Lego hands can definitely be difficult to draw. I found these reference pics on Pinterest a bit ago that have really helped me with my art. I hope they are helpful to you too!

Just finished this concept of Cole's Grandpa from Into The Deep! Man, drawing Lego is HARD. Those hands and leg were a real pain in the neck. But I think it turned out alright. Also, this design isn't final. So changes will probably happen.

No way! My old Ninjago OC had ink powers, too! I never ended up doing anything with her storywise, really. She just sort of existed for a bit. But I found an old drawing I did of her.

I did develop her personality a little bit. She loved reading old maps and scrolls, and always kept some in her backpack as a source to draw ink from. She was quite interested in maps and history. Maybe she and Misako would have had some geek out sessions over ancient history or something. I don't think I ever named her, though. (My brain tends to think of character designs first before names.)

I drew this like a year ago on my phone. I feel like I've improved a bit since then, now that it's been a year and I draw on a bigger screen now.

According to Brent Miller's interview with Kelly Metzger (the voice actor for Nya), Michael Adamthwaite (the voice actor for Jay) has cried when recording some emotional scenes.

Kelly said that she hasn't cried in their recording sessions before.

Which to me, honestly, really fits with their respective characters. Y,know, Jay wearing his heart on his sleeve v.s. Nya, who's a little more guarded with her emotions.

I don't know why but I found this kind of interesting.
