sometimes christine being really frightened of the phantom is part of the fun, but i also love a christine, in an adaptation or in fanfic, who is just inexplicably THIRSTING no matter how weird erik is. she’s like, what’s this, a bony hand leading me down into the bowels of paris? INTRIGUED. i was hoping that disembodied voice coming from my mirror was a man <3 ohh he’s staring at me unblinking with those eerie sunken yellow eyes… i’m crossing my legs… god this guy cannot get a normal sentence out of his mouth i NEED HIM NOW!
