A BRIEF COLLECTION OF POETRY:
Avatar: The Way Of Water

Number of poems: 7
Author: Rouge
A/N: having spent several days writing, I’ve decided to share some of my poems about Avatar: The Way Of Water with you. As this is my first attempt at writing poetry, please be gentle with me. Please also note that English is not my primary language.

A BROTHERHOOD
In the depths of the ocean blue, Lo'ak met a creature pure and true. A tulkun, a being so rare, And with it, a bond beyond compare.
Payakan, a name to behold, A friendship worth its weight in gold. For the tides may rise and fall, But this connection will stand tall.
With every dive and every breath, Their bond grows stronger, defying death. And though the world may never see, Their brotherhood is real, as real can it be.

THE SON AND THE MOTHER
Neteyam, a young Na'vi with a heart so true, A warrior in training, a spirit anew. With every step he took, he felt the land, The forest's whisper, the pulse of its grand.
With bow in hand, he'd take aim and shoot, Honing his skills, his path ever astute. And in his mother, Neytiri, he found a guide, A beacon of wisdom, a pure love that would never subside.
Together they explored the world around, A bond so strong, a union so profound. Neteyam looked up to his mother with pride, Knowing her teachings would always be his guide.
As the future of the Na'vi, he held a great role, A leader in waiting, with a warrior's soul. With every challenge, he rose to the task, His spirit unbroken, his courage steadfast.
Neteyam, a symbol of hope and light, A champion of his people, a warrior of might. In our hearts, his legacy will remain, A tribute to his spirit, forever we'll retain.

THE SONG FOR EYWA
Eywa, the goddess of the Na'vi land, Bearer of life, her touch so grand. Her spirit flows through every tree, And echoes in the breeze that all Na’vi see.
Her song so pure, her will so strong, A force that carries life along. The Na'vi sing to her every day, In reverence and in gratitude they pray.
Through her, the land is made complete, A living, breathing, vibrant feat. And all who dwell within her care, Find peace and love beyond compare.
Oh, Eywa, the goddess of all we see, We honor you, on bended knees. May your light forever shine, And guide us through the passage of time.

JAKE AND NEYTIRI
Jake, a warrior brave and true, A hunter skilled in all he'd pursue. With bow and arrow, he'd take aim, A protector of his people's reign.
With strength and grace, he'd move with ease, In tune with Pandora's gentle breeze. And when his heart was touched by love, He found in Neytiri his true dove.
Together they roamed the forest green, A pair as one, a unity supreme. With Jake by her side, Neytiri knew, Their love would forever bloom and renew.
Jake, a hero of the Na'vi land, A soul so pure, so brave, so grand. In our hearts, his memory will forever remain, A tribute to his spirit, forever we'll retain.

ABOUT PANDORA
Pandora, the moon, a world so rare, A place of wonder, beyond welfare. With skies so blue and forests so green, A paradise like none we've ever seen.
Amidst the trees, the Na'vi roam, A people in tune with this world's home. In harmony with creatures of all kinds, Pandora's beauty, a treasure to find.
With floating mountains and bioluminescent lights, A world that glows, in its own unique delights. A place of magic, where the heart can soar, Pandora's charm, forever we'll adore.
So let us journey to this world so rare, And let us marvel at its beauty so fair. For Pandora, the moon, a gem in the space, A testament to nature's boundless grace.

TULKUN
In the depths of Pandora's seas, Where the currents flow and the creatures tease, Lived a gentle-giant, a creature of grace, Tulkun, a whale-like being, with a majestic trace.
Its skin was gleaming, reflecting the light, A beauty unmatched, a marvel of sight. Its movements were fluid, with a powerful grace, A creature of wonder, in this underwater space.
Tulkun swam the oceans, with a gentle pace, A being of peace, a guardian of the place. Its song echoed through the waters, a melody so pure, A gift to all creatures, an invitation to cure.
The Metkayina would gather, when Tulkuns were near, They'd raise their spears and let out a cheer. For Tulkuns were more than a creatures of the sea, They were a symbol of nature, a spirit so free.
The seas would whisper, when Tulkun would pass, A message of hope, a reminder to last. That in this world of wonder, of ocean and land, We are all connected, by Eywa's loving hand.

NEYTIRI
In Pandora's land of vibrant hue, Stands Neytiri, strong and true. As a tsakarem, she leads the way, Her bow always ready to fight and slay.
Born to Eytukan and Mo'at's line, Her spirit fierce, her heart divine. A warrior skilled, with arrows bright, She stands for her clan with all of her might.
Through danger and trial, she remains unbroken, Her courage and strength, always outspoken. With honor and wisdom, she leads her clan with grace, Neytiri, a true inspiration of Omaticaya place.

Summary: You braid Ao'nung's hair, though at first he is hesitant about the idea. However, as you work on his hair, he comes to appreciate the result and is pleased with the outcome
Warnings: none

A/N: prior to reading, it’s important to know that: the reader is female Omaticaya ✤ today’s prompt: putting flowers in their hair

