As a person with ADHD and constant negative thoughts and self doubt, manifestation, shifting, witchcraft and listening to subliminals are very hard for me to keep up with or even find the motivation to do, I want to believe and I tell myself that I do believe but sometimes I can't help this nagging feeling, does anyone have any suggestions or motivational words? Bro I want to listen to anime girl/ manhwa girl/manga (do those mean the same thing?) subliminals because I want to change my appearance completely, like completely 👀 I want to change my 4c hair to 3c, I want to change my height from 5'2 to 5'11, I want to change my eye color from dark brown (I haven't decided on a color yet), but the main thing that I want is to change my face to look like a unique manga/manhwa girl but I'm black and I don't want to change my ethnicity, just my face, and I don't know if they are POC friendly 😭 damn this is hard
