binging either gets me more determined to st@rve myself than ever, or i end up completely demotivated to pull through with it and just so tired of this

sometimes i gotta body check 20 times in every single mirror i walk by, and sometimes i have to turn out the bath room lights and get ready in the dark just so i wouldn't have to look at my face

bruh on some days i be doing so well and fast for the entire day but then dinner comes around and i just start off eating my planned safe meal but then i just keep eating whatever my family is eating and i end up eating like 1000 c@lories what is this 😭
