ok I got my food log for yesterday, im not gonna actually count every calorie for now, cuz everytime ive done that in the past i just obsess over food too much and end up binging and giving up, so im gonna be more reasonable with my restriction so that it actually lasts lol
Breakfast:
Black tea w/ sweetened milk (my favorite thing in the world omg)
Lunch:
1 apple
Diet coke mixed with some lemonade
Dinner:
One packet of Maruchan ramen
Large bowl of ice-cream w/ chocolate sauce and strawberries :/
Everything went amazing until (as always) after I ate my planned ramen for dinner my cravings went insane. I decided to just have some icecream because i mean fuck it, i love ice cream, and since i really ate almost nothing the rest of the day it shouldnt be too bad, even if it wasnt ideal. I was right tho! I weighed myself this morning and I still lost about as much as I had hoped to from the day before, so Im happy i got to enjoy my ice cream and still make progress :)
(I am definitely making sure not to give into the cravings today tho, cant make this a habit)

Make a little notebook to write your c4l0ries in before every meal and decorate it because it takes longer than just quickly writing c4ls in your notes app.
It will teach you to be patient before e4t1ng and will motivate you to do something else. ๋࣭⭑. ݁₊ ⊹

guys i started the 500 c@ls a day td and i feel sm lighter and not bloated. i'll try to give daily updates on it🪽💕
also i found that green tea helps limit ur appetite as i drank sm td and was barely hungry
ugh i ate one mini krispie kreame doughnut and now i can't eat all my dinner and we're having my fav, leek and potato soup💔😒
tbh i only ate it bc it was pink plus it was 90 c@ls but i forgot i had a museli bar this morning and a smoothie. i need to turn on my yazio notifications but i dont want anyone knowing im trying to only eat 500 c@ls bc i just want to show up to school in two weeks and be a lil bit sk!nn€r but if i keep acting like a 🐷 i won't be able to

i hate my period sm bc it makes me binge and so tired. i haven't counted cals all weekend and i've def went well over 500 c@ls but it's going tmro so i will def be doing a water fast soon. i was going to do one this weekend but i cant on my period bc ill probs faint😒
i'm so happy i've finally talked my mam around to getting me a membership for my local gym and swimming pool!! it's gonna be great for school as i can walk to it early in the morning before school and do some swimming and then after school go to the gym. i'm so excited for school as it's just sm easier to ⭐️ve all day and get sm steps. i start in exactly one week💕🪽
