I'm almost done with The Sweetest Sting. It needs a final edit and then it's over, baby! 🎆🎉 I'm so excited! However, I'm not sure HOW to post the last of it. It's two chapters and an epilogue. In the past I've noticed if I post too close together people miss chapters. Not that I have more than five people reading it, but still. Chapter 9 is very short. Chapter 10 is a monster. It's super long (heh). The epilogue is short.

I never actually finished a chaptered longfic before ( Sorry The Sun in My Eyes readers 😆). I thought bout merging them all into one chapter but it's ridiculously long if I do. I dunno. If the story ends, will anyone come back for the epilogue? Give me your thoughts.

😂 Thank you for being so passionate about this. Poor Amelia. I really went all out making her the worst. Because I think it's important to manage expectations, I have to honestly (and sadly) tell you that she will probably not get punched in the face. As satisfying as it would be in the moment, Amelia LIVES to have a reason to act victimized. If you booped her on the nose she'd cry and say you broke it. The cruelest thing you can do is ignore people like her, because they only thrive on attention. Take it away and she'll fall apart faster than a hard shell taco.

But if you want to read Amelia getting her just desserts, I highly recommend Amelia Can't Win. It's so fun and well-written and Marshall is very hot dickhead and @longbobmckenzie assures me that Amelia will be getting a very satisfying comeuppance.

Are there any new fics you plan on working on in 2024?

At this time, there is not. I have an Alex short fic idea blooming that I'm not sure will come to fruition. That's it. I do have two short fics that are mostly written that I'd like to get out of my hair but I'm not really sure I'll have time. My only major plans are to finish TSIME (I'm working on the chapter right now) and to finish TSS (I'm moping because I don't want to write the boys dancing). But as of right now, I'm not really committed to even playing the next season so my enthusiasm is pretty non-existent. I need to focus on writing I can publish sadly, because being an adult is stupid.
