyone who already did it knows well. being physically organized helps reduce stress and improve your ability to focus and be productive.
create a motivational ritual
my favorite! begin your week with a motivational ritual. this could be reading an inspiring quote, listening to a particular song that uplifts you, or writing down somethings you are grateful for.
initiate a positive interaction
our first steps through the day can really affect the mood of our whole day (it's scientifically proven!!), so try starting your week with a positive interaction with your family, friends or colleagues. this, aside from maintaining a good relationship and being good to everybody, will also boost your mood.
start with a small win
choose a small, manageable task in the very beginning of monday and complete it. it'll give you an immediate sense of achievement and set a positive tone for the rest of the week.

Some advices for online courses (because I've been homeschooled my whole life):
Make a plan: plan the subjects that you want to do, working hours (and of course, make a bit of time for yourself)
A dedicated space for work: working in bed or in a space where there is a lot of interactions can make it hard for you to focus so dedicate a space only for work (like a room only for work or a desk in your bedroom...)
No distractions: if you want to work effectively, put away all the things that you know could distract you (like phone, games or even books..)
Take breaks: it's very important to breath a little bit in between the work sessions so go walk outside or make yourself something good to eat..
Use the promodoro technique: very effective to focus and to know when to take breaks.
Discipline, discipline, discipline: remember that motivation is never constant when discipline is constant. You'll need a lot more of discipline during online courses and working from home.
Take care of yourself, eat healthy, drink and sleep well.
Anyway, I hope that helped some of you and I wish you all the best!!
ehyy! so this kind anonymous shared their tips and advices for online classes, thank you so much, I hope that this is going to be helpful for everyone interested!