As a member of the Omaticaya clan, you had a deep respect for the ways of your people. When you joined Jake Sully and his family in the journey to the Metkayina clan as they fled to seek refuge, you knew that it would be a challenge to understand the reef clan customs.
____________________________
The air was thick with the sounds of the sea, the chirping of insects and the calls of strange animals echoing in the distance. As you made your way through dunes covered with lush unspoiled vegetation, you couldn't help but feel drawn to the coast.
The Metkayina clan was known for their love for the sea, and you were curious about their way of life. You had heard many stories about the reef people, about how they lived in harmony with the ocean and the creatures that called it home. As you approached the shore, you saw a group of young Metkayina men gathered around a fire, laughing and joking with each other.
One of them caught your eye. His name was Ao'nung, and he was the chief’s son. He was unlike any other Metkayina you had ever seen. He was brash and overconfident, always pushing his limits and testing the boundaries of his abilities. Ao'nung was also known for his arrogance and rough demeanor, and he had a reputation for being disrespectful to others.
As you approached the group, Rotxo, a close friend of Ao'nung, noticed you and leaned towards one of the other boys to whisper something. Soon, a burst of loud laughter erupted from the group.
Curiously, you asked, "What are you laughing at?" Though, deep down, you knew they were likely mocking your appearance.
"Look at her skinny tail, it's like a twig," one of Ao’nung’s friends said, gesturing with his hands.
"Yeah, and her legs and hands are so thin, useless," another chimed in, laughing while giving you a cold glance.
You tried to brush off their comments, but it left a sour taste in your mouth. You couldn't understand why they found it amusing to mock someone's appearance like that. “Ha-ha. Your current behavior is quite amusing. Were you not taught that making fun of others is impolite? Perhaps it's not something you can understand with your limited intellectual capacity, though…” You commented bitterly, slowly raising one of your brows.
As you spoke to him, the young boy felt his cheeks flushing with anger. How dare you pick on him, he thought. He clenched his fists and tightened his jaw, trying to hold back his emotions, but it was no use. "What's your problem?" He snapped at you, his voice laced with bitterness.
After glancing around and stopping your glance briefly at Ao'nung, you spoke up, "You started this, and there's no reason to be so unkind to me." You then turned and left, walking along the shore and letting the little waves bathe your blue feet, knowing there was no use in sticking around with young Metkayina boys. As you walked away from Ao'nung and his friends, you felt hurt and upset by their cruel words. However, you didn't expect to see Ao'nung following you shortly after.
"I'm sorry," he said quietly, looking down at the sand after lining up with you. "I didn't mean to hurt you. My friends can be harsh sometimes, and I should have stopped them."
You were surprised to hear him apologize, but also felt a sense of relief that someone from the group seemed to care. You replied, giving him a brief glance, saying "It's fine, really. I've gotten used to the mocking."
Ao'nung couldn't help but feel a sense of guilt gnawing at him as he reflected on his past behavior. He had been so cruel, mocking not only the way you looked but also Sully's siblings. He could remember the way you had looked at him, hurt and defeated, and he couldn't shake the feeling of regret. He knew that he had been in the wrong, and he wished that he could turn back time and make things right. The memory of your brief glance made him cringe, and he couldn't help but feel like a monster for making you feel that way. “Listen, Y/N, can we start all over?”
You stopped in your tracks and placed your hands on your hips, giving him a withering look. "Are you seriously asking me to forget everything that was said? You were absolutely horrible, not only to me but especially to Kiri and Lo'ak. But, I don't like to hold a grudge, so we can give it a shot."
Ao'nung turned to you, a glint of curiosity in his eyes. "Tell me more about yourself then," he said, a hint of eagerness in his voice.
You raised an eyebrow, slightly surprised by his sudden interest. "What do you want to know? And are you seriously going to leave your pals behind?"
"Everything, and yeah, I bet they can hang out a little without me," he replied, a grin spreading across his face. "What do you like to do? What do you dream about?”
You hesitated for a moment, not used to opening up to strangers. But there was something about Ao'nung's expression that made you feel comfortable, so you began to share your interests and aspirations.
As you talked, he listened intently, his eyes bright with fascination. It was a refreshing change from the teasing and mocking you had experienced earlier, and you found yourself warming up to him.
When you finished speaking, Ao'nung smiled. "You're really something," he said. "I hope I can get to know you better."
“Maybe,” you replied a little softer than you intended. As you walked along the dune near the shore, you couldn't help but admire the beautiful wildflowers growing in the sand. They were bright and vibrant, contrasting with the neutral colors of the dune. You felt a strong desire to pick some of them up and take them with you. You turned to Ao'nung, eager to share your admiration of the flowers with him. "Look at these flowers! They're so beautiful, aren't they?"
Ao'nung glanced at the plants, but didn't seem to share your enthusiasm. "I guess they're okay," he said, shrugging his shoulders.
You couldn't understand how he wasn't mesmerized by their beauty. "Don't you think they would make a great decoration for our homes?"
Ao'nung shook his head. "I think it's a little silly to pick flowers just for decoration. They belong here, in the wild, where they can grow and thrive."
You realized that he had a point, but you still couldn't help but feel a little disappointed. The flowers were just so lovely, and you wanted to take a piece of that beauty with you. "Can I braid your hair?" You asked suddenly, a little shyly.
Ao'nung's eyes widened in surprise, and then he burst out laughing. "Braid my hair? That's not necessary and a little ridiculous!" He exclaimed, rolling his eyes a little.
You gave him a look. "It's not ridiculous," you said. "You owe me something after all, for the mocking you used on me. And I would be happy to braid your hair, if you'll let me. Perhaps I could completely put the past behind us and give you the opportunity to know me better.”
Ao'nung hesitated for a moment, then he shrugged. "Fine, but don't expect me to like it."
You picked two plants and apologized to Eywa for picking them without a particular purpose. Then, you turned to Ao'nung and as he sat down on the sand, and knelt behind him, carefully undoing his hair and slowly brushing it with your long, thin fingers. You braided Ao'nung's hair with skill and precision, weaving the strands in a beautiful pattern. As you finished, you delicately placed the two flowers you had picked earlier into his hair, creating a stunning adornment. “There. It looks good! Check it out, if you want.”
Ao'nung was hesitant at first, not used to wearing flowers in his hair, but he trusted you and let you work your magic. When he looked at his reflection in the water, he was surprised to find that he actually liked the way he looked.
"Well, it's not bad, actually. It's a bit too feminine for my taste, but I'm sure my sister would have loved it. Tsireya enjoys decorating my hair with various types of adornments herself," he told you, smiling a little.
As you and Ao'nung were enjoying the view, a loud whistle caught your attention. You turned around to see Rotxo approaching, and as soon as he noticed Ao'nung's hair adorned with flowers, he burst into uncontrollable laughter, holding onto his stomach. "What the hell, Ao'nung! I had no idea that you preferred your hair to be so tidy!”
Ao'nung had enough of Rotxo's teasing about his hair, and he straightened up, fixing his gaze on him. "Enough, Rotxo," he said firmly, "It's called fashion, and if you can't appreciate it, that's your problem. I like it, and that's all that matters."
Ao'nung's words elicited a chuckle from you. It was surprising to know that he had an understanding of fashion, given he was portraying himself as a bad boy. "We should start heading back to the village, the eclipse is coming soon," you suggested.
Rotxo approached Ao'nung and attempted to adjust one of the flowers in his hair, but Ao'nung swatted his hand away with a loud hiss as he showed Rotxo his sharp fangs.
As Rotxo gave his friend's shoulder a little push, the three of you began making your way back to the village. "I wonder what others will say about your new look, Ao'nung," Rotxo pondered.
Ao'nung shrugged nonchalantly. "I don't give a damn."
As the three of you arrived at the village, the sky was already darkening, and the first signs of the eclipse were beginning to show. The air was getting cooler, and the wind had started to pick up. The village was abuzz with activity as people gathered to spend time with their loved ones.
Ao'nung turned to you and gave you a sly wink, and you couldn't help but feel a surge of excitement at the connection between you two and a sense of warmth and connection with him, despite the awkwardness from earlier. The eclipse was a beautiful and awe-inspiring sight, and you were grateful that the promise of a new beginning was on the horizon.

A Promise Unyielding || Dabi x fem!reader
Summary: During a night patrol, you find yourself being pulled into a dim alleyway by your villainous boyfriend
Warnings: smut w/o plot
Word count: 1820
Authors: Cass & Rouge

