Who looked at this man and thought, "you know we need a mad little Scot for this political satire? This is it, this is the one."?

Paul Higgins as Murdo Caldwell in The Play On One's A Wholly Healthy Glasgow

Jamie, your eyes are ridiculous, calm the fuck down.
So ... I asked my best friend if she ever feels empty or guilty after sex, because I do and I've been with my husband for 15 years, we have a literal child together but it seems I have a lot of internalised guilt around sex.
She said she used to, because society is set up to make women feel guilty about enjoying sex. Historically it's treated as just for men, and women are supposed to just accept it almost like a chore to keep men happy.
Also, women often feel like they have to suppress their own fantasies, especially if they go against "vanilla" because the mainstream male fantasy of 'innocent and virginal' is somehow considered more acceptable by society.
Anyway it's half four in the morning and I haven't been to bed yet, so maybe I'm just delusionally babbling, but just in case there's another 18 year old me out there who needs to see this here you go.
Sex is not wrong. It is not immoral. It is literally the thing that keeps our species going, the biological reason we're all here in the first place. Doesn't matter if you're madly in love with them or you literally never see them again. Doesn't matter what your sexual orientation is or how you identify. Doesn't matter if you have kinks (and everyone has kinks). It's all normal.
As long as its safe, sane, consensual and legal it's fine. You are fine. You do not need to feel guilty. You do not need to feel bad. You have not done anything wrong.
And if anyone tells you otherwise kick them in the face.
