I think in the next couple of months I'm finally going to be seeing some change in my behaviour and hopefully very positive change in my work life. A manager I worked with who made me feel like I didn't have the potential to do anything with my life and who had been dating a coworker (which everyone knows is not allowed) for nearly 4 years has finally been fired from his position and I'm hoping that the coworker will follow after him. They both made working absolute hell for me and my other coworkers who had luck in finding different jobs. They have even stated to my boss the exact reason they decided to leave and because my boss is a paranoid, pigheaded, stubborn, and selfish person he straight up told them that they didn't know what they were talking about and that leaving was a mistake while laughing at their decision to leave.

Unfortunately I was never the one who reported on him, but for a long time he believed that I was the one who called ethics and would harass me about it when he got me alone anywhere at work.

I don't want to go too far into it but now that all that stuff is over, I feel like I'm going to be having a much better time working and I pray that the new manager that's picked will be someone with higher expectations and has trust in their employees. I only worked in this position for a year and four months now but just working under that specific manager made me want to completely give up on anything that I believed in. I'm still hoping I will be getting this different job though, as it does pay more and I believe that they are much better on their employees, I feel like starting over and just want a fresh start. Make new friends, have better people to work with and no more scum bags.

That's all for now on updates in my personal life. I really just wanted to get that off of my chest because now I feel like I'll actually have the energy to get back into things I love without feeling like absolute trash after working all day long to please absolutely nobody. I'll be back later tonight~ Now is time for some errands and chores. (And maybe an energy drink to get me going *wink* - - *whispers * my fiancé doesn’t want me to drink them but I want to soooo)

The Queen of Autumn represents a very loving and caring person who will not only make your dreams come true, but someone who will be a wonderful parent to offspring or a pet that you decide to welcome to the family! Their career may center around something of great importance and will result in being able to afford luxuries you never thought you could pay for. Or you both will settle on jobs that will allow you to live in comfort with small perks, both are completely fine!

Obsidian

Obsidian is an igneous rock which means that it is made up of volcanic materials. It is formed when molten rock is immediately cooled to create a sort of black glass. Obsidian can come in many colors such as green, tan, and brown and rarely can be seen in the colors blue, red, orange, and yellow. It is technically found around the world but you can find it’s purest form in geologically volcanic areas where there has been recent volcanic activity. 

Fun Fact:

Looking as sharp as it may feel to the touch, obsidian has been sharpened to such a fine point that it has replaced steel surgical tools for the most precise surgeries in the medical field.

Magickal Properties and Uses:

Black obsidian

Protection, scrying, banishing grief, benevolence, healing

Green obsidian

Protection of income; open financial opportunities

Snowflake obsidian

Grounding, responsibility, purification, change, growth, deflecting negative energy and emotions

Obsidian can be used for divination, spellcasting, rituals and more. Here are some ideas:

Placing it in a charm bag with other magickal items. The effects can give you protection when roaming around in your everyday life or to help heal from depression and grief. 

Using it in your rituals. Just placing the rock on your altar can serve as a natural absorber of negative energy and to keep your circle pure. 

Use the rock while meditating. Having a polished obsidian rock in your hand while meditating can help with concentration and grounding when you really need it. Being one who has trouble focusing, I use the stone to focus on like how it feels in my hand, the cool touch, the warming of the stone from my body heat.

You want to think that you will remain with someone forever when you have that first kiss or embrace but it's not always to be. This card is revealing that although things have ended between you and your ex, there is still a chance in your future. Don't be downhearted about how things ended and keep the fire lit by remembering the good times. Pull yourself toward understanding what happened in the first place and understand how you can influence a solution. Communication is key in every relationship. Open yourself up to them and have a good heart to heart about your feelings for this person and that you want them back. The relationship will never rekindle if neither one of you steps up to speak the first word; so it might as well be you!

I always believe that there is another chance when things don't work the first time, I have experienced this many times myself, but things don't always work out. The relationship may be toxic and you may not have even realized the first time, your partner may just not have good chemistry with you personally, or people can just fall out of love with each other. Try things in a positive light and give it another shot if the other person is willing. In my beliefs in Tarot, Tarot is there to support motivation, inspiration, and confidence to do things that you are scared to do.

My personal interpretation of this card is to give you the confidence to go back to your ex and let them know what all they're missing! And if not, you always have other options.