During one of the night patrols, Dabi decided to simply snatch you off the street and pull you into a dark alleyway. "Look at you! Dressed so nicely. My little hero," Dabi purred, wrapping arms around your waist as he pressed you against a cold wall.
You looked shocked at Dabi, your hands instinctively grabbing onto his shoulders for support. "What are you doing?" You asked, your voice trembling with disbelief. "Brrr! Cold!"
"Oh, now you pretend to feel cold? Somehow you didn't whine like that the last time we fucked outside," Dabi chuckled, pushing his knee between your legs, parting them wider. "I missed my little hero. Don't tell me you didn't miss me."
Your cheeks flushed with a deep blush as you heard his words, and your heart raced in response. And then, as his knee pushed in between your thighs, a wave of desire and anticipation coursed through you. "Dabi..." You wrapped your arms around his neck, pulling him closer. Your bodies pressed together, intensifying the electrifying connection between you as you desperately started planting kisses on his jawline.
His hand grasped on your hip tightly, he picked you up, pressing you more against the wall.
"Is that all you can say to me now? Or are we playing a hero and a bad, bad villain, huh?” Dabi purred, kissing your neck while his hands started working on getting rid of the costume you wore. "You look so pretty in it but I prefer you without too many clothes on."
You blushed deeply at his words, feeling the heat rise to your cheeks. It was remarkable how Dabi possessed this uncanny ability to make you flush with just a single word spoken. His presence had a way of igniting a fire within you that you couldn't easily extinguish. "Not... here," you whispered, your voice barely audible as he began to work on your clothes. A mixture of excitement and apprehension coursed through you, and the thought of being caught in such an intimate act fueled your desires.
Dabi laughed shortly, hands moving along your back. "Not here? And why is that?" He muttered lowly, close to your ear. "What? Are you worried your hero friends will witness you getting fucked by a villain? Are you worried they will find out you are just a bad guy's slut?”
"T-they won't understand..." You whispered quietly, shivering under his every touch.
"Not that they would ever understand," he rolled his eyes. "The minimum we can offer is a small spectacle. Don't you agree, doll?" Dabi hummed, slowly removing the lower part of your gear.
You parted your lips, holding tightly onto his neck. "You'll be the death of me one day." You kissed his jaw again, soon aiming for his lips.
Dabi suddenly set you back on the ground and kneeled between your legs, putting one of them over his shoulder. "Oh, I don't think you deserved a kiss yet." Fortunately, with your costume, gaining access to your undergarments was a simple task. Two of his fingers pressed into the soft fabric of your panties. "Look at that. So against it yet my little doll is already wet, just for me. Interesting."
You slipped your hands into his black, spiky hair, relishing the soft texture as your fingers entwined in the strands. His hair felt slightly rebellious, matching his edgy demeanor. "Oh my Gosh," you whispered, barely moving your lips. "Please, I need you to fuck me, I won't hold it any longer... Do I sound like a needy whore? God, I hope I don't..."
"Oh, you do sound like this," Dabi teased and soon moved your panties to the side. Rough pads of his fingers pressed to your clit. "You sound like my needy, little, slut."
Right after those words, his fingers moved lower, gently prodding at your tight entrance as his lips wrapped around the sensitive bundle of nerves.
You arched your back, putting one of your hands over your mouth to muffle your moans. Dabi skillfully maneuvered, guiding you with a finesse that made it feel as though you were an instrument in his hands. Every touch, every caress, was orchestrated with precision, evoking a symphony of pleasure that resonated deep within you. "Can you stop teasing me?" You whimpered. "I want your cock in. Now."
Dabi frowned and pulled away, placing hands on your hips. "Do I need to remind you that I am the one in charge here? If you piss me off, I'll leave you here all alone and needy."
You looked down at Dabi, nodding your head. "S-sorry, Dabi..."
"That's my doll," Dabi praised you and dived back between your legs. His tongue licked and pushed into your entrance while his fingers pinched your clit.
To get some more friction, you tried to buck your hips back and forth, grinding your pussy over his face; soft moans escaping your parted lips.
He growled and pulled away. "You're really annoying tonight. Fucking needy whore."
Dabi got up to his feet and immediately turned you around so you faced the wall. "Telling me what to do, moving when I didn't allow you to." All you could hear was the sound of him unfastening his pants. "I wanted to make my doll feel good but fine. I’m gonna fuck you like the slut you are."
He pressed you hard against the cold wall and then pushed his hard cock into your tight pussy from behind with a low growl.
"Fuck," you moaned quietly. The way Dabi made you feel was overwhelming, like an intoxicating wave crashing over you. Every touch, every whispered word sent shivers down your spine and ignited a fire within your soul. The intensity of your connection was almost too much to bear, but you couldn't resist diving deeper into this all-encompassing sensation. It was a blissful chaos that consumed you entirely. One of your hands slipped between your thighs to rub little circles over your pussy. "Fuck, ohm, yes, yes! So good! Fuck me!"
"You really want me to fucking stop, don't you?” Dabi scolded you and grabbed your busy hand to pin it over your head. He didn't stop himself from using his quirk to slightly burn your wrist as a punishment. "You will never learn that I am the only one that can touch you."
His other hand moved from your hip to your abdomen, pressing hard on your skin to add the nice pressure to the place where his cock created a bulge. Dabi made sure he kept the hard and fast pace so you could feel every inch of his dick and how deep he was reaching.
You moaned loudly as Dabi quickened his pace, your voice echoing in the alley as pleasure surged through every fiber of your being. The intensity of the moment intensified, building up like a wildfire, as he expertly pushed us both towards the edge of ecstasy. The sounds of your passion mingled in the air, creating a symphony of desire; the sound of skin slapping against skin was almost enough to send you over the edge. "F-forgive me, Dabi! It's... So good! I couldn't stop myself!"
"I knew heroes were pathetic but you, doll?" He groaned, grabbing your chin to make you look at him. "I thought I trained you well, yet you still do stuff like this."
Hand from your abdomen swiftly moved to your clit to pinch it before he started to rub fast circles over it.
His chest pressed against your back, pressing you even harder to the wall as his thrusts became even faster. "C'mon, you little slut. Come for me, come on my cock. Fuck," he growled, getting a bit overhelmed by the nice feeling of your walls tightening around him.
"Fuck!" You let out a weak moan, your legs trembling under the force of his hard thrusts. The intensity of your connection overwhelmed you, sending waves of pleasure coursing through your body. Each powerful movement left you gasping for air, completely consumed by the raw passion between the two of you. Your lips went dry and even running your tongue's top over them wasn't helping at that point. "D-Dabi! Harder! Fuck, harder!" You pleaded, your eyes welling up with tears as you glanced at him, hoping he would understand.
With an eye roll he grabbed your hips and increased the pace, fucking you even harder and faster than before. His grip was so strong that he expected your skin to have a nice souvenir for a few days. Dabi groaned from time to time, feeling himself getting closer.
You reached your peak, your body trembling with pleasure despite the lingering pain from the small burn on your wrist and the intense sensations radiating from within your pussy as Dabi continued to thrust in you hard. The sheer ecstasy consumed you, overpowering any discomfort, as wave after wave of pleasure crashed over you, leaving you breathless and utterly lost in the moment; the only thing to escape your lips was Dabi's name.
"Fuck!" Dabi growled and he shot warm ribbons of cum deep inside you.
Just for a moment Dabi rested his forehead against your shoulder, trying to catch his breath.
His palms let go of your hips and moved up your belly to hug you tightly from behind. "My little hero slut. Such a good girl,” Dabi purred against your ear before giving it a playful bite.
After Dabi pulled out of you, you turned in his arms, a sense of intimacy and contentment enveloping you both.
Taking a moment to adjust and improve your gear, particularly the pants, you then wrapped your arms around him, savoring the warmth of his embrace. Nuzzling against him, you placed gentle kisses along his shoulders and the nape of his neck, cherishing the closeness. "I love it when you go rough on me..."
Dabi pulled his pants back up and made himself look presentable again. "Yeah but I don't like when you act bratty," he scolded you and then smacked your ass hard. "Next time I really will leave you in such a state." Dabi warned.
You kissed his nape, inhaling his scent. "I promise to be a good girl, Toya."
He chuckled lowly. "Oh, we'll see how long you're gonna keep that promise," Dabi patted your head. "Now, better go before someone realizes you went silent. You can be sure I'll find you later."
"You promise?" You whined, becoming clingy.
You despised the moments when Dabi had to depart, when the weight of your clandestine relationship became painfully evident. The reality of your position as a hero, bound by duty and responsibilities, meant that you couldn't be together openly. It tore at your heart, creating a constant ache within your soul.
"Of course I promise, little doll," Dabi patted your head. "Though others may perceive me as an aberrant being, I would never break my promise.”

The hot springs || Douma x fem!reader x Akaza
Summary: You suggested a hot spring visit to ease the tension between Akaza and Douma 😈
Warnings: none, but the reader is one of the Upper Moons
Word count: 4,5k
Authors: Cass & Rouge

