So I'm fasting rn

I already skipped break fast

I can skip lunch pretty easily

I'm most worried for dinner probably just gonna say I'm not feeling well

Forgot my headphones so I'm low-key dying inside

Starting a new diet : breakfast is air, lunch is a diet coke and dinner I get to lick an apple and dessert is crying while looking at a picture of myself naked.

so I fasted for 16 hours , had a black coffee with stevia during it , broke it with some sauteed onions (about 80 cals) they were lowkey so good.

Prolly gonna have less than 100 more cals the rest of the day.
