we have been neglecting our health so badly because of our relationship that we put of four refills until we already had less than a week of them left.

we are now constantly feeling sick and experiencing symptoms, dissociating dangerously, anxious and terrified for no reason, cannot sleep until 4 am, and have split at least 3 times to handle basic every day stress and tasks because we cannot handle it.

we have our appointments with our professionals set up for as soon as we can get them, but even that is in a few days, and we are struggling to make it until then.

please do not be like we are. please do what you need to take care of yourself. please remember your medications and refills.

btw one of the key components of actually being in a healthy relationship is just asking for things that you want. i keep seeing posts on this website saying 'i really want to do/receive [X] but my partner has never done it'. just ask. 'nobody exchanges love letters anymore' ask. 'i want to have my partner's hair in a locket like the victorians' just ask. 'i want to be bought flowers regularly :((' literally just ask. your partner doesn't know they're being held to these expectations and that you're unhappy unless you tell them. it's so unfair to expect your partner to read your mind. 'it's less special if you have to ask :((' grow up and stop pretending you're the lead in a romcom. when people say communication is crucial they mean it !! just ask !!

our relationship has finally ended and we are unmedicated and highly emotional. let's go gamers.

on december 9th, there is a wisconsin all out for palestine rally in madison. i really encourage anyone who is in this state and has the means to travel to madison to show up for this especially as more people are showing "fatigue" for the palestinian cause and social media posts dwindle.

if you're in milwaukee, the local chapter of JVP is arranging transportation help if you dont have a car and the badger bus is also a relatively inexpensive and convenient option, it runs multiple times per day and will take you about 30 mins walking or a quick uber trip to the capital if you select the 'campus and lake' stop.

p.s. i know madison in general is pretty milquetoast + white liberal-y, but the activism and rallies for palestine specifically lately have been extremely well organized, meaningful, actually leftist and abolitionist, calling for more than a ceasefire, and led by/centered palestinian-americans & other SWANA organizers.

honestly, probably one of the littles stealing a super expensive plushie/blanket. then there's those of us who would speed like crazy while driving, a number who would smoke mj... thinking about it, a lot of the crimes we would commit are all minor and wouldn't actually be that bad. i know it's probably talking about serious crimes, but we don't necessarily want to commit any serious crimes.

yes- various alters speak various languages. some introjects, others not. usually, we use a translator- having a gatekeeper type what they want to say in the translator, and they use that, as our body isn't fully fluid in the languages.

grey-out amnesia (emotional) and some minor amnesia, but we do share most memories and have collective memory we can draw from.

i'm mostly out about it, but due to some incidents, we still end up masking for our own comfort and safety. maybe someday it'll get easier, but for now, we do what works best for us.