As one of the Upper Moons, you were esteemed among your fellow demons and counted Douma and Akaza as close acquaintances. Over the centuries, you had forged a relationship with both of them that was both complex and, at times, tiring.
Douma, with his impeccable taste and artistic flair, had always been a fascinating figure to you. He was cunning and manipulative, but also prone to bouts of whimsy and erratic behavior. Despite his charm and wit, you could not help but feel a sense of irritation at times, especially when he became overly self-indulgent or cruel to those around him.
Akaza, on the other hand, was a force of nature. His raw power and determination were awe-inspiring, and you had often marveled at his ferocity in battle. However, his uncompromising attitude and stubborn nature could also be grating, and you found yourself growing increasingly weary of his constant need for challenge and conflict.
You loathed witnessing the incessant conflicts that would ensue between Akaza and Douma, often without any clear objective or motive. The clashes were nothing more than an exercise in brutality and bloodshed, fueled by an insatiable appetite for violence that seemed to consume both demons. The ferocity of their battles was matched only by the callousness of their words, as they hurled insults and taunts at each other with the same merciless vigor as their physical assaults. Each encounter was a brutal display of power and dominance, leaving you with a sense of unease and discomfort that lingered long after the dust had settled. It seemed that their mutual animosity had no end, and no purpose beyond the perpetuation of their own pride and arrogance.
As you pondered over the problem at hand, you began to develop an idea on how to reconcile the two opposing sides. With your advanced critical thinking skills and innovative approach to problem-solving, you meticulously crafted a plan that would bridge the gap between Douma and Akaza.
The idea was a risky one, as it would involve keeping each demon unaware of the other's presence, but you felt that the potential benefits outweighed the potential drawbacks.
You spent weeks meticulously planning the excursion, choosing the perfect location and ensuring that everything was in order. You sent separate invitations to each demon, making sure to provide detailed instructions on how to reach the hot springs without crossing paths with the other.
Finally, the night of the event arrived.
Akaza was the first one to arrive at the hot springs. He held a great liking towards you, a young demon who had proven to be loyal and disciplined, traits which he deeply admired.
Although the hot springs were unconventional, Akaza was not about to decline the offer. In fact, he was surprised that you had found such a secluded location, away from humans and in the heart of nature.
As he approached you, Akaza offered a warm greeting and willingly followed your lead. However, he couldn't help but express his suspicions about the sudden invitation. "I must say, you inviting me here so abruptly... it does raise some suspicion," he remarked.
"Well, I guess I just thought it would be nice to catch up."
As you walked towards the hot springs, you couldn't help but feel a little proud of yourself. It wasn't every day that you managed to outsmart a demon like Akaza.
The warm, mineral-rich waters were known for their healing properties, and the opportunity to soak in their embrace was a rare treat. The sound of the rushing water and the lush greenery surrounding the place filled you with a sense of calm and tranquility.
"You could have just said so, and I would have come to see you earlier," he summed up. Akaza let out a contented sigh as he settled into the hot spring after taking his buggy pants off. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax. As he leaned back, he couldn't help but think that you had chosen an excellent spot. He felt grateful to have such a loyal and devoted companion like you.
You pulled off your shirt, feeling the fabric slide off your skin, revealing your naked chest. Then, you unbuttoned your pants, and let them drop to the ground.
Despite your initial hesitation, you couldn't resist the call of the water, and soon you found yourself joining Akaza. The sensation of the water surrounding you was almost overwhelming, the weightlessness and the gentle currents carrying you along on their own journey. "Akaza?" You swam to him, wrapping your arms around his neck.
His arm gently wrapped around your waist, drawing you closer to him. He hummed softly and opened his eyes to gaze at you intently. "What is it?”
"We won't be alone, handsome. I invited one more person."
Akaza's expression immediately soured. "Who else did you invite?"
"Akaza-dono! Y/N!" Douma's exuberant voice echoed across the hot springs, causing Akaza to stiffen. Of all the beings Akaza could have gone without seeing, Douma was at the top of his list. All he wanted was to spend some peaceful time with you, without any interruptions.
"Aww... did I arrive too late? I hope I didn't miss out on anything exciting," Douma grinned as he undressed and joined the two of you in the water. "Only Y/N could have come up with such a delightful plan!"
"Good evening, Douma-sama!" You greeted him, letting go of Akaza and swimming to the other demon to place a kiss to his jaw. "I was afraid you won't come."
"How could I refuse you, my dear?" Douma chuckled, nuzzling your cheek before planting a soft kiss on it. "Besides, it has been ages since I last soaked in a hot spring!"
"Guys, I brought the two of you here for a reason," you said, your eyes locking onto theirs. "I'm tired of your constant fighting and bickering. It's time to put an end to this feud. That's all I ask. I don't expect you to become best friends overnight, but I do expect you to try to get along."
Akaza let out an audible scoff, clearly not amused by the suggestion. He had no intention of following through with such a foolish idea.
"Feud?" Douma questioned, his head tilted to the side. "Don't be silly, Y/N. There's no feud between us. Where on earth did you get that idea from?"
You leaned forward, your voice gentle but firm. "I understand that, but you can't let those disagreements fester. You need to sit down and have an honest conversation about what's been bothering you. And most importantly, you need to listen to each other."
"I don't care about his reasons for being bothered. I came here to spend time with you and relax. Alone," Akaza grumbled.
Douma rested his chin on your shoulder and let out a sigh of his own. "I truly don't see what the issue is, my dear. I have no ill feelings towards Akaza-dono. We simply enjoy teasing each other, nothing more."
You slipped your sharp nails into Douma's hair, scratching his scalp lazily while giving a glance to Akaza. "Come here, handsome," you asked him, making the best doe-eyes.
Douma's smile widened as he leaned into your hand, closing his rainbow-coloured eyes, enjoying the affection. Akaza couldn't deny the comfort of having you close, even if it meant being near Douma. He let out a deep sigh and moved closer to you after cutting the distance, his arm wrapping around your waist from behind.
"Can you at least consider my words, Akaza?" You asked, leaning into his strong hand on your waist.
"Please don't expect me to perform miracles," Akaza shook his head, trying to focus on your scent instead looking at Douma who was way too close to you, as for Akaza’s liking.
Douma let out a contented sound, his smile still intact. "See? We don't fight all the time, as you put it, darling."
"Excuse me, Douma," you began, your voice carefully measured. "I can't help but be reminded of Akaza when I saw the way he carried you with the strong blow aimed at your jaw during the last meeting we all attended.”
Douma maintained his grin, directing it towards you. "Oh, dear Y/N, don't be so dramatic. It's merely a harmless horseplay. Do I appear to be bothered by it?"
"Excuse me, but I have to say something. I understand that you two may not consider your behavior harmful, but I do. And I think it's time you changed the way you speak and act towards each other. And I won't let you go until you both apologize to each other and shake your hands," you folded your arms over your chest, tilting your head to the side. "And I have plenty of time."
"You're being dramatic, Y/N," Akaza said with an eye roll. "I won't even touch him."
Douma let out a soft whine in response. "Ah, what a shame, Akaza-dono! I was looking forward to some fun," he shrugged nonchalantly. "Well, I suppose we have more time to relax now."
"Boys!" You whined sadly. "Please? For me?"
Douma pouted and wrapped his arms tightly around you. "But I'm a good boy, I didn't do anything wrong," he protested.
Akaza shook his head and swam away, clearly annoyed by Douma's antics.
Meanwhile, the rainbow-eyed demon sighed and made himself comfortable, pulling you onto his lap. "Don't worry about him. He's just being moody," he said reassuringly.
"Akaza-dono!" You moaned after the other demon and rolled your eyes, rubbing your temples. "Honey, wait here a little, I need to speak with him," you kissed Douma's jaw and swam to Akaza.
Ignoring you until you sat on his lap, Akaza eventually relented and wrapped his arm around you, pulling you closer against his toned chest.
"You're mad at me, aren't you?"
Akaza didn't bother to look at you as he muttered, "Yes, you brought him here. I don't understand why you would want to be involved with him in any way, but I allow it nevertheless. Just you need to know that I have absolutely no plans to get near this bastard any more than necessary."
You studied Akaza's face carefully, taking in the tension in his features as he spoke of his concerns. His words were measured, but the worry in his voice was palpable. "Are you worried about leaving me by Douma's side?" You asked gently, your eyes never leaving his face. You took a deep breath, steeling yourself for what you knew would be a difficult conversation. "I appreciate your concern, Akaza. But I need you to understand that all I want is for the two of you to get on good terms. I'm tired of the constant fighting and tension between you. And truly, it affects not only me but other Upper Moons as well."
Akaza expressed his disapproval with a sigh. "I have no intention of being on good terms with that annoying, woman-eating creature," he said. "Douma is a poor excuse for a demon, and don't try to manipulate my emotions. It only affects you, not anyone else. I'm perfectly fine with keeping my distance from him."
"For me? Pretty please?" You rested your forehead against the crook of his neck..
With a deep sigh, Akaza rolled his eyes and asked, "What do I get out of it, little one?"
You blinked; you didn't expect him to have any conditions or stuff like that. "What would you like to get?" You asked, playfully tugging on his hair.
"Well, I’m asking you about that. Since you try to force me into interacting with him," Akaza pointed at Douma who just smiled and waved at the two of you. "I am getting lonely here, Y/N-chan!” He sang, showing his perfect fangs in a wide grin.
Before you managed, you laughed involuntarily and waved back at Douma. "Well. Isn't my love enough?" You kissed Akaza’s cheek, slowly moving your hands down his nape, scratching where you knew he liked the most.
Akaza shrugged and kissed your cheek, "Sorry, but your love alone isn't enough to make me want to get closer to him."
You cupped his face in your palms and kissed him as deeply as you could, slipping your tongue past his lips. "Come on, Akaza, be a good boy. I know you are. And it would make me happy."
Akaza acquiesced with a low growl and nodded, releasing a deep sigh. "Very well. Let it be as you wish."
You let a happy squeak, tugging on his hair. "You're the best, you know?"
He pushed your hand away from his hair in annoyance. "If you stop pulling on my hair, I'll consider your pleas. So what exactly do you want me to do with him?"
"I like when you're growing angry," you told him, grasping his hand. "Since you agreed, you two will interact like the good boys you are. And you'll apologize to him, and he'll apologize to you. Come, handsome."
Akaza followed you while squeezing your hand.
Douma, who was sitting in the water looking visibly bored, immediately perked up and started beaming with happiness upon seeing the two of you approaching. "Oh Y/N, Akaza-dono! Finally! I was afraid you both forgot about me!"
"And tell me, how could I have forgotten about my charming lord?" You asked, tapping his shoulder, and giving a significant glance to Akaza.
