Oh My Poor Sick Little Man..... He Has A Bad Fever :(

oh my poor sick little man..... he has a bad fever :(

i've always had a soft spot for sickfics and i like seeing strong characters get taken care of by the ones who love them most :) craig is making him chicken noodle soup in the kitchen, barry's favourite meal to have whenever he's not feeling well.

i liked the thought of him being all snug in the only piece of clothing he hasn't ripped so i drew the sleeves of his jammies because it was cuter :)

barry steakfries jetpack joyride why does tumblr always compress my drawings grrrgrr he is sikc :( i feel like if barry got sick he'd be the type of guy to be like ''what! i'm not sick no waayyy haha'' and then die of a coughing fit immediately after he'd be very grumpy about not being able to go jetpacking and having to stay at home all day he'd be like ''what happened to watching cartoons when i was home sick!? this is so BORING'' and craig would be like ''there there its ok you'll live. go to bed barry'' also i love how barry canonically has homely cute flower blankets on his bed i like to think he's kinda embarrassed by them because he always calls his home his 'secret hideout' and always talks about how cool it is and whatnot and then you walk inside and it's just. comfy. only craig knows about the cosier bits of his home he's too prideful to tell anyone else craig thinks it's nice :) wait tumblr fucking deleted the other tags i wrote goddamnit barry would be like ''i'm not THAT sick! i don't need to be pampered! i'm a man i can do it!'' and then when craig drags him home he's like ''ehh... i'm dying craig..... craig tuck me in.....'' he's stubborn but he's a big softie :) i like to think he doesn't like to ask for help because he feels like it's weak but at the same time he knows he really needs help because he feels really sick he may complain a lot and act all fussy but he doesn't resist to craig taking care of him cause he knows he's gotta let his guard down every once in a while + he's too tired to do it he's too proud to admit it but he likes being taken care of by craig every now and then :) ahh how i love stubborn characters who just wanna be held...

apologies to my followers who don't watch Star Trek but i still cannot get over the way Data enters the bridge in episode 2 of TNG after having just boinked Tasha. look at him. the style. the lean. the confidence.

star trek star trek data data tng so context: basically everyone on the u.s.s enterprise catches an infection from another ship that makes them act drunk because they were investigating what happened to the crew after receiving a strange and concerning message from them basically they were all dead from the ship's emergency latch getting borked because everyone was drunk and their judgement was impaired so they ended up messing with the ship and got frozen to death this spreads to the u.s.s enterprise through touch and when it gets to tasha she ends up finding data and tasha's like ''hey bbg you're 'fully functional' right? wanna smash'' and data's like ''why yes of course i am fully functional and yes i do want to partake in this 'smashing' activity'' and then they bang and the infection spreads to data (despite him being an android and not a human which implies the infection is quite strong) because tasha touched him and this is the way he waltzes into the bridge afterwards. keep in mind he is usually not this emotive like at all hes so babygirl you will likely only see dataposting for the next few weeks im so sorry i love data so much you dont understand

barry steakfries jetpack joyride he's stimming i have another autism headcanon that barry absolutely would do the hand flapping thing when he's happy he doesn't do it as much but he usually does it right before ripping off his sleeves when he's SUPER happy also there's a detail in the JJ trailer where barry's hands physically twitch before ripping his sleeves off that's the pure EXCITEMENT and urge to stim comin' out :D also i just checked the trailer and HOLY SHIT it has 23 million views!?!? holy bingle!!! all those views are from me when i first got fixated on this game lol also also it's been a whole year since JJ became one of my main interest. what the hell. no way it's been a year it's felt like 8 months at most holy moly anyway gonna tag this as autism art :D autism art stimming art

Jetpack Joyride headcanon: Professor Brains named his cat "Spot" after the cat that Data had in Star Trek, and much like Data's cat, his cat is also a female orange tabby :)

i was watching star trek and this clip of Worf's childhood pet disappearing singlehandedly made me laugh so fucking hard it sent me into a coughing fit and distracted me from watching the episode for like half an hour because i was SO fixated on how funny it was

the echoed "HOURNK" as he fades out of existence. the 80s editing and lighting. the bewildered look on Worf's face. i am in love with this show

HOURNK so context: the u.s.s enterprise was getting a check of their warp speed engine by some arrogant technician and a sleepy alien guy and basically they ended up configuring the warp engines to go SO FUCKING FAST that reality breaks and ends up mixing time with ideas so the memory and idea of Worf's pet ends up materialising and then disappearing it's actually a really integral scene to the plot but it was so funny to me that i got distracted and forgot everything for a moment
