We Don't Even Know If It's Romantic Or Not, But For All I Know It's Grieving Not Obsession.
We don't even know if it's romantic or not, but for all I know it's grieving not obsession.
Snape was obsessed, look at his patronus!
For the series, dismantle the Snaters with facts:
![Snape Was Obsessed, Look At His Patronus!](https://64.media.tumblr.com/63652b365ab726141d71c8147438a57a/31a6e6d75bb129ea-1a/s500x750/32b1fa4b5314962d8b6a92f41761ba6ee6d3541f.png)
The author herself responded to a fan's question by saying that the patronus only changes if the love it's eternal. I don't think the term obsession is written anywhere.

Yes!! Say it louder!
Snaters: You can't love Snape for stepping infront of the trio in PoA because it's only in the movies.
Also Snaters: God, I hate Snape for hugging Lily's dead body and not taking care of baby Harry.
If I was Professor Snape's student, I would be wheezing and earning myself a four hour detentionđ
This had me cackling đ
'Another ten points from Gryffindor,' said Snape. 'I would expect nothing more sophisticated from you, Ronald Weasley, the boy so solid he cannot Apparate half an inch across a room.'
And then there's that smug little smirk of his, just basking in his own cleverness lmaoo
'Now open your books to page two hundred and thirteen,' said Snape, smirking a little.
He may be mean but his biting humor is pure gold.
People need to stop with the victim blaming. Itâs always âSA is badâ until itâs someone you donât like or to someone that isnât conventionally attractive. Those that blame the victim, defend the perpetrator in some way or make it seem like a good thing are equally as sick and disgusting as the actual perpetrators. I donât care if itâs fictional or otherwise. Grow the hell up.
Men can and are SAed, it is not just women. Little girls AND boys get SAed. Iâve seen posts of men talking about their experiences and how their fathers, uncles, friends and sometimes even teachers play it off as if that was good for them. Where they explained how they were told by people things like âwere they hot?â âGood jobâ and more. Itâs literally sickening. Oh and donât get me started on how itâs always âwell what were you wearing?â To anyone thatâs been SAed. It doesnât matter. It is not the victims fault. It is the perpetrators fault. They need to control themselves no matter what gender they are. You could literally look like a homeless person and be a victim. You could be wearing a hoodie and sweatpants and be a victim. They donât care what youâre wearing they just do what they want to you because theyâre sick in the head like that. They donât care.
I am tired of this. It doesnât matter if itâs a fictional character youâre talking about. That characterâs trauma should not be dismissed. âWhy? Theyâre just a fictional character theyâre not realâ ok and? People relate to characters. Dismissing one characterâs trauma just because you donât like them or theyâre not conventionally attractive or theyâre poor, or anything about them that you deem makes them lower, is horrible. If you dismiss one characterâs trauma just for that you could be dismissing a real personâs trauma that is the same/similar to what that character went through and that is NOT ok.
Do not dismiss anyoneâs trauma. Real person or fictional. You might not think it was that bad but YOU DID NOT EXPERIENCE IT YOURSELF. Everyone experiences and process things differently. Something that seems normal to you could be a traumatic experience for another person. Do not dismiss others trauma.
OMG ME TOO?!
God I need a fic about Snape and Mcgonagallâs friendship.
Like weakly tea together spilling about the colleagues and students.
The teachers meeting when theyâd just glance at each other and KNOW they would talk about that later.
The two of them in the professorâs lounge room bullying Lockheart or making sarcastic comments at Umbridge.
Also them being incredibly competitive and making fun of each other every time their house loses or wins.
GOD I NEED IT.