Instead of giving in to his urge to punch Douma, Akaza took control of his emotions and forced a smile. He apologized for his previous behavior and said, "I'm sorry for being so mean to you, and for punching you, so many times."
"Please don't feel the need to apologize, Akaza-dono," Douma smirked, stretching his arms. "However, since you have, I accept your apology!"
Akaza found it difficult to control his anger and resist the urge to punch Douma's face, with that ugly smirk glued to the other demon's lips.
After their heated confrontation, it was a relief to see that Akaza was willing to swallow his pride and apologize. You knew that it wouldn't be an easy thing for him to do, but you also knew that it was the right thing.
Akaza's deliberate words caught your attention as you observed Douma's facial expressions closely. You noticed a sense of astonishment followed by a guarded sense of acceptance.
"Douma," you said softly, fixing him with a pointed look. "It's time for you, darling."
Douma blinked in surprise as he looked at you. Apologize? He, the nice one, had to say sorry? Nevertheless, he moved closer to the pink-haired demon and wrapped his arms around Akaza tightly, his voice filled with happiness as he said, glaring up at Upper Moon Three, "I'm sorry for ever annoying you! I never meant to do so. You’re my best friend in the end."
Akaza froze in place as Douma wrapped his arms around him in a tight embrace. His muscles tensed up as he fought the urge to lash out and attack the cult leader.
You smiled, seeing them interacting. You settled into the hot spring, the warm water enveloping your body and easing the tension in your muscles. You closed your eyes, letting out a contented sigh. "I'm proud of both of you, and I want us to enjoy this moment together. Now come on, join me in the water. It's so relaxing, you won't regret it."
Finally, Akaza managed to extricate himself from Douma's embrace and made his way to your side, putting some distance between himself and the other demon.
Douma simply shrugged and casually took a seat on your other side.
You let out a contented sigh as you sank into the warm water of the hot springs, feeling the tension in your muscles start to melt away. But what made this moment truly special was the company of two of your closest friends, who had taken their places on either side of you. "It's like we're in our own little world up here."
You let your head fall back and close your eyes, letting the warm water wash over you. It was moments like these that made all the stresses and worries of daily life fade away.
Douma let out a deep sigh and silently concurred with you. He then linked his arm with yours and rested his head on your shoulder.
Meanwhile, Akaza reached for your hand underwater and grasped it tightly.
You started stroking Douma's head, and could feel the softness of his hair and the coolness of his skin beneath your fingertips.
You also felt Akaza's fingers interlock with yours as you continued to stroke Douma's head.
The three of you sat there in silence for a while, the only sound coming from the soft rustle of Douma's hair as you continued to stroke it.
"Yeah, yeah, that was lovely, but how about some one-on-one cuddles now?" Akaza suggested, gently lifting you onto his lap and away from Douma's embrace.
Douma looked at him incredulously. "Hey, that's not fair!"
You were caught off guard as Akaza suddenly pulled you onto his lap. Your body stiffened as you felt the weight of his muscular arms around you. "Baby," you whimpered, your voice betraying your shock as you offered him a glance.
As he held you, you couldn't help but notice the feel of his powerful arms around you, and the warmth of his breath fanning your neck. You rested your forehead against his in the end.
Douma's arms were folded over his chest, his eyes narrowed as he glared at Akaza. "That's not fair. I want a turn too," he protested.
"Douma, darling..." You whispered, trying to smile at the silver-haired demon.
"What? We were supposed to share," Douma argued loudly, attempting to take you all to himself, pulling on your waist he grasped tightly on.
"Douma!" You whimpered after being pulled on the silver-haired demon's lap. "Akaza! Can you stop arguing, guys?!"
"Who are you to say that? You would probably just take her to your cult and imprison her," Akaza growled, forcefully pulling you back onto his lap.
"You're just jealous," Douma retorted, scowling at Akaza. "I wouldn't do that to her. She's free to make her own choices. And I know you're jealous of weaklings worshiping me."
Akaza tightened his grip around you protectively. "I don't trust you. You have a history of manipulating others for your own gain."
Douma rolled his eyes. "Oh please, don't act like you're any better. We're all demons here, remember?"
You shifted uncomfortably between them, feeling like a piece of property being fought over. "Guys, can't we just enjoy the moment and not argue?" You suggested weakly.
Douma let out a dark chuckle, his eyes glinting with malice as he gazed at Akaza. "I would love nothing more than to see you with your hands all over her though," he taunted, a twisted smirk spreading across his lips.
Akaza's grip on you tightened as he glared at Douma. "You're disgusting. Keep your twisted fantasies to yourself."
You blinked again and cleared your throat, trying to get their attention. "Boys! Stop it, like right now! I'm still here, if you didn't notice?!"
Douma's arms wrapped tightly around you, ensuring that Akaza wouldn't try to take you away again as he pulled you onto his lap. "We both know that, love, it's hard to ignore," he said with a sweet smile, causing Akaza to cringe in annoyance.
"So quit it! Right now!" You tried to wiggle yourself out of Douma's embrace.
He released you with reluctance, his hand giving your head a gentle pat before dropping back to his side.
You slowly rose from Douma's lap, not bothering to cover your nudity with your hands. You could feel both of their eyes on you, tracing every curve and contour of your body with an intensity that made your skin flush with heat.
Furthermore, you felt a surge of anger rise in your chest, and you clenched your fists at your sides. "How dare you," you seethed, your voice low and menacing. "I am not some plaything for you to ogle at! Show some respect!"
The memories of their objectifying behavior haunted you, and before long, the brush slowed to a stop as tears began to trickle down your cheeks. As the tears continued to flow, you decided to get out of the water.
When you were fully dressed, you simply left further in the woods.
They both observed you, taken aback by your sudden outburst. It was a rare occurrence for you to display such emotion.
As you stormed off, Akaza became concerned, but Douma simply let out a sigh and sank deeper into the water. "Women can be so dramatic, don't you think?"
Suddenly, Douma felt a sharp tug on his silver hair, pulling him underwater before being released a moment later. As he coughed out the water, Douma grinned and urged Akaza to do it harder next time.”Akaza-dono! I know you can go rougher next time!”
Akaza rolled his eyes and declared, "We're going to find her." He let go of Douma, got out of water, and began to dress himself.
Douma sighed but followed suit, carefully arranging his hair before getting dressed. "Alright, let's go find the drama queen before the sun rises," Douma said, a hint of amusement in his tone.
You sat under the shade of a large tree. The air was cool and crisp, the kind that carries the scent of autumn leaves and earth. You had found your favorite spot in the forest, a place of refuge from the demands of the world.
Sitting on your lap was a small Japanese macaque, its soft fur warm and comforting against your skin. The monkey seemed to sense your sadness and curled up closer, as if offering a soothing embrace. You stroked its fur absentmindedly, tears streaming down your cheeks.
The two male demons walked back in silence, the tension still thick in the air.
As they approached you, you turned around and gave them a cold stare. "What do you want?" You asked, your voice laced with bitterness.
Akaza took a step forward, concern etched on his face. "We want to talk to you. Please, come back with us."
Douma stepped up beside Akaza. "We're sorry for what we said earlier. We didn't mean to upset you."
"Just go away," you snapped at them, not even bothering yourself with looking at them.
The demon with rainbow eyes rolled his fan and used it to shoo away the animal from your lap. "Don't be childish, Y/N. Your sudden departure made us worry," he said with a hint of annoyance in his voice.
Your eyes fixated on the retreating figure of the monkey as it darted through the forest.
Normally, Akaza and Douma's presence would have caught your attention, but this time you chose to ignore them, pretending as if they weren't even there.
"Oh, don't push us away like that. It's hurtful," Douma remarked, taking a seat next to you. Akaza soon followed, sitting comfortably by your other side.
"You both had already given me a headache," you hissed, not looking at any of them. You shook your head, feeling the weight of their rivalry bearing down on you. "I don't like this, guys. It's not fair to me, and it's putting a strain on our relationships. I don't want to be the cause of this tension between you anymore. That's why I decided I won't talk to any of you ever again. I'm done with your bullshit."
"What if we promise to stop fighting?" Akaza asked, gently taking your hand. "For real this time."
"I appreciate your words, Akaza," you said, your tone neutral. "But forgive me if I don't fully believe in your promise to stay out of trouble with Douma."
"After giving it some more thought, he's right, my dear," Douma added, mimicking Akaza's action by taking your hand. "The last thing I want to do is distress the one I love."
"You both already did," your tone was nothing but a whisper carried by a cold, night wind.
"That's why we came after you, Y/N. We didn't follow you for no reason," Douma explained.
"We're sorry for arguing and making you uncomfortable," Akaza added, his hand still holding yours.
"Do you forgive us?" Douma asked, looking at you with a hopeful expression.
You sat sandwiched between Douma and Akaza, your mind racing as you tried to process everything that had happened between the three of you. There had been a time when you trusted them implicitly, when you would have followed them anywhere. But that trust had been shattered when they had betrayed it by arguing all the time, leaving you to fend for yourself.
After a long moment of silence, you spoke, "I'm willing to trust you both again."
Both demons exchanged smiles before turning their attention back to you.
Douma leaned in and planted a soft kiss on your cheek before trailing down to your neck. "My dear Y/N, we're so glad to hear that. We promise to make it up to you," he whispered.
Akaza hummed in agreement, nuzzling his face into your shoulder and placing a few more gentle kisses. "We'll do our best to be better, for you."
"And you really won't be fighting with each other?"
Douma chuckled. "Well, I'll behave, or at least I’ll try to."
Akaza smiled softly, brushing his thumb over the back of your hand. "As will I. And we will work on our differences for your sake."
"I am the happiest demon when you both behave. I have certain feelings for both of you, and I can't imagine losing any of you,” you explained.
They both started to place sloppy kisses on your neck.
"Now that we're all on the same page…" Douma purred. "How about we go back to your cozy little lair and..."
"... continue our little celebration," Akaza finished for him, his hand caressing the curve of your waist.
As your partners leaned in to place soft, feather-light kisses along the sensitive skin of your neck, you couldn't help but blink in surprise. It was a small, unexpected gesture, but it sent shivers down your spine nonetheless. You purred quietly, relishing in the sensations that their touch evoked. It was a rare moment of pure intimacy, and you were grateful for every second of it. But as they continued to kiss your neck, you couldn't help but feel a twinge of jealousy. Not for their touch, of course, but for the easy way they seemed to communicate with each other. "You two are so in sync," you murmured, your voice soft and wistful. "It's lovely how you can finish each other's sentences. I already love it. Maybe let's not waste time anymore. I'm in heat.”

