Basic Description:

Anakin is a traitor to the Jedi Order as well as the Empire and basically forms his own section of the Rebellion run by himself and the 501st Legion.

Important things to note:

Not Basic Description:

Anakin found the inhibitor chips a few years before Order 66 was issued. He found them when he realised he could order his men around with simple stuff like and they were forced to obey.

Being a slave for the beginning of his life, he didn’t want anyone else to suffer the way he had and had Kix remove them and his own. They still followed him, but now that was their decision and not his order.

Once the Order was passed and Anakin stormed his way to get to the Younglings, Rex and the others crowded him and talked him down, their once fierce general breaking down as he told Rex everything that had happened.

Getting a quick reassuring smile from each of the men that still stood there and were waiting for him, ready to help fix the very mess he started and took a part in, he smirked and told them his plan.

His ‘plan’ of course is staying the course of what he was going to do before hand, but made sure that no Jedi was hurt from that point forward.

They stormed inside the place where the Younglings were, and after initial fear from them, Fives and Echo led them to an escape ship along with a few Jedi they found along the way to the hanger.

As they were doing that, the remainder of the 501st Legion and Anakin himself went to work stunning every Jedi they saw, making sure they looked dead enough for the mind controlled clones.

As this went on, Anakin and Rex split off and went to the Jedi Council Room and basically announced to them that they were behind all of this along with the Chancellor.

As they basically renounced the Jedi Order, the other members of the 501st Legion come in save for Hardcase, who is outside the window of room to catch the council if needed in a ship.

Most to all of the ships in the hanger are gone, each and every one had been full to the brim of Jedi young and old who the clones helped escape, waking some up to fly them out of there.

As Anakin confronts the council with amber eyes (fake contacts provided by Kix) he lets all of his hatred and anger out on them, ranting and raving like a mad man as he let his hatred flow through the force, but not letting it consume him.

He freezes for a moment as the Chancellor walks through before he lets out an animalistic growl and pulls them all together before throwing them out of one of the giant windows all at once.

Unbeknownst to Sideous, they all landed inside the ship outside with moderate ease and were a little worse for wear, but generally safe. Anakin turned to Sideous and bowed, proclaiming him as his master with gritted teeth...

Now, as Darth Vader, Anakin helps the Rebellion in any way he can since he was the right hand man to the Emperor and is one of the Rebellion’s most high profile informants.

After the Rebellion ends and everyone is safe, Anakin retires from Jedi work and goes to a nice planet with his polyamory cuddle puddle of clones, is in his kid’s lives mostly, and still hangs out with Ahsoka from time to time and go out and cause trouble for the entire galaxy, just like the old times.
