We have a way for fronters to front from inside headspace, since visualization is a big key for us interacting and navigating as a system. Typically we visualize front as a device, like a phone, laptop, or computer. We don’t really know how it’s used specifically, like it’s core functions, but pretty much anyone who uses the device is considered fronting if they’re in the front room. The only way a fronter can front from inside headspace is if they were initially in the front room and took the front phone out and into the headspace. it’s kinda like those scenes in movies and tv where the character has a rope tied to their waist and they venture into the unknown with a link back to the safe space.

Our headspace has a circus. The function of the circus is to be a safe, fun place for littles and caretakers. The caretakers run the circus basically, and the littles just run around.

Speaking of the circus, some of our introject alters have a station in the circus, kinda like a fortune teller tent, where they vibe and hand out advice to those who need.