A Morbid Jealousy || Low-honor Arthur Morgan x fem!reader
Summary: A successful robbery has led to the gang celebrating at the camp, but Arthur gets very nasty when he sees you dancing with John
Warnings: smut (unprotected p in v, low-honor Arthur)
Word count: 1442
Authors: Cass & Rouge

Everyone in the gang just sat together and had fun like one big family during this rare moment. A small bank was robbed successfully. Except for Arthur, everyone returned intact with bags full of money.
You were told by Charles that he had decided to return to camp alone. Arthur probably wandered around the town and got into trouble; that's what he does.
As you listened to Javier's guitar and the gang's happy voices singing a song, you had a still full bottle in your hand.
Your look of unhappiness caught John's attention. He patted your shoulder and said, "Hey." You were offered a hand by him. "Wanna dance? I can't dance, but seeing you sad like that is annoying."
Getting up and drinking your beer, you were glad someone was trying to cheer you up. Your arm wrapped around his neck as you rocked along with the rhythm of the music. You chuckled, "Abigail would be jealous."
John wrapped his arm around your waist. "Don't worry about her. I'll deal with her on my own," he spun you around. Even though John didn't know how to dance, watching Dutch many times helped. "The only thing I want to do is cheer my friend up." he offered you a bright grin.
Taking a moment to let the rhythm control you, you whispered, "You're sweet." and kissed his cheek briefly. While nuzzling his neck, you giggled, saying, "You're a good dancer."
John shrugged and held you tightly as he laughed, "Me? No, I just watch old Dutch dancing all the time."
It was the worst time you could have chosen to dance with John - Arthur returned to camp just now; he hitched his horse and went to the campfire. The moment he saw you and John so close, he stopped in shock. A loud roar from Arthur brought everyone's attention to the direction he was pointing. "What the fuck?"
As you pushed away from John, you whispered, "Arthur..." Your face flushed with confusion as you noticed your boyfriend's consternation; you knew how jealous he could be.
Both of you were approached by him.
Arture growled at you loudly and grabbed your arm tightly as he turned to John. "I know you are so desperate for every little touch, rabbit, but you could make some fucking standards." Arthur turned to Johna and added briefly, "Martson, you should be fucking happy you have a child, or I would kill you right here and now for even talking to her," Arthur said and dragged you away from everyone.
While Morgan dragged you away from the crew, you whispered, "John," as you wanted to apologize to him for Arthur's behavior. Your arm soon slipped from Arthur's strong grasp. "Arthur, you didn't have to be that mean to John. He did nothing wrong."
"He touched you," Morgan growled. "Undress," Arthur ordered as he closed your tent's flaps.
"Yes, because we were dancing!" You reminded him and cocked your brow at his order. "Why?"
Arthur yelled, "Undress, or I'll rip your clothes off myself! I don't care what you two were doing. You are mine!"
Unbuttoning your dress, you shook your head. You said firmly, "You overreacted, Morgan," as you let the dress fall to the floor. "Happy?"
As he put away the gun belt, he said, "On your knees."
Slowly getting down on your knees, your eyes on his face, you shivered but obeyed. He was clearly pissed off, so you decided not to argue with him anymore.
I'm so surprised you're so quiet. Suddenly, you are not defending John," he smiled. "You are in the right place now, rabbit," Arthur purred and ran his hand down your hand before grabbing it tightly. "You are mine and only mine. Do you understand?"
Liking your lips, you nodded eagerly. "I belong only to you, Mr Morgan," you agreed, closing your eyes for a while.
He quickly opened his pants and purred, "Now this is a good answer. You've got to show me how sorry you are."
As you looked at his face, you reached into his slightly worn jeans and pulled his half-erected cock out; you spat on its tip and pumped your hand over its shaft.
In his low grunt of approval, Arthur watched you like a hawk; he let go of your hair for now and placed his hand on your nape.
Trying to suck his dick at the same time, you bobbed your head back and forth and used your palm to pump over his cock. Your hand squeezed his shaft as you sucked on his balls.
Arthur purred, "That's right, girl. For once, you behave like you should."
You were suddenly picked up by him; he flipped you over to your stomach and put you on the cot.
"Was touching that bag of bones even worth it, rabbit?" Arthur growled at you.
Apparently he was hot for you; you blinked and blushed as he pushed you onto the bed. Your butt was raised a bit and you shook it for him. "Fuck me," you begged.
He roared, "I asked you something!" You felt Arthur squeeze your throat.
"It wasn't," you whispered.
"Louder! I can't hear you!"
You growled loudly, slipping your hand beneath you so you could slip your finger into your aching pussy. "It wasn't!"
He sighed, getting up from his cot to search for his bag. "You really love to annoy me, woman. How can I even put up with you."
Arthur pulled out his rope and returned to you; he took both of your hands and tied them behind your back. "It might teach you how to behave," Arthur said proudly as he moved his hand along your spine as his free hand tugged his jeans fully off.
When he was doing things like this, you always shivered, but eventually, it turned you on even more; you simply loved to be mercilessly manhandled.
While his tip moved through your pussy lips, Arthur teased, "You got a problem with moving, darlin'?" He hummed and slammed into you, pushing as hard as he could. "Ain't so brave anymore, huh? You are always so smart until I get you into my hands.
You screamed, "Oh, God!" When pleasure hit you hard, you rolled your eyes and begged, "Untie me, Arthur! I need to touch you!"
His member was immediately squeezed by your walls.
"Nah, I don't think so," he smiled and thrust deep into you.
His thrusts became deep and hard. "You won't play around with fucking Marston," Arthur growled the last part lowly.
Let out a long moan as you stick your bun up to him. You cried out through parted lips, "I love it when you fuck me well."
"Moan, I want everyone to know who you belong to, and I want that bag of bones to know how well I fucked you," Morgan whispered into your ear after leaning forward to you.
"I'll scream your name if you untie me!" You begged. His thrusts made you feel slick and wet, along with your juice pouring down your thighs.
Grabbing your hair, Arthur lifted your head. "Now, you ain't the one to make the conditions, so you better scream without any stupid ideas or I will fill you up with my cum and leave you here, all tied up for everyone to see."
You screamed, "Arthur! Oh, just fuck me, honey! Just like that!" You rolled your hips for him to meet his thrusts. "I belong to Arthur Morgan!"
After those words, he started moving fast and hard, trying to make you cum hard around his thick cock. "Now you're a good girl," Arthur purred, biting your neck. Choosing such a place, he knew you would have difficulty hiding it.
As soon as he bit into your neck, your walls tightened around his member so strongly that he was unable to back away. You dripped juices down your legs when you cum hard around him. "Fuck," you trembled.
"Such a good girl, I'm gonna enjoy watching you walk funny tomorrow, darlin'," Arthur whispered into your ear and filled you with his cum.
As your vision blurred, you moaned and waited for him to untie you.
Arthur let out a happy sigh and got up. Putting on his clothes, he said, "That was fun. What do ya think, darling?"
You smirked at him and asked, "Untie me. And it was fucking brilliant. You were amazing."
"I know I was," he giggled and tucked his gun belt into his waistband. The tent flaps were raised by Artur without a word, and he left to join the still-going party, leaving you tied up on his cot.

Just a kitten || Dabi x Hawks
Summary: One day, Keigo comes home with a tiny kitten he found on the streets during heavy rain. Determined, he does his best to persuade Dabi to agree to let the kitten stay with them
Warnings: cuteness overload 😻
Word count: 3117
Authors: Cass & Bear

Rain poured relentlessly outside as Keigo trudged wearily back to the shared apartment he called home. Shivering slightly from the chill that clung to his damp clothes, he slipped through the door, eager to find solace in the comfort of his own space. However, as he stepped inside, he couldn't help but notice the piercing gaze of Touya, his roommate and secret lover, who sat perched on the couch, his turquoise eyes gleaming with curiosity.
Suppressing a nervous smile, Keigo attempted to conceal something concealed under his jacket, the source of his clandestine mission to the bathroom. It was a task he was determined to complete with utmost secrecy, fearing Dabi's inquisitive nature and penchant for uncovering hidden truths. As he made his way past, he hoped against hope that his lover wouldn't detect the concealed object and unravel the surprise he had in store. "It's a little bit rainy today, isn't it?"
"Seriously? A weather talk? That's a new low for you," Dabi muttered, giving Hawks a disapproving look with a raised eyebrow. "As a spy, you can't seem to act natural whatsoever."
"Hey, Dabi," Hawks called out, his voice betraying a hint of urgency, as he maneuvered swiftly towards the bathroom. "How was your day?"
"It was all good until you showed up, acting so strangely," he said, his frown deepening as he scrutinized Keigo from head to toe. "Something feels off."
Meanwhile, Hawks skillfully locked the bathroom door behind him, a mischievous glimmer in his eyes. He couldn't let his guard down for even a moment, as he aimed to conceal his secret mission from prying eyes. With a quick glance around, he breathed a sigh of relief, assuring himself that the coast was clear.
As water droplets cascaded from his dampened clothes onto the bathroom tiles, Hawks knew he had to act swiftly. Unveiling a little, soaked kitten from beneath his jacket, he gazed at the animal with a mixture of excitement and nervousness. "It's fine, little one. Let's dry you up."
Touya wasn't as clueless as Keigo, though he could have his moments. He let out an irritated sigh and stood up from the couch, trailing behind Keigo as he headed to the bathroom. There, he listened for a moment, furrowing his brows. "Oi! Are you communicating with your clothes now?!" Touya attempted to open the door but found it locked. "What's gotten into you today?" he growled, banging on the door.
Startled by Dabi's unexpected attempt to breach his privacy, Keigo froze, his heart pounding in his chest. He frantically tried to compose himself, realizing that his attempts at secrecy had been abruptly shattered. Taking a deep breath to regain his composure, he spoke with a mixture of exasperation and pleading. "Wait! Just a minute, Dabi!" Keigo's voice wavered slightly, the urgency evident in his tone. "I... I need a moment, can you please grant me that? Just go to the living room." Frustration laced his words, a tinge of irritation creeping into his voice. The lack of privacy within the confines of their shared abode was beginning to grate on his nerves.
"Oh, that wasn't suspicious at all," Touya muttered with another annoyed sigh. Turning around, he took a few steps away. Touya decided to wait nearby, curious to see what was going on.
With the kitten now comfortably dried and wrapped in a soft towel, Hawks took a moment to collect himself, stealing a quick glance at his reflection in the bathroom mirror. Assured that he appeared composed, he cautiously opened the door and stepped out, only to be startled by Dabi's unexpected presence nearby. Hawks nearly jumped, his surprise evident in his widened eyes and a faint blush tinting his cheeks. He cleared his throat, attempting to regain his composure despite the sudden encounter. "I asked you to wait in the living room, didn't I?" Hawks' voice carried a mix of mild exasperation and lighthearted reproach, his gaze meeting Dabi's with a hint of playful annoyance.
"And when did I start listening to you?" Dabi asked, tilting his head with a frown and arms crossed over his chest. "So? What got your feathers all so ruffled?"
Letting out a soft sigh, Keigo's exasperation melted away as he shifted his focus to the adorable bundle in his hands. Gingerly, he unwrapped a portion of the towel, revealing a tiny, trembling kitten nestled within. Its wide eyes and delicate form tugged at his heartstrings, reminding him of the vulnerability and innocence contained within such a small creature. "They did," Keigo whispered, his voice filled with a mixture of tenderness and awe.
"A cat? Seriously?," Dabi asked with a scoff. "That's the reason you act like a weirdo? Is it some kind of birds of prey thing? Does your bird brain compel you to bring stuff home?"
A frown creased Hawks' features in response to Dabi's words, his voice carrying a touch of hurt. "You can be so cruel sometimes, you know that?" Keigo's tone held a hint of frustration and weariness, his patience worn thin by the constant jabs and nicknames. He was tired of the playful mockery. "Stop calling me names, Mr. Patchwork," he muttered, his voice laced with a mix of annoyance and a plea for understanding. Turning away, Keigo made his way to the living room, his wings flicking slightly to shed the lingering water droplets.
"Mr. Patchwork, how original," Dabi rolled his eyes, following him. "You wiped that thing, but you are still dripping wet. You seriously have a bird brain."
After these words Dabi went to find a towel, then he came back and started to pat Keigo's wings dry.
"Thank you," Keigo replied with a tiny smile, his attention focused completely on the tiny cat. "We are keeping them, Dabs."
"No fucking way," Dabi said, simply putting the towel on Keigo's head to dry his hair. "One big annoying bird is enough. We don't need any four legged pet in here."
"Daaabs!" Keigo's heart ached as he longed for Dabi's agreement to keep the precious feline. With a hint of desperation in his voice, he began to lay out his heartfelt arguments. "Dabi, please," Keigo implored, his tone tinged with vulnerability. "This kitten needs us. It needs a loving home, and we can provide that. We have the means to take care of it, and I've seen how gentle and caring you can be. Just imagine the joy it will bring to our lives. We can create a space filled with warmth and compassion, not just for each other, but for this little life that has found its way into our path."
Dabi groaned, getting more and more pissed with Keigo's behavior. "Did you fly into a window recently or something? How do you imagine this?” He asked, ruffling Keigo's hair a bit too hard. "Sometimes we are out for days, you think they will be able to be alone for so long?"
"Dabi, I understand your worries, but we don't have to do this alone. We have friends who would be more than willing to lend a helping hand," Keigo proposed, his voice gentle yet resolute. "We can ask them to babysit the cat when needed, ensuring that we have the flexibility to balance our responsibilities and still provide a loving home for this little one."
Dabi laughed in a nasty way. "Oh! Yeah, I can see you walking up to my old man and being like, 'Endeavor-san... Please, take care of my kitten today' or you'll pass them to that weird rabbit chick. How pathetic," he took away the towel, making sure Keigo was completely dry. "Twice and Toga would probably be eager to take care of the kitten but I wouldn't trust them with such a small creature."
"Endeavour as a babysitter for a little kitten? Now that's an interesting image," Hawks quipped, a playful glint in his mismatched eyes. "Well, your vampire-like friend might surprise us," Keigo replied, a touch of lightheartedness in his voice.
"Not gonna happen," Dabi shook his head. "Why do you even want to keep them?"
Keigo settled himself on the couch, gently placing the little kitten by his side. He turned his gaze towards Dabi, his expression earnest and full of hope. "Dabi, please," Keigo implored, his voice laced with sincerity. "Look at this little one. Look at how it trusts us, how it seeks our care and affection. I can see the love in your eyes when you look at it, too. We can be its family, its guardians, its source of warmth and comfort."
"Honestly, once I had the same look. I looked at my parents expecting a lot and where it led me," Touya shrugged again, crossing arms over his chest. "It's just a cat, Keigo. It doesn't care about us. All it wants is food and warmth to not die. I bet it'll scratch me as soon as I get closer," Touya summed up, and to prove his point, he walked closer to the kitten and offered it his hand.
As the little kitten continued to tremble, its innate curiosity overcame its fear. It tentatively reached out, sniffing at Touya's hand with a delicate twitch of its tiny nose. Sensing the warmth emanating from him, the kitten found solace in his touch. With hesitant steps, it mustered the courage to climb onto Touya's palm, its small body curling up, seeking comfort and security.
This was so sweet and unexpected! Dabi huffed with a deep frown, trying his best to not show how he really felt about that.
Carefully, he picked the kitten up and put his other hand over them to warm them up more effectively.
His eyes moved to Keigo who was looking at him with a stupid grin and sparkles in his eyes. "What? They are still not staying here. You can nurse them to good health and find them a home. Who wouldn't adopt a kitten from Japan's number two hero?" Dabi mocked him a little. "I really have enough of one chicken making a mess here, I don't need a kitten in this mess as well."
As the little kitten nestled into Dabi's palm, its trembling form gradually subsided, finding comfort in the warmth and security offered by his touch. It let out a feeble attempt at a meow, the sound resembling more of a tiny squeak, as it expressed its contentment.
Keigo's gaze turned earnest as he locked eyes with Dabi, a silent plea reflecting in his expression. "Dabi, look at them," Keigo implored, his voice filled with a mix of conviction and tenderness. "They have already found a place in their heart for you. Can you deny them the love and care they deserve? They've chosen us, and it's our responsibility to provide them with a safe and loving home."
"I had a pretty good example that I indeed can deny them the love and care they deserve," he chuckled dryly, petting the kitten on the head with his thumb. "Did they really pick you or you just found it and snatched it from the streets?"
Hawks' lips curled into a gentle smile, his heart warmed by the sight of the tiny bundle of fluff in Dabi's palm. "I saw this little one almost drowning in a puddle," he recounted softly, his voice tinged with a mix of compassion and determination. "They were so small, and with the heavy rain today, I couldn't bear to leave them to fend for themselves. As a pro hero, it's my duty to save lives, whether they be humans or animals," Keigo continued, his eyes shining with sincerity. "This little kitten needed someone to lend a helping hand, and I couldn't ignore their plea for help. They needed a chance at life, and I couldn't turn away."
"God, you make me sick with all the hero talk. 'I saved it from drowning' wasn't enough? I didn't need this whole speech they teached you in school or something," Touya said with a disgusted grimace, still stroking the kitten's head. "They can stay until they're better. After that, you'll find them home."

As the days passed, Keigo couldn't help but smile in quiet contentment, observing Dabi's interactions with the little feline. He cherished the moments they spent together, watching as their bond grew stronger with each passing day.
However, as time went on, Keigo's busy schedule began to catch up with him once again. Overworking himself had become an all-too-familiar routine, and one morning, he woke up to find that he had overslept. Panic set in when he realized that it was already half past 8am, and he hurriedly got out of bed, determined to get ready for the day.
His heart skipped a beat as he scanned the room, his eyes searching for the little kitten. But to his immense surprise, the little feline was nowhere to be found. His heart sank, worry gnawing at his thoughts as he wondered where the kitten could have gone. Had he gotten out of the room somehow? Did he need help?
Dabi slept peacefully until he heard Keigo running around like a headless chicken. He was laying on his belly with arms crossed under his head, but soon Keigo's thrashing around pissed him off. "Did you fucking lost your head or something?! Get to bed or go to your fucking job and let me sleep!” He groaned not even raising his head.
"Kitty! He's gone! Move your ass and help me look for him!"
Dabi just raised his head and there was the kitten, sleeping quietly on his pillow in his arms. "Happy now? Can you be quiet now?"
Relief washed over Keigo as he discovered the little kitten snuggled comfortably with Dabi. His initial shock quickly gave way to a mixture of exasperation and affection. He scolded Dabi, "My God, don't do that again!" Keigo chided, but a soft smile softened his reprimand. He couldn't help but feel grateful that the kitten was safe and sound, finding comfort in Dabi's presence.
Sitting on the edge of the bed, Keigo observed the endearing scene before him. The kitten yawned, its tiny eyes blinking open. In response, the little feline snuggled even closer to Dabi, seeking warmth and affection.
Keigo's heart swelled with tenderness as he watched the bond between Dabi and the kitten. It was clear that they had grown fond of each other, and he couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude for this newfound addition to their home. As he reached out to gently stroke the kitten's soft fur, he couldn't help but marvel at how this little creature had brought even more warmth and love into their lives. "Today I'll speak with one girl who is interested in taking him home."
"Cool. You gotta tell her the offer isn't up to anymore," Dabi shrugged and nuzzled his nose against the kitten's head. "Sucks to be her, but he isn't going anywhere."
Keigo's frown deepened as he rose from the bed, his voice tinged with a mix of frustration and disappointment. "Wait a second. You were the one who didn't want to deal with the cat," he pointed out, his annoyance evident in his tone. "I've already made all the arrangements, man, and the girl from the other city is coming to pick him up."
"I don't care, I am not giving him away. I can even scare her off if needed," Touya summed up. "He's staying with us."
Keigo's voice carried a mix of confusion and frustration as he confronted Dabi about his change of heart. "Why did you change your mind, huh?" he asked, his tone tinged with exasperation. "You were so adamant that we didn't need a cat, that he couldn't stay with us. And now, you don't want to give him away?"
"No," Dabi said, simply hugging the kitten. "I'll burn anyone who will try to take my boy away, even you, chicken brain," Dabi warned and like nothing would ever happen he got comfortable and attempted to get some more sleep.
"So he's your boy already, huh? Oh, Touya, you're such a softie."
"I am a softie and you are late. Get the fuck out."
As Keigo smiled to himself, he couldn't help but feel a sense of warmth and contentment in his heart. Before leaving the room, he leaned down and planted a soft kiss on Dabi's cheek, the gesture filled with affection and appreciation. "My little softie," he teased gently, a playful glint in his eyes.
With a parting glance at the adorable scene before him, Keigo left the apartment, giving Dabi some space to think about their decision.
The kitten, seemingly awakened by the gentle exchange, let out another adorable yawn before stretching its tiny body. It looked up at Dabi with its innocent eyes, seemingly unfazed by the potential changes in its living situation. Playfully, it tapped Dabi's nose with its little paw, as if to say, "Hey, I'm here, and I love you too!"
Dabi hummed and opened one eye. "Oh? Are you hungry, little one? Are you?" He asked, nuzzling his nose against the kitten's head and kissing it.
With newfound energy, the kitten hopped off the bed, its tiny form brimming with friskiness and curiosity. It trotted towards the kitchen through the open door, meowing occasionally.
A little reluctantly, Dabi got up from bed and followed the little kitten to the kitchen. There, he grabbed him and lifted him onto the counter to feed him. "We need to give you a name. You can't be a kitten all the time."
The kitty meowed loudly, instantly rubbing his chin over Dabi's palm, purring.
He put some of the cat food into a bowl. "Eat up, little buddy.'
Kitty sat by the bowl and quickly finished his meal, purring.
Dabi looked at kitten and booped his little nose. "How about Nori? Do you like it?"
The kitty purred loudly, trying his best to climb Dabi's shoulder.
"I'll take it as a yes," Touya simply picked the kitten up and helped him on his shoulder. "Comfortable?"
As the tiny kitten settled comfortably on Dabi's shoulder, he seemed to find a sense of security and peace. He curled up into a ball, content in his new perch, and within moments, his little body relaxed into slumber. The rhythmic rise and fall of his breath against Dabi's neck created a soothing melody, and the soft purring sound further affirmed his trust and affection for his human companion.
Dabi smiled, at least now he could go back to sleep, so that's exactly what he did.
He returned to the bedroom and carefully laid back down, taking Keigo’s pillow to rest his head on.
